Typeform conversations

Hello everybody, I hope everybody’s doing good. I just wanted to say hello, I’m new to the platform, I just wanted to introduce myself and see what the platform got going on !  

I have my form all set up and integrated into Notion for content management. But every time someone submits the form, the date is off by 1 day. I just tested it myself and the same thing happened. It correctly records it in Typeform, but when it shows up in Notion, it’s off. SEND HELP!

Is there still no way to natively generate a public link to view an individual response? I’m looking for something similar to the “Response Summary” reports that can be shared with other non-Typeform users via a public link. (But for individual responses instead.)

Is there a way to make the short text use autocomplete for first name, or company name, last name, etc? I have an issue, because the contact info element has that autocomplete, but if I put that, then I can’t use email in the conditional logic after.

Hello,Here after the last question is submitted (dropdown) there is still the next button (dalje), and the user has to click it, and then click submit again (zatrazi demo poziv) And after clicking next Is there a way to just click submit without having to click next with no reason?

Hello, I wish to know if it is possible to add in the ending page an image after the text and put a link from it. My goal is to write “follow us” with a clickable logo of Instagram

I am trying to define a text variable and add some logic to concat text to it, depending on a group of answers. I am paying for the Business license, but I do not find the way to do that. It seams I can only Replace, but not Concat on a Text Variable. Is it possible?

Hi There,I seem to be having an issue with the logic flow in one of my typeforms. I’ve looked through all the logic and from what i can see, everything seems to be set correctly and this flow used to work, but for some reason, the logic now doesnt seem to be following the correct path.Is this something you could heelp with please?The form in question is this one.The issue seem to be that what ever door style you choose (single, with one sidelight, or with 2 sidelights), when you then choose the modern design and select the ‘Oakham’ door style, select any colour, the next question you get asked is about the width of the door set (min and max values of 1360 - 2400), while this is correct if you have selected door with 2 sidelights, this path is also getting followed if you just choose single door or single door with one sidelight which is incorrect.If single door was chosen at the start, then min and max width would be 860mm - 1200mm and if you chose door with 1 sidelight then min and ma

Hi there, I’ve been using Document Studio with Typeform to populate a report template and then send the report to an email address. Document Studio is not reliable and I am looking for an alternative. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.

I was noticing in my summary report that all the answers to questions I left as short or long, open-ended answers, the responses were all in order of completion time. That is, the first person who completed the quiz, their answers, for all open-ended question responses, are always listed at the bottom, or the first answer. The same for the second person to complete the survey, their answers would be listed second.The issue I’m having is I’m wanting to try to make sure all the answers for those open-ended questions are less obvious by each separate user by those reviewing the end report. For example, I would like if the sixth (6th) person who completes the quiz and submits short/open answer responses, their third open ended question shows their result/response as the first listing, and the fourth open ended question they answer might show up as the eighth opened answer, and perhaps the fifth opened ended question by the that same sixth (6th) person to compete the survey might show up as

The people filling out my form aren't receiving a confirmation email to be sure their form submission went through. How do I turn email confirmations on?

Hello,  I’m trying to generate a report for a form but no matter what I try (change date filter, etc) it gives me wrong data. For now we have 7 respondents that answered all questions but on the report it says not all of them answered every question. Summary of my form : Question 1Question 2  Report :Question 1Question 2 (even showing me a 120% somehow) 

Is it possible to setup email reminder/notification to respondents who have not yet filled/completed their survey based on certain schedule - say 5 days, 7 days, etc. 

I was trying to register for a one month only subscription because I would only use Typeform for 1 WEEK. I used Typeform before (2018) and the basic monthly subscription was also around the $20-$30 dollar range so I thought ok, that's what I'll do again.I'm surprised because they subscribed me to the ANNUAL plan and my debit card was charged more than EUR300?! I am a grad student with no work at the moment and this is my rent money they took. :( I already sent an email and a message because this is urgent and I have no response.

We had an active survey in a workspace that had over 100 responses in it. The account owner (head of our department) has changed up who has access to Typeform, and upon regaining access, that workspace seems to have disappeared, and I think the workspace may have been deleted.  That workspace contained an active survey, and now I’m not sure if this will cause breakage on the FE application for our users, plus now I can’t access the survey data.  Is there any way to undo what the account owner did?  Is there any way to regain access to that survey data?

hey there. one of our team members accidentally removed another team member who created some forms. now when we invite them back the forms they created are not visible. but the published forms still work. can someone plz help us with this? we are in a crunch situation and needs the details of ppl who submitted the forms. our account should be under shilpi@goodfin.com please let me know if you need any info.

Hi,We created a job application form where applicants can upload resumes, we are receiving up to 2K applications every month, for now all uploaded resumes need to be downloaded. Is there a way that we can view the PDFs online instead of downloading them?We connected the upload question to the google drive but it doesn't create a URL, we either have to go to the link folder and manually search for the resume or click the response sheet and download the file. This takes a lot of time. :(. 

I am new on this. Is there a way to create a multi-language form?I need to create a survey in english and spanish, and i would like it to be just one form so I can get results of both answers in one place. Is it possible? 

I created a form a few years ago for a group reunion registration.  At the end I was able to list all of the responses to their questions as seen below.  I cannot figure out how I did it, or the functionality has changed.  Can someone please jog my memory?  How do I pull each response field so the person completing the form can see their responses at a glance?  

Help Please!! I have 15 forms that need to go live by the end of the week, and I’m building away and sending them to QA. I’ve had multiple users report that the button (or the text next to it?) on our results page will either send them to the correct site or send them to typeform.com. I’ve verified the button settings, but this is now happening across multiple forms. I’ve been all over the Community and the videos and can’t figure out why my forms are randomly sending people to Typeform? We’re on a Growth Pro plan so it shouldn’t be branding. Any advice or ideas would be appreciated.  

We have to cancel the account but want to keep the data, is there a way to do an account export?

Hello! I am working on a form that will serve as a vendor performance review. I have created the following: A multiple choice list (allowing with multiple responses) with the list of vendors to be reviewed One question group per vendor in the list I linked each selection of the list to its corresponding question group. If Vendor A is selected then go to Vendor A question group.The form flows wonderfully and marries each choice with its corresponding question group, but the responses are being overwritten each time. For example, if more than 1 vendor is selected, the tool is only capturing the responses for the last vendor.  How can I fix this in a scalable manner that does not require creating 80+ additional rules or conditioning?
