Typeform conversations

Hi Typeform community members, I’ve tried to add a hyperlink to the text on one of my form endings. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. The hyperlink seems to have disappeared altogether after I published my form and looked at the live form. In fact, it pretty much felt like the hyperlink wasn’t saved in the first place. Here’s a screenshot of what I’ve set up. I’m trying to insert a link to post reviews on Google to the phrase “Google reviews” in the first sentence below.So, how do I create the hyperlink? Thanks in advance for sharing your workarounds.

Hello, I am new to TypeForm and the Community. Appreciate any guidance in advance.Just transferred all my surveys from Survey Monkey and wondering about a specific feature. In Survey Monkey, it allowed me to send a survey right from within a tool and when users responded to a survey, I was able to see who responded (their email address). Is also allowed me to save the email template so I could reuse it easily for new emails/invitations. Seems like I can’t do this in TypeForm.I have this Client Satisfaction Survey that I need to send to a client after project is completed. I can copy the link and email the client from Gmail, but then I will never know who completed the survey unless I specifically ask them to add name or email address from a survey (which is something I do not want to do). I noticed that it also allows me to integrate TypeForm with ActiveCampaign, but this won’t work as this is not for one-time email campaign. I need to add 1-2 emails a day and send those surveys easily

This morning a column of responses to a questionnaire that I’m working on disappeared. How do I recover it? Thanks so, so much. Donny Shell

Cheers everyone!I’m using typeform to create some quizzes to test knowledge in some specific areas with 8-bit arcade games visual to and it’s becomming absolutelly awesome.Only thing is that, if you all remember, arcade games used to have a high score board in the end.Any ideas on how I could do that? 

Hi, I created a multiple choice question with two right answers and created response screens for a right, wrong and incomplete reply.In case ppl are choosing the two right and one wrong reply, they should be directed to the “wrong” screen which is selected for “ALL OTHER CASES” except for two right answers (right reply) and the two single right answers (incomplete reply). Instead of this happening, ppl are directed to the “right” screen. This is not logical to me.How can this be avoided easiest!?

Helloo ! I hope i will find help here :) I use typeform/klaviyo integration in our emailing to enrich customer profiles in klaviyo (based on answers in typeform).I add an hiddenfield “email” for klaviyo be able to map customer profile - customer answers and create properties in their customer profile.The thing is : it used to work perfectly but now i’m doing new flows / made exactly the same way , the sync doesnt work anymore. Hiddenfield still enables me to catch email in typeform but their customer profiles in klaviyo dont change.I don’t know where i should search to fix it : i resync 100 times, i made test on the link, change destination list…Do you have an idea ?Thanks in advance for your help, 

Happy New Year Typeform community,I’ve setup a typeform to help people choose what they’d like to focus on from a list of potential ideas.So for every idea, I have a Yes/No question like “Do you want to ….” Yes/No.I would like, for each respondent, to send to Miro via Zapier the list of ideas that was selected as Yes.Many thanks for any help

I am unable to set logic between the Branching and Calculations logics, with the select button not allowing me to select to set the logic as greyed out - Circled below. Am I missing something?   

Hello !I’m getting difficulties to use the results of my ranking question in Excel :/I don’t know how can I recreate the results shown in the summary (I need to for a school project).Here’s how it looks in ExcelShould I divide it in several columns, separated by “,” ?But then again it doesn’t work because I need to take into account two things:The fact that every text will be replaced by a number 1-2-3-4-5 (that I can manage) The fact that every number is also an order of importance (the fact that the response 4 is in the first column makes it the first most important one : 1).I have zero idea of how can I code or replace the latter, or even combine it with the first series of number.I’m also using SPSS as a way to calculate averages, etc. for the project.Any (quick) help for a student in need please ? :)Thanks !

Hi, I am trying to set up a Survey and go with basic plan but is it possible to upgrade to higher plans if I need to capture more data? 

Is it possible, for example, to change one question on several forms that have exactly the same structure so that it is changed on all other forms at the same time?For example, I have 10 forms that have the same questions:a. What is your name?b. How old are you?c. Where do you live?And if I want to change question a. on all 10 forms, that I only have to do it once instead of on each of the 10 forms separately? 

I can’t seem to figure out what the issue could be, when I submit my typeform, some custom fields in active campaign crm are not populated? even during mapping those fields were not available, how do I add them or go about solving this?

We are planning to run a raffle for celebrating CNY with our customers. They have to take the quiz on Typeform to be qualified for the raffle. They will leave email addresses on the first page. How can I export all the emails and download from the site? Don’t want to manually copy the emails...

Good day I need help with downloading the results responses, the page hangs all the time I have changed browsers it keeps running the results but does not pull them up. to the  point that I am able to download them. its shows that there are results 37 responses 

Hi everyoneWe have a challenge syncing files from TypeForm to HubSpot via the native integrator - for some reason the file type property is not coming up from HubSpot at all in the matching selector when we try to match the file type field from TypeForm.Has anyone experienced similar behaviour and if so how it was sorted ?Thanks,RobP.S - I have contacted HubSpot Support and they told me that I should contact TypeForm Support :) - the usual process of ping-pong between different systems …

Hello, I saw “You can't track Payment questions due to legal reasons, so it is currently not possible to use Google Analytics if you have a Payment field in your typeform.” on this page. https://www.typeform.com/help/a/integrate-your-typeform-with-google-analytics-360029251312/ Is there a way to hide or ignore payement field to use Google Analytics ?  Or is there an other way to see conversion rate of my UTM campagne ? Thanks

We currently implemented Salesforce integration in our Org.We are having 2 main problems, if you can help me on any of these, i will be really grateful.If there is a problem with a response, a “typeform_error” record is created, showing you the problem with a status of “new”.  Initially, i tough that correcting the issue, then changing the typeform_error status to “resolved” and running the “Retrieve responses” process should re-process that records with an error, but those records just never get to Salesfoce.  This is a big issue if you are working with thousands of responses, and cannot be monitoring it so thight.  Is there a method to call the “sync” process on those “typeform_error” marked records? Maybe an APEX method we can call manually to address this? I’ve noticed some “invalid date” errors when getting responses with “date type fields”.  Really annoying because you cannot perform any correction on Salesforce to accept the record.  Maybe you could allow also map typeform “date

Hi there,I have a lead gen typeform that is used to push the data into a number of systems (slack, etc.). One of our systems does not have a direct typeform integration, so we are using Zapier. However… the target application’s Zapier oddly requires a gender field, and we cannot disable the field. We have no interest in asking people their gender, so we would like to embed a hidden field on our typeform that just passes a hardcoded value to Zapier, so Zapier can pass it to the other application. I’ve looked at the hidden field setup in Typeform and it seems to only append the data to a URL, which won’t work for me. Any ideas? Thanks! Rob

I have made a quiz with quite a few images in it, and just before the time of launching it, none of the images are loading and only an icon shows for the images I had uploaded. 

I wonder if it is possible to edit the form logic just by checking if the email entered has already been used?
