Hi,The answer for Q8 - ‘When do you want the project to be executed?’should always jump to Q3. ‘Thanks. Now let's grab your contact details….’Not sure why this jump logic is not working. Can someone help me figure this out?  

Hi Guys, Im trying to recommend a product based on 4 different scores which I created as custom variables. To get them to add a point based on questions answered is easy enough but I can't seem to get all the values to display on a final summary page. E.g. The right racquet should be based on 4 variables (weight, stiffness, balance point and tension). After answering questions your tally might be weight 5, stiffness 5, balance point 2, tension 5. On the final summary page i show this to the customer by saying your recommended racquet has the following stats: Weight: @weightStiffness: @stiffnessBalance Point: @bpTension: @tension This displays the score. My problem is I don't want the scores to display as the tally amount. A weight tally score of 5 represents “4U-83grams”. Is there a way to change the code/logic on this page to set up a  replace function??i.e. =IF(@weight>4) then replace @weight with “4U-83grams” This is easy enough in excel but not sure how to do it here. Please hel

On a published survey, questions that allowed for respondents to enter a longer statement (free form), it did not provide fields for respondents to enter information. It only displayed a continue option button. I had to change the option to long text. But this is not what I wanted initially.

Hi all, I have an image in my form, but I cannot set an alt text. The option does not appear in Chrome nor in FireFox. I have Linux PopOS and my browsers are up-to-date.  I fear that my form won’t be compliant to accessibility rules. Have you ever experienced it ? Hi! I am creating a quiz with three different logic-based jumps / branches. Is it possible to create additional logic within one question? For example, there is a question with 4 answers: if you choose answer 1 you jump to question a, answer 2 leads you to question b and so forth. However, if you choose answer 1 I want you to skip question b, but there is one answer that needs to go through all questions, so I don’t want to add a logic for question a, but rather embed a second logic within answer 1’s logic. Does this make sense? Let me know!

Dear All, i am co-founder DOMI,  DOMI is a social enterprise that is tackling Energy Poverty for underprivileged household in ASIA, this is what we do. it’s an honor to be in this community. this is our first time using typeform.really love the UX. I discover a problem when i open the form , at the welcome page when i scroll down with finger on iphone or browser when i try to read the welcome page, half way or getting to the bottom of the welcome page. it flip to the next page without me finish reading. i tested it on the follow software.Inside LINE has - during or after loading - problem Inside mobile safari - during or after loading - no problem Inside mobile chrome - no problem, but when not finish loading, has the same problem inside Chrome desktop(mac) - problem inside Safari(mac) - no problem is there a way i can set it up so people need to click on the button on the first page before loading the second. thank you. and it will be an honor to have any idea or recommendation to mak

It says account needs to be at trial although I wasn't able to publish form when I added hidden field in my trial account.

Although Typeform puts * next to required questions, there is nothing to explain this. Is there a way to add it? I can’t do it on a Welcome Page as the survey is going out embedded in emails and they don’t work with welcome pages. Any ideas?

Is it possible to get a refund on a yearly paid plan? Those changes really don't make me feel comfortable on using this tool for my small business. 

Is there any way to set it so that the font for questions and the font for descriptions/body text/answer text is different? I would like for all of my questions/headings to be in Raleway, and all of my body text to be in Open Sans, if possible. 

I’m trying to set up a form that only pushes to Klaviyo when an optional email marketing consent button is checked. I don’t want all of the completed forms being synced with Klaviyo, as some of these contacts have not consented to receive email marketing. Is this possible with Typeform?

Hi, I’d like to update the questions (remove/add) on an existing survey. We currently have the survey integrated with Google Sheets so that we can view results in the Gsheet. What are best practices to update the survey? Do I create a new sheet within the existing Gsheet to capture results against the new questions? Ideally, I can just update the existing and not have to create a new Gsheet or survey. 

Hi - I’ve done a few typeforms now and have everything integrated into Google Sheets nicely. I am going to give more info than necessary just so you get the full picture:I have a multi-day event for which we have to collect evaluations for each day, and each day has several sessions. Each session must be rated on 5 things, plus additional yes/no questions and comments. I was shared a survey that was built in the new builder, but I have the old builder, so I have been editing the shared “quiz” in the new builder. My survey now says “quiz” on it, but it didn’t before I started editing. I ended up removing all logic and using question groups because I needed the full survey completed at once (the original typeform was set up so someone would have to choose which thing they were going to rate instead of rating them all, i.e. a full day of session ratings vs. selecting one session to rate at a time). I have the question groups by session, with the first question being a matrix of 5 rows/4 c

HelloCan I create custom (personal) links for managers to collect feedbacks? We plan to use questionnaires for the call center via CRM (not in the list of available ones). After the call, a questionnaire is sent to the client. We need to see whose client completed the survey, is it possible with Typeform?

Hi - I realize that I can download my responses to view in excel and add a note there. My question is does anyone know of a secret way or direct way to add an internal note beside the respondent’s email within my account under results > responses? I guess the other part to this would be, what is the best way to ask Typeform to add this as a new feature?

Hello,we have a PRO plan, which I believe is an old plan from Typeform.We have the respondent e-mail as a feature, but we need to know if there is a way to send an automated customized e-mail to each respondent with an unique voucher to activate a free trial in one of our services.Is there a way to upload a Excel form with this variables to be populated in the respondent e-mails? Is this feature available in other plans of Typeform?Thank you very much.

Is there a maximum number of options I can have in one Dropdown menu?  For example, if I wanted something like 5,000 possible answers in a single dropdown, would that be possible?  I know that sounds crazy, but would like to know.  Thanks in advance for your help! -Mark

When creating a summary report normally the URL for sharing this report is in the top right hand corner, but its empty, I have it switched on, it says copy, but there is nothing there, I have check other forms and none for them are giving me a URL
