Typeform conversations

Hi,  I have created a poll with two fields hidden: email nameTh results recognize the name but not the email. How can I sor it out?  

I want to change my subscription so I can just be charged monthly rather than all at once, but it wont let me @Liz . Sent in a support ticket a couple hours ago, but haven’t heard anything. Can’t edit or cancel the outstanding invoice either 

HiWe love typeform! We’ve been using it for the last three years to get weekly pulse checks on how our employees are doing. The account holder is leaving the company, and we want to replace him with a user who will still be here. Our account is only for one team member (which we are happy with), but want to switch that user out for another one. I can’t see an obvious way to do this in the settings, does anybody know how to do this?Thanks 

This is super annoying and I see that so many other people have had this issue. I only have 10 questions including my welcome screen and it’s saying I can’t publish due to the fact that the free form doesn’t allow for more than 10 questions. But I don’t have more than 10 questions!

Hi Typeform Folks and Friends, I am working with calculator. But would like to have instead of one “master SCORE” several “SUB SCORE”.So each set of answers generates a score set per group.This would be powerful to calculate balances scores of several items. Any thoughts on this idea or available score?

We want to trigger a request to complete a customer satisfaction survey in Typeform when we close a ticket in Zendesk. We also want the Typeform to be pre-populated with a couple of fields like the email address and ticket number because we already have this information in the ticket. Has anyone done this or know if it can be done?

I'm forwarding a type form domain to a domain I own and have hosted with Godaddy.I have not had an issues doing this in the past but the Form I created today keeps getting the following when you click on my Godaddy domain. “To protect your security, charles996061.typeform.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window.”

Hi guys,we just created a TypeForm and shared it via an embetting code to our Website. It’s a very short survey (just 1 question) and we like to show the live-results to our respondants after they have finished.For that reason we linked the Button on eding-Screen with the URL of the created result-report.In general that works fine but redirect is opening within a new site. We wan’t to show the results within the embetting-container.Is there any way to get this done? Would appreciate any advises.Thanks.

Hello everyone,I'm wondering how are you dealing with the challenges of preparing a great Typeform. Because, the goals we want to achieve with the Typeform usually depend on factors like:Asking the right questions, Choosing the right visual content (pictures, videos, icons, emoji, etc.), Finding the proper "Time to complete" according with the responders context and patience, Etc.I'm curious if you ask for second opinions te help you build or iterate your Typeforms.I'm also curious if there is any need for a testing group to provide feedback on the Typeforms before launch or even for further optimisations.

How to find the maximum number if I have 6 different variables in the test, which should give the desired result depending on the one that is larger?

The "x" ist too small on embed forms. How can I change the "x" and make it more accessible?

Hy all,I’m working on a typform where custumers choose wich of our product they wish to rent.The name in the typeform wich is “user readable” does not match our database naming convention, thus makes it tricky to get a match when calling our apps API with type form data.Is there a way have a different answer displayed in the  form and send the the google sheet i use. I could do the check in the script in the google app but i’dd rather have it be done before it hit’s the google shheet. Regards,Luke.

Hello there ! I’m trying to integrate my typeform to bubble, and have a webhook for every responses. But when i create it directly in Typeform and, tried to do delivery send request, i received “response 404” but … its a test by typeform. I don’t understand. Help please =)

Is it possible to use the launch in email feature using Gmail? We don’t use MailChimp or Hubspot. Our Mail Merge System (YAMM) uses an email that we create in the drafts folder of gmail.

My Typeform doesn't load on Safari 15.2 on a Mac with macOS Monterey 12.1 (intel Mac) When clicked upon, it keeps loading (showing a turning loading circle) or it gives an error.Can someone please take a look, or does anyone have tips or pointers. I really don’t know what to do.I tried to duplicate the Typeform, but is has the same problem.  

Hi! I tested my new form and when it is successfully completed and sent, the confirmation page only has a button that says “Create a typeform” (screenshot below). There is no message to the customer informing that the form has been successfully completed and sent.I’ve checked the settings and there should be a confirmation page that says “Done! Your information was sent perfectly.” But there is no such message on the page.Please help. Thanks.Regards,Huimin
