Typeform conversations

The embed code that is provided does not work on my WP site any more. It used to work but now it is broken!  Attached is what we get when you click to launch the survey.   http://parkdigital.ca/gig/ - there are two buttons on this page that should open the same form on the side of the page.  and yes, the form is live!  

Hi, We just launched a survey, and I noticed that we received a lot of bogus responses. We’re raffling out some gift cards and I’m assuming the bogus responses for the same! Is there a way to eliminate these responses easily? Here is the survey:   

I am using embed typeform option in a webpage and I’m looking for flexibility where I can pause taking responses from my users. So basically I do not want to delete a typeform, but just have an option of ON/OFF where responses can be restricted either when I have recieved sufficient responses or I manually turn it off.

All of the sudden I’m having press CTRL+ENTER to submit? In Settings / Messages that option does not exist so I can’t change it back. Same survey in english version there is no keyboard shortcut at all. What is going on? How to make tings simpler?

Hi, I’ve been working on a very long Typeform with many questions and lots of logic parameters. Today I made the switch to the new Typeform, but in the process the form lost all of its logic! And I can’t go back to the old Typeform. Very sloppy... Fortunately, I made a backup copy of it, so I can manually copy the logic. But this will be a lot of work! Question: is there a way to retrieve the logic from the original, so that I don’t have to manually copy it over? It’ll be many hours of work, I’ll appreciate it very much if this can be avoided. Thank you.

I have an slider embed form that has a Button link to open. I can’t get rid of the box border around the paragraph it is placed in. I’m on Squarespace and this embed is a “code module.”I don’t think it is SS css, but the Typeform coding. Anyone with ideas?     

We are looking into switching our survey platform from Google Forms to Typeform. Does anyone know if surveys built in Google Forms can be uploaded to Typeform and then edited? Or do they have to be created from scratch in Typeform? Thanks!Casey

I’m trying to generate a report from the results summary tab but am getting the “Hold tight—just getting this page ready” message all day long.  Based on previous messages in the community, I made sure that the survey was published.  Is there any other reason I’m not aware of? Thanks!

Hi, how do I integrate typeform response to become a task for action by different users? 

I am trying to find out who filled out forms anonymously on our organization’s website.  Our Organization has experienced harassment at the hands of one individual and we need to know if we can find out who sent them as they use fake emails etc. 12 forms were filled out over the course of three weeks and they are very intimidating and we have a court case and need this information.   Please help

I am on the free account and the dashboard shows I have 100 responses in my account. Additionally, the dashboard says, I have collected 1 response. However, my published survey results show 4 responses collected. I know people have completed my survey but I can't see more than 4 responses (even thought I am meant to have 100 responses or am I?).Is it because I need to upgrade to see the responses? If I upgrade the plan, will I get to see responses? 

I have created a form on typeform for my client but by default its take my name on the URL so can we change email id and it will take client name on the url.

Hello -- I have a successful airtable integration but now I’ve realized i need to ask one more question in my typeform, which wasn’t included in the original field mapping. If I add the same column matching the question type in airtable, will the integration update to match the two?Or, do I need to delete the entire integration to remap just one question?Thanks!

Hi guys,We are building a Status Praesens test in Typeform.Which area of your life needs some work and where to start to help you in a better state of being.My goal is to reach out an outcome of which area of their live they could make a first change.Every question group has different questions that relate to an area in your life. Personal, body, relations, spiritual, finance etc.I ask the respondents to give a number from 1 to 5 to every statement.Around 10 statements in every question group.We gave every question 1 point, and the question group with the lowest rate should be the outcome of the test.So the question is, how can we can we build this test so you have an outcome on a question group instead of the whole test.Love to hear from you. 

Hi, I would like the end page to comes in the middle of my quiz then continue with other questions after the end page. The reason is I need to let users know the results first then allowing them to choose the next step.  I tried using a “ Statement” and add the @score but I am unable to add in the social icons on the “Statement” page. Is the any other things I can do?Thank you

Hello, I am looking at ways to make our Christmas beer preorder more efficient. In previous years we send out a brochure that contains the following:Gift packs - 36 SKUs (accompanying pictures essential for customers)Spirits - 6 SKUsBottle Cases - 42 SKUsLarge format bottles - 24 SKUsKegs - 10 SKUsI’m looking to build a form that initially captures company info and contact info, then branches by company type (this would restrict visibility of certain items ie a shop doesn’t need to see kegs). Then customers would be taken through each product category to input their order quantity against the items. Customers are free to order an unlimited quantity of each item, so previous solutions I’ve seen using the matrix option wouldn’t work. Is Typeform an appropriate solution for this, or am I pushing the boundaries in terms of how many SKUs we have?

Hi, Have sent this request to Support a few days back and have not heard from them since.  When I went to upgrade my account, I didn’t realise that my new test account was actually being upgraded.  So what I would like to do is have my paid account merged with my old account with the new Typeforms that have been created.  The new account throws us off our VideoAsk account as well and does not allow us to login without the old account.  Appreciate the help.  Thanking you, Aftab. PS: Just for my information - is this the only avenue for support going forward?

Hey typeforms community,So i want to implement typeform in a project but i am struggling with a design/conception/feasibility issue..so basically the problem i am facing is that in my typeforms i will have a given number of users (MAX 4) who will answer simultaneously on the same form, i know that i can implement logic content and grouped questions but the problem is more complicated.I would like to know if there is another way than repeating the same set of questions 4 times ? one for each user ?, can questions sets be generated dynamically depending on number of users ?Also, in case i want to edit a question i have to edit it every single set of questions, does this feature already exist in typeform ?Thank you alot ! :)
