Hi,I created an archive workspace.This automatically became the default workspace, which is quiet annoying.I don’t see how you can change settings to choose another workspace als default.No doubt I’m missing something obvious …Help appreciated!Have a fine day.Hans

Do anyone know how to change this to something else that I can edit myself? When I text the typeform link, I want it to include my branding to that the client isn’t confused about what the application is.

Hello. I am trying to play with the Replace function mentioned in this help article, but it is not showing up as an option when I’m editing the logic on my typeform. I have both Score and variables, plus hidden fields, enabled. Do I need to edit some settings on my Typeform, or is something else going on? 

Hi thereI have 2 questions:1/ I’m on free plan now. I create a type form and want to integrate with Mailchimp. However, they ask me have to upgrade the plan in order to publish the template form.. Because I’m on free plan, do we have any template form I can use and publish it for free?? This form is just a test, I want to know how it look on Mailchimp 2/ I want to embed the type form to Mailchimp. Do we have step-by-step instruction?  Many thanks

We are trying to implement TypeForms in our React website. But we do not like the standard design of forms, it does not match the overall style of the website. So we decided to hide the form and put the values from our custom form fields to the hidden fields of the TypeForm (we already found how to do this via hidden fields). The only thing we haven't figured out yet is how to submit TypeForm when we click our custom button. Is there any way to do that?Or perhaps there is an easier way to pass data from our forms to TypeForm?Any help would be helpful as we want to use TypeForm everywhere in our many applications, but we definitely need the ability to style them. Thank you!

Hi there I have a Yes/No question in the application form I am building. A yes answer leads to route 1 and one following question, whereas a No answer leads to route 2 and several other questions. If the respondent chooses No I’d like all the following questions to be required. If the respondent answers Yes then only the one is required.My question is does the system know to accept submission of the form based on required responses only on the respondents chosden route? Or will it be confused and only accept submission if all respondents have answered all required questions?Hope I’ve explained the conundrum clearly.Many thanks

Hi, Typeform community! We just upgraded our plan from free to Plus, and the quizzes we built out for testing on the free plan are no longer visible. It’s like our previous workspace disappeared completely after the upgrade. Is there any way we can retrieve them? 

Hi, I am trying to create a campaign, where my subscribers go from Sendinblue to my Typeform (integrated), with email sent as a hidden field to Typeform. Then those filling out the form, answering some questions would be segmented based on their data, and get back to Sendinblue. But, my problem is that Sendinblue cannot identify the hidden field parameter when mapping the data from Typeform. I tried to work around this by adding my hidden email field somewhere in Typeform as an answer, but that’s not possible with Typeform either. Is there a way to work around this? It’s really lame that I send people from Sendinblue to Typeform, with their data passed to hidden field, but cannot get it back to Sendinblue, when they finish the survey.Thanks

Hello, I have the following doubt.I have made the logic in which in the last question when answering it I should jump to the final greeting but when I get to the question I answer it and it stays there without sending me the final message. the only thing that appears to me is a "send" button that when I press it sends me to the final greeting.what am I doing wrong? 

Hello everyone.Is there a way to save open questions and their answers in a PDF-report?I only saw the possibility to include open questions in an online report that you can access through a link. I am creating a form for users to complete - but their answers are more for them than for me. Is there a way that after completing a form, that same user can access/ save/ print only their own responses after they submit them? I hope this is clear! Thank you! 

I was SO excited about Typeform until I realised that the integration with MailerLite is very limited. It’s great being able to map a form submission to MailerLite generally. But it doesn’t have the capacity to map multiple choice or dropdown answers to groups or segments, which really limits the functionality of the integration.  I notice that Mailchimp and some others allow question mapping beyond just the email field. Does anyone know if there’s a possibility this feature might be added, or if there is a workaround? So frustrated. 😢 I could move my email list to Mailchimp but Mailchimp is so… ugly 😬 And it misses the survey response block that you can add to emails in MailerLite, which I love   I’m keen to hear from other that integrate with a mailing list where you can capture and sync up information beyond an email address. Thanks    

Hello!  Hoping someone can help me out of this rabbit hole.  We have a question where people can choose to upload docs “one at a time” or “as one package”  We are able to get this rule to work effectively.  THEN we reach the struggle - The goal: Have people go to question 11 (see below) and based on their selections Question 12. will allow them to upload ONLY the documents they have selected in Question 11 Consumer view of question 11:  Logic from 11 - We are able to flow people through ALL of the optional uploads required but we are NOT able to find the correct logic to have it ONLY open the file uploads IF they checked that box in question 11

Hi, I am currently sending out our survey embedded in an email with personalised URLs (topic & ID). The topic is returned as expected for all survey responents (string), the ID hidden field (string with letters and numbers) is not being returned for any of the survey responses. I double checked the URL and the hidden field settings and could not detect any issues. Is there anything else I need to keep in mind?

Can prioritized answers be automatically subjected to a next prioritization? Hi All,I’m trying to branch a Yes/No response to my Q4 based on your country answered in Q3. Parts 1-3 of the logic is seamless. Part 4 is just not catching. Help?Like this:If Yes to Q4 + Country A,B,C in Q3, go to Q5 If No to Q4 + Country A,B,C in Q3, go to Q6 If Yes to Q4 + Country X,Y,Z in Q3, go to Q7 If No to Q4 + Country X,Y,Z in Q3, go to Q8That last one is just not catching on. It’s sending all X,Y,Z to Q7 whether you answered yes or no.Any ideas?

Hello,I noticed that full screen embed mode only is for when site loads, but I want to see fullscreen mode on both desktop and mobile to load on button click. There is pop-up option of ebmed, but it has size large only, and it is not a full screen. Any ideas?Also, is it possible that my custom button would load that fullscreen embed, instead of a typeform premade button? As typeform button styling has limitations 

Hi, My type form is access for a single user in one device. The user needs to receive the feedback of a client. The user has to answer for all the different clients. If the user doesn’t finish with one client, when enter to the other client it comes the partial answer of the previous incomplete client. How I can avoid this? Thank you for your reply

Hi - I recently integrated my typeform to my notion account and mapped out all relevant fields. however, at the mapping stage, typeform/notion does not seem to recognize “file upload” as a question in the drop down, when it’s clearly part of the typeform in general. Because it is not recognized, I’m unable to get all the data required from the typeform to notion fields.
