Typeform conversations

Hi, can anyone help us t force users to answer questions before being able to move on.  We know we can make a question ‘Required’, however this doesn’t stop the user skipping the question and only flags the issue when submitting.  We are trying to build a flow where we force the user to answer each question when they are scheduled in the flow. Any help appreciated.

All of our Typeforms have stopped working! We aren’t receiving responses to our email and they’re not syncing to any of the Google Sheets. We receive many enquiries every day so it’s really important we get everything back up and running soon! I’ve logged into Typeform to try and see any new responses that way but have been thrown out several times with an error message. 

Hi, I’m using Northpass an LMS tool and have embedded using the url a typeform survey. I’m wanting to use the hidden fields to capture the first name, last name and email of our customers filling out the survey. I have been able to find out how to add the hidden fields but they don’t seem to be pulling in the data. Any ideaS? I have also connected the survey to slack so the results come through, but my colleagues want to know who it is sending the feedback as it is annoymous until I can’t get this hidden fields to work.

Hello,My Embed typeform on my clickfunnels page used to work perfectly until today!i tried the chat function once as a switch but it didnt work so i wanted to change it back to the regular typeform on the page.But when i do that i can only see a white screen.I tried every option i can think of.Would love to hear your suggestions!

I have no Logic Jump icons anymore as described in the help videos.  They’re simply not there.  I have the Essentials package which includes unlimited Logic Jump capability. Anyone else with this problem?

HelloI want to track search terms from google ads.(e.g. Someone types in “interior design” on google, sees my ad, clicks on it, fills out my “standard embedded typeform (survey) on my website)I want to know what was the “search term” that triggered the response. Is this possible? And if yes, which “hidden field” should I use and how to set it up correctly? p.s. I’ve tried many things so far and usually I dont get the information I want (too broad). If anyone has an answer to this, I would be really grateful if you can share it with me.Thank you!

HiIt has happened more than 2 times, that out of sudden, a Survey has its Webhook configuration erased, but not due to human intervention. I just noticed on these occasions, that I’m not receiving the data from answered surveys via Webhook, and when I go to the survey configuration, I see that the Webhook configuration is gone:   It’s clear to me, that this is a bug on the platform. I would like to know if other people have experienced this behavior and if Typeform team has something to say related to this issue, which again: it happens from time to time.Thank you,Jaime

want to be able to view photo upload within the form, without is being downloaded want to be able to change the layout of the response view so it’s easier to scanHave beeb using JotForm and switched to Typeform to create a better client experience, however the results are really not very easy to look at and manage and issues with having to download photos it’s probably going to mean I have to move back to JotForm

Hi I’m currently running a course over 4 days with a maximum number of 10 per day that can attend. Is there a way I can have a date close off when it is fully subscribed? At the moment my form has a dropdown option that allows the candidate to select the course they wish to attend. From there they go to another dropdown that has a list of dates available. I need for the dates to be inaccessible once a max of 10 is reached?

I tried passing onClose callback to popup button, but its not triggering on popup close (on click of X button). Is it right way to do? is there any other alternative?

Hello Community, I created a big quiz on typeformstarting with 1 questions that can lead to 5 different topics.I embedded typeform on a webpage. The webpage alreday shows teaser in terms of the different 5 topics. I want to know if I can link a topic related question within my big question tree to the webpage so that I do not end up at the first question all the time.(like jumping in a youtube video to a specific part)I am happy for any advice!Thanks,

Because I dont get the data from the user I need to break up my forms. Can i use data from form 1 to populate form 2 on a per user basis?

Hello,I am almost ready to move forward with our first Typeform (quiz). However I have 2 issues that I cannot seem to get to the bottom of.1.) On the question page, after the question, there should be 2 options (yes or no). However, there is a white box at the bottom that states “ok” under each page. Can this be removed? There should only be two options, yes or no. It seems confusing to also have a box that says “ok”2.) On a statement page in the button tab, it wont display the correct phrase included in the button. For example, if I change the text to “This sounds amazing” and publish, it still shows “submit” when I view for testing. Any idea why the text in the button doesn’t appear to save and defaults to “submit”?Thank you for your help!!Danielle

Problem:  TypeForm only allows me to add one stripe account to my TypeForm account so I constantly have to manually perform daily payouts to my customers which is time consuming.Solution:  Leverage Stripe API and Stripe Connect to automatically process payouts to customers daily and charge an application fee.Details:User completes form and makes payment. Stripe checks the "typeform_form_id" and uses a Google Sheets file to reference which Stripe Connected account ID money should be routed to. Email notification is sent to let customer know money has hit account

Is it possible to change text color of the button? If I choose button background color as white, the text color becomes grey automatically, and I would like to assign a specific color to it. Thanks for your help!

I created a quick Survey and sent it out and now for some reason no one is able to complete the survey and I dont know why.  I just sent an email and included the hyperlink.  I so confused about this. Please if anyone knows how I can fix this? 

We have a product recommendation quiz that has 12 different outcome pages. When a quiz is completed, one of 12 different outcome pages is displayed. That outcome page has a button to a product page on our website. I am trying to pass on a hidden field in the button link so that Klaviyo knows which outcome page was recommended to a profile. Is this possible? Am I using the hidden field incorrectly? Is there a better way to pass on to Klaviyo which outcome page a profile landed on?

I am making a survey that accompanies a physical museum. I would like to know if the users like the different activities in the museum. However, users can do activities in any order, so I’d need for users to be able to choose the group of questions/activity that they are answering, and then come back to the beginning to chose the next activity. Is there any way to do this ?Is there any way to send automatically to the ending when all questions are answered ?  Thank you !!
