Typeform conversations

Hi,I know Typeform isn’t compatible with ReCAPTCHA, and I’m not necessarily worried about bots filling out the form a bunch of times, but more about people who fill in form fields with their name as a string of nonsense letters and characters and an email address that is just ‘a@gmail.com’.I contacted chat support and they said to add rules to each question, but not only would that be time consuming, it would not necessarily cover all the bases I’d need to cover to prevent this?Any thoughts about how to prevent forms from getting bad responses? Thank you!

Hi!I recently discovered TypeForm and I’m really loving it so far!I jus thave one small problem regarding my results, I assigned tags to some of my responses and i want the tag column to be shown as the first  column in the results table. If i change the column order in the table settings it gets updated correctly, but after a refresh the table has the default layout again.I also have enabled the tailor made typeform setting, unfortunately this doesn’t change anything.I’m also allowing cookies, if this is relevant.Is there any way to overcome this behaviour? Thanks in advance!

I have a multiple choice question with 11 options - multiple selection. I’ve managed to create bold text on 7 of the 11 options can’t seem to do so on the remaining 4? In order to bold the 7, I simply highlighted the text to bold and a pop up option to format (bold, italic or link) came up. I can’t get this to happen with the 4 remaining options 

Hello! I’m preparing a webinar and I found Typeform to be amazing for collecting feedback. I am making the presentation on Canva and I want to know if there’s a way to embed the live results of the survey I’ve made. I want participants to complete the survey and, simultaneously, show in the presentation the live results. If I use the integration, I can see the poll and enter the answers. If I share results and embed them, Canva doesn’t show  the results (see image).Is there a way to see live results embedded? 

I am wanting to know out of all the quiz completions who converted (made a purchase). Right now I have no way of knowing who completed a quiz and purchased unless I manually check their email with my order emails.  My website sells coffee and has a coffee quiz that recommends the best coffee for you, based on your answers.  Once someone completes a quiz they land on the product page, however, I am also sending facebook ad traffic to that page so it is hard to see the amount of conversion that came through the quiz. I’d love to track the conversion rate of the quiz and try and make it better, conversion rate meaning of all people who completed, what % bought

Hi,we are using typeform for recruiting funnels and the responses are automatically sent to a different dashboard for our customers. We’ve added logics to our typeform, e.g. “Do you have a drivers license? Yes - No”. People who click “yes” continue and people who click “no” proceed to a different ending.Now we would like, that everybody who clicks “no” is not appearing in the responses tab and thus gets automatically sent to our customers. Is that possible? :) 

We have made a survey - when I open it on my iPhone it shows perfectly but when my co-worker opens on his Android it shows up as a much darker colour and when we open on our computers it shows correctly - any idea why this would happen?

Dear Support Team,I've been encountering an issue while trying to integrate my Typeform with Airtable using Zapier. I have a canva website, I have connected calendly, and typeform. I can’t seem to connect stripe to either Canva or type form. When I press connect to stripe on type form I get the message ‘waiting for your authorisation in stripe’ But I can’t see how to authorise type form in Stripe. Any thoughts? thank you.

Guys, I'm doing some tests on the form before sending it to the public and I wanted to delete my own responses. How do I delete my responses from the form?

Hi everyone,Sorry I’m quite new here. I sent a request form to the Suport Team but maybe (hopefully) it will be quicker to get an answer with the Community...I have the Free Plan that limits to 10 responses. I did reach the 10 responses, but it also says ‘Resets on Jul 10’ which supposed to be today. Unfortunately for some reason, my form is still closed and on my workspace it says that I did hit my monthly limit.I’m a bit confused now… Do I have to do a particular manipulation in my account for it to be reset please? THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP !!!

Good morning, i’m looking to append the results of different forms. They will have the same columns. I came up with google sheet but it’s not solid enough cause the forms will probably be a lot. Do you have any suggestion on how to deal with that? It should be an online tool cause then I need to push the data in zapier.Thanks for helping out

I have been struggling with an issue of Typeform & GTM from last 2-weeks. I have created a web app where I have used the Type form for Question Answers. I have successfully integrate the GTM with the type form. Now I have created different PAGEVIEW events.While I am viewing the PREVIEW mode the first web app is there but when I click on a button and Typeform is active no Trigger has been fired. There is an error message - TYPE FORM IS NOT ENABLED FOR DEBUGGING.Is there anybody who can help me in this.

On our website, we have embedded typeform at the end of the page, so when we go to those pages where we have Typeform embedded it automatically scrolls down to the bottom. that means, visitors dont even get second to read the top pages content. It is disrupting whole experience. would appreciate any help.Note: we have built website on Wix and wix support says the problem is not from their end but from third party code embeded i.e typeform. so please help

Hi!  I’m having trouble integrating the two programs.  In Typeform, I used a template to create the form but then edited all of the questions.  For some reason, during the mapping step, all of the questions from the template Typeform are pulling in vs. the custom ones I put.  The Airtable questions are correctly pulling in.  Please see the image attached. I’ve tried this through Typeform and also tried this through Airtable and both results are the same. Any suggestions are verymuch appreciated!!  

Hello everyone,  I’m trying to create a “how much would you save with us” calculator but to no avail. I’ve done thousand tests, tried setting numerous variables and the logic chart doesn’t seem to be responding adequately. Has someone done something similar so I can take a look at their breakdown to try and replicate? I’m on a deadline and these have been the most stressful weeks of my life. I’m certain my formula is pretty close to functioning but I obviously don’t see the missing piece. Help please!

Does typeform provide ability to have a dynamic user addition - Ability to add multiple users to the form dynamically. This can be achieved by providing a button or an option for the customer to add another set of user information fields - the form starts with a single user information fields, and ability to “add user” one after another.Thanks!

After building up a questionnaire in typeform, when other user(not in the same team) also needs the same questionnaire, is it possible to transfer/duplicate this specific questionnaire to his account?
