Typeform conversations

Hi - I’ve done a few typeforms now and have everything integrated into Google Sheets nicely. I am going to give more info than necessary just so you get the full picture:I have a multi-day event for which we have to collect evaluations for each day, and each day has several sessions. Each session must be rated on 5 things, plus additional yes/no questions and comments. I was shared a survey that was built in the new builder, but I have the old builder, so I have been editing the shared “quiz” in the new builder. My survey now says “quiz” on it, but it didn’t before I started editing. I ended up removing all logic and using question groups because I needed the full survey completed at once (the original typeform was set up so someone would have to choose which thing they were going to rate instead of rating them all, i.e. a full day of session ratings vs. selecting one session to rate at a time). I have the question groups by session, with the first question being a matrix of 5 rows/4 c

How do I embed the survey I created into my website so visitors can take the survey? I need step-by-step instructions, how to get a short code, etc.I appreciate your help!

I’ve been looking over the new price plan comparisons and see different response addon limits. Not quite sure what is meant by “response addons”.

HelloCan I create custom (personal) links for managers to collect feedbacks? We plan to use questionnaires for the call center via CRM (not in the list of available ones). After the call, a questionnaire is sent to the client. We need to see whose client completed the survey, is it possible with Typeform?

Hi - I realize that I can download my responses to view in excel and add a note there. My question is does anyone know of a secret way or direct way to add an internal note beside the respondent’s email within my account under results > responses? I guess the other part to this would be, what is the best way to ask Typeform to add this as a new feature?

I am using the new interfase of type form, Posted a survey and now I want to close it to stop receiving answers. I can’t find where I can do that. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks

Hello,we have a PRO plan, which I believe is an old plan from Typeform.We have the respondent e-mail as a feature, but we need to know if there is a way to send an automated customized e-mail to each respondent with an unique voucher to activate a free trial in one of our services.Is there a way to upload a Excel form with this variables to be populated in the respondent e-mails? Is this feature available in other plans of Typeform?Thank you very much.

Is there a maximum number of options I can have in one Dropdown menu?  For example, if I wanted something like 5,000 possible answers in a single dropdown, would that be possible?  I know that sounds crazy, but would like to know.  Thanks in advance for your help! -Mark

When creating a summary report normally the URL for sharing this report is in the top right hand corner, but its empty, I have it switched on, it says copy, but there is nothing there, I have check other forms and none for them are giving me a URL  

Sorry, this is not explained in great detail on the typeform site, and I have never done anything like this before. Please bear with me if this blindingly bleedin’ obvious to the more experienced amongst you.So… I now have a survey...We will embed it on our 1-pager site, and also on a dedicated page on our partner’s site. We will share the link by our email, by Mailchimp list, by our partner’s email list. We will also share the link via a Facebook page, a Twitter page and a LinkedIn page.So, by my reckoning that’s 8 separate utm packets of code. Correct?(1)   I assume I need to be tracking under utm_source.(2)   Do I create 8 versions of the same survey and then for each of them go to cog / settings / utm tracking, switch them all off except for utm source and then individually generate the appropriate code packet for each source, ie. &utm_source=facebook Sorry if that’s clumsy english (even clumsier tech speak!), but I’m not a techie, I’m a virtual assistant who knows a lot of MS

I've made the modification and haven't pressed 'Publish' yet, is there any function to reverse the modification?

If I have 2 typeforms in the Free Plan - Do I get 100 Responses per typeform per month ORJust a total of 100 responses per month (combination of typeform responses) ? 

How can ik find a form back in the workspaces by using its url?In the search function i can only search on title of the form. But i want to be able to relocate the form that uses a specific url. 

Hi all, I’ve just seen the email about the changes to different Typeform plans. Although I’m a happy paid user with one job, I also coordinate a side-project which only has the free Typeform (and sadly doesn’t have budget to upgrade). We’re about to send out a form to 50 people. When the changes to the paid plans come in, does that affect the free plan that I’m currently on? Will I be able to collect 100 or 10 responses per month? Thanks!!

I have Free suscription and a limit of 100 answers per month (i reached it) and it says that on June 8th it will reset to have another 100 answers, but i cant receive it more, Does somebody know how this works?

Hi all, i purchased a typefrom subscription and it disappeared after only less then 10 hours of releasing it.

Is there any information on how Typeform handles disaster recovery?

Will Typeform ever save previous uploads for you? Is that in the works for the future?
