Typeform conversations

Hello,I am experiencing this jump down site wide and full client portfolio wide.Everywhere there is a stagnant typeform embed the page is jumping.https://landmarkmonuments.com/https://mattosmonuments.com/to name a couple of examples.please help with adjusting because the “data-tf-disable-auto-focus ” is a great in single use fix, but having hundreds of the same copy of code displayed is an impossible reupload.Also, in templated use, the Mattos example still jumps down the page. can we eliminate this autofocus from the typeform end?

Hi I have a typeform that generates a quote for the user. I have it set up to send the @price to the user in an email. However whenever I test it the email says 0 instead of the price. So it appears the price variable in the email is not working at all. 

Hi there, I have a complicated request to see what can be done. One of the questions we’ve got in the typeform is a request out of 12 options to select the 5 options which are most relevant to the person. We then ideally want to be able to either: Have it so the next question is a ranking of the 5 options selected in the previous question (so dependent on answer previous) OR Have it so the participant can both select AND rank the 5 options in one go. The reason I’m asking this is the 12 written options are quite long/complicated to read and so to first choose and then rank the options as a separate question will involve a fair amount of reading so if there is an easier way, that would be most helpful! Thanks so much,Lucy Ballance

Is there an option for this, or a zapier integration that can do this?  I’ve had email issues and would like text notifications about leads so I can get back to them right away.Cheers,Kevin 

Is there anyone that has implemented Memberstack on a Webflow site, and Typeform as CTA-forms, and Segment as CDP? I’m trying to get the Memberstack ID passed to Typeform hidden fields, so I can send it on to Segment for event tracking. Hi, When I try to install, I received an error message when Contentful fetch workspaces from Typeform. I've got already a Workspace which contain survey. I tested the connexion with Contentful (Space ID, Token).... How to solve this problem ?

Hi everybody! I have a super question. Can you create complex ramifications logic in the platform? 

We are using our typeform to send over data to google sheets, and run a formula per line in google sheets using Array Tables. The problem I am having, is Typeform is sending over the number with an apostrophe in front of it. I am assuming that is to protect leading 0s. For example:The number entered in typeform is 2600.It shows up in Sheets as ‘2600. The apostrophe breaks my formula. I need to remove that. I have tried presetting the cells and it still shows up.  Any one have a solution?

Hi, recent submissions from two of our forms are missing. We received them and some of them were even downloaded in an excel sheet. However, they are not visible in the responses now. Can someone please help. We are missing 5 responses in one of the forms and 30 in another form. The submissions are recorded in the insights but are not available in the forms anymore. Thank you for the support, and awaiting any help!    

Hello,I want to know if it’s possible to start a form in different questions depending on the button.Example: FORM A has 6 questions. Button X opens the Form in question 1 and Button Y opens form in question 3.

I’m working on integrating my typeform with an airtable base that I have. The typeform has more than 10 questions but none of them are appearing where I’d be able to match them. Instead I have random number letter combo. Would love to match items. Thanks!   

From June 15th to today, the customer data in the result table was not listed on the Google sheet.Did anyone experience that? Does anyone know why this happened?

When we embed the typeform, i an scroll and other webpage elements are scrolling over the typeform. and header z index is higher. i m never seeing X button to close. i couldnt find z index for our theme header. so i need to understand how to increase zindex for the typeform we are using. 

I subscribed to typeform using the GitHub student developer pack which lasted for one month, upon signing up I added my card to the account. Today I woke up to an email notifying me that my account was charged 420 USD. I am a student of Greenwich University and I live on budget, I cannot afford to pay for the yearly subscription. Pls help me get a refund, I have send a message to the support team using my email. Thank you

We are using the api and getting a payload whenever a user finishes taking the quiz which is awesome, and inside that payload there is an “event_id” which is awesome! Because if a user fails to enter their name, but makes a purchase after the quiz we can tie their quiz answers to their event_id! ONE PROBLEM!! We need to redirect the user to our shop after they finish the quiz, so in the final step we have a redirect which looks something like. https://n8n.oursite.com/webhook/getCartUrl_v2?email=@{enter your email}&eventId=@??????QUESTION - How do you merge the event_id into the redirect link? This is meant to catch quiz answers for the many people who change their email address at checkout breaking the truthiness of email.  URGENT! - This is a dealbreaker if we cannot find a way to connect these redirects to quiz answers then we will have to find another option. 

How to use typeform to study 

Hello All ! I’m looking to use Typeform to generate dynamic documents ( contracts ) . The idea is : User select answers on the form, these data will synchronize with Google sheet then from google sheet a pdf will be generated using fields probably with Zapier. However, I need to have more than just the answers that are on the form. I want that the answers selected on the form to generate bigger text in the backend.  Do you have an idea of how to proceed ?  All the best 

How can I move a survey to another organisation?

My subscription is renewed without announcement. I’m not using typeform anymore. I forgot i had it ;-) Now my creditcard is charged for 700 dollar. I don’t think it is allowed to renew for an other year without announcement and the possibility to end the subscription. I would like to end my subscription immediately and that the payment will be refunded. Does anyone know who i have to inform to get this done?

How long does it take to get a reply from the support team? I requested a refund for a subscription that I never opted for.

This column isn’t auto populating. How can I fix that? I need my google sheet to record when the surveys are submitted.
