Hello, I saw “You can't track Payment questions due to legal reasons, so it is currently not possible to use Google Analytics if you have a Payment field in your typeform.” on this page. https://www.typeform.com/help/a/integrate-your-typeform-with-google-analytics-360029251312/ Is there a way to hide or ignore payement field to use Google Analytics ?  Or is there an other way to see conversion rate of my UTM campagne ? Thanks

We currently implemented Salesforce integration in our Org.We are having 2 main problems, if you can help me on any of these, i will be really grateful.If there is a problem with a response, a “typeform_error” record is created, showing you the problem with a status of “new”.  Initially, i tough that correcting the issue, then changing the typeform_error status to “resolved” and running the “Retrieve responses” process should re-process that records with an error, but those records just never get to Salesfoce.  This is a big issue if you are working with thousands of responses, and cannot be monitoring it so thight.  Is there a method to call the “sync” process on those “typeform_error” marked records? Maybe an APEX method we can call manually to address this? I’ve noticed some “invalid date” errors when getting responses with “date type fields”.  Really annoying because you cannot perform any correction on Salesforce to accept the record.  Maybe you could allow also map typeform “date

Hi there,I have a lead gen typeform that is used to push the data into a number of systems (slack, etc.). One of our systems does not have a direct typeform integration, so we are using Zapier. However… the target application’s Zapier oddly requires a gender field, and we cannot disable the field. We have no interest in asking people their gender, so we would like to embed a hidden field on our typeform that just passes a hardcoded value to Zapier, so Zapier can pass it to the other application. I’ve looked at the hidden field setup in Typeform and it seems to only append the data to a URL, which won’t work for me. Any ideas? Thanks! Rob

I have made a quiz with quite a few images in it, and just before the time of launching it, none of the images are loading and only an icon shows for the images I had uploaded. 

I wonder if it is possible to edit the form logic just by checking if the email entered has already been used?

I have been searching and reading the Community posts for quite a while and still feel confused how I can send quiz results to my customers via Klaviyo?I have created a quiz with just 4 results - you can see the current version with results pages “baked in” here.From what I’ve read so far it sounds like I will need to use Zapier and then should create 4 Klaviyo lists with coordinating flows with an email that reveals quiz resutls to the customer… but how would I make sure the email address ends up on the correct list within Klaviyo based on their quiz outcome?Feel free to direct me if this has been answered elsewhere - many thanks, all!

Hey all,we have a problem integrating a typeform as chat into our website. For Desktop, iOS mobile everything works smooth and fine (Chrome, Safari etc..) but when using Android (mobile, Chrome) there is an issue with the “x” closing-icon in the top corner. When loading the page with embedded typeform as chat, the “x” closing-icon shows directly in the upper right corner (chat form is closed correctly). It is placed in a div which is completely overlapping all other html elements, so the user is not able to use the website until he/she clicks the little closing-icon (which is very hard to see) or he/she opens and closes the chat.Hope, there is help out there ;) …Thanks in advance!Best regardscd_schade

Al incrustar más de un Typeform en una misma página de mi web, solo funciona uno, los demas muestran el siguiente error a el abrirse La página form.typeform.com ha rechazado la conexión. por ejemplo en : http://madridiprhelpsdesk.d674.dinaserver.com/actividades-de-divulgacion/ los botonoes de “contactanos” abren los typeform pero solo funciona el primero.  Necesito una agil solucion.  Gracias de ante mano

I want to know if there is a way to export answers from a clients typeform to a template I’ve set up (not sure where) that would populate the answers in an brand, clean way, and then be able to send that 1-pager back tot he client as a summary of their answers? Currently the only way would be to do it manually - want to see if there was a way to automate? Thanks! 

My form collects user’s email address. When I connect to google sheets, the email address does not transfer to google sheets. All the other form questions show up properly in the google sheet. How do I fix this?

TLDR: The Typeform status-quo is that un-submitted responses are deleted after 15 days. The Calendly app doesn’t follow the status quo, and is finalized immediately regardless of whether the Typeform is submitted or not. Existing workarounds are insufficient to resolve the inconsistency. My situation is actually a combination of two common Typeform complaints: Calendly submissions ≠ form submissions (resulting in clients who think they’ve submitted both, when only having completed one), and partial completions are unavailable (except Calendly app submissions within partial completions). Several solutions have been proposed. Solution 1: @guyb spoke to this when commenting on the original announcement: “It would be even better if it could be adjusted so that the Calendly meeting is not actually scheduled until the Typeform has been submitted.” This solves my problem because submitters, Calendly, and Zapier aren’t misled to think the submission is done when they, in fact, are only partial

Hiiiiiiii. I just did a ranking-question survey and got the responses. When I go to the summary page to analyze my responses, something is unclear to me. At the right side of the choices list, there are # average displayed. There are #3.71 average, #4.81 average, #5.11 average and so on. May I know what do they mean and how do i calculate to get the numbers? I’ve been trying to figure out those numbers for hours but i only came to the road end. p/s : i edited out the questions and answer list beforehand. thank you  And this is the details of #1 choice. From 1-16, the responses show that it’s been ranked as no. 1But what really bothers me, at the top right there is a display of #3.71 average. Now, i really hope if there’s anyone could tell me where did this number came from and how to get it. I hope for help or answers from anyone asap :( Thank you very much
