Typeform conversations

Hi allI am brand new to typeform. I really want to sign up and join, the product looks great!!I am here because I am really disappointed  in surveymonkey. Simple reason is I cannot get support out of them. My problem is when I create a survey my recipients say they dont receive it. They say they check spam and junk mail. My question is, the way I need the surveys to work is when I publish, I need to be able to upload my attendees email list from a csv or excel into typeform and email them the survey (quiz). Then I need to be able to see you has completed the survey via there name or email. Also if they contact me and say I haven't received it ,is there a way to resend it individually. I must be able to prove that that person completed the quiz. I would have tested it myself but on the trial it will not allow me to publish, therefore I cannot check how the collect responses work. I also dont wont to pay and then it cant do what I need it to do

Hey thereWe are a in the field of Risk Management and I would like to create a Digital Risk Survey. What Template would you guys use? Cheers and thank you Tibor

Hi,I created a typeform and added the link to an email scheduled to go out this morning. Last night, I went in and added a question to the typeform but didn’t make any changes to the link that had been added to the email because I didn’t think I needed to and it hadn’t gone out yet. My email program is showing that the link to the typeform has been clicked multiple times, yet when I send myself a test of this email, I can see it is linking to the old version of the typeform without the extra question, yet when I open the form in typeform, it is the new version with the extra question… and it is saying that no one has opened or completed the form?! What does this mean, please? Will I not have the ability to access anyone’s responses?

Hello Typeform Community! I’m looking for ideas on how to use Typeform in a creative way for a project I’m getting set to launch. The plan is to have multiple bars and restaurants participate to celebrate the reopening of our city. Customers can check-in to the restaurant to unlock a deal and once you check in to a certain amount you get a free t-shirt.  The form itself is easy - collect the person’s info and have a drop down menu of participating locations. Where it gets tricky is properly organizing people who check in to all the locations and then notifying our team that they’ve hit that threshold.  Any ideas around setup and integrations? Thanks!!

Hello, Maybe I have a wrong understanding of how hidden field work, but basically what I am trying to do:For a project I want to get the results of a Typeform with a certain ID in my react application and do stuff with that data. for doing that stuff I need two other values which I already know from within the application: the user(name) and the other one is productArea, this is the page where they are at that moment. I thought hidden fields was a good solution for that. So my code for the typeform is:createPopup(formID, { size: 90, open: "load", hidden: { customerID: user, productArea: RMProductArea, }, onSubmit: (data) => { checkResponse(data.responseId); }, });both user as RMProductArea are variables with strings as valuesif I check in postman for the same responseId in the hidden field part, I see:"hidden": {}, Do I have a wrong understanding of hidden fields? is this an issue? am I doing something wrong? can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

Can I create a table/chart where people can choose which event to register, the time & date in one question?

I want that if the user choose “Cats” send it to the “Cat audience” of mailchimp and to a link about the Cats. And if the user choose “Dogs” send it to the “Dog audience” of mailchimp and in the final send it to a link about Dogs. is it possible or not?

Hello,  I am creating an employee survey:Five statement using a rating from 1 to 5 in one slide Is there a way to add the feedback to the same slide? Do I have to create a separate slide for the feedback portion for each statement? I’m trying to use the free access for now because we want to test and see how it will work. This survey will be sent on a monthly basis, same statements.Thank you!  Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello, I do not understand why when integrating with TypeForm the new records are received by Active Campaign with "Status" Error in Type "New Submissionplease I need helpFrom Active Campaign they tell me that it is not a problem that they can solve, that I have to see or request the solution directly from TypeForm. Thanks

I purchased an Essentials Plan so I could receive1,000 responses. Then I published a time-sensitive Typeform as a poll but it cut off at 100 responses and closed. This is a nightmare because it’s work-related and hundreds of people rely and depend on me - and right now I look stupid. I tried submitting a help request through the Help Center but haven’t heard anything and of course there is no number to call to get quick assistance. Has anyone else had this issue? Anyone have a fix? My plan shows that it’s the Essentials Plan on my account but my Typeforms remain closed.

HelloI want to create a form with different logic jumps and questions which would then give the user an approximate quotation of a price. Is there any way I can pick these values from a google sheet and display it to the user?

Hi fellow typeform users. Say I have 30 items I want people to choose top / best 3 items, but I do not want to show all 30 items.Looking for randomly select 6 item out of 30 Then show 6 items multiple-choice questions (I am open to other format) Then let respondents select top 3 items from 6Have you tried implementing something like this?

I am working on a form I have multiple choice Child on the way One Child Two children three children four or more childrenI need the client to be able to enter information for each child if there is more than one. I have a Jump logic setup to say If “two children” then jump to “child 1” and then I need it to jump to “child 2” the same for if they have three children. I need the form to be able to jump to “child 1”, “child 2”, and then “child 3” I will have the same issue for a family with multiple vehicles. Is it possible to set up a sequence of jumps?

For example,“which of the following features would you like to see on a website? Please select the most important feature, second most important, third etc…. Clear and easy to navigate siteFast loading siteChat functionLatest market news….”EtcThe person taking the survey would click on for example a “1” next to an answer in the dropdown menu to selct the most important , “2” for the next etc

Hi, new to Typeform.  I want to gather nominations from a sub twitter community for a WEEKLY top 10 chart awards.  I think Typeform could help me. I have created a form that simply asks What is your twitter @? The person you are nominating twitter @? Why they deserve the award?and connected to google sheet. The idea is that I can sort the sheet and see how many times a person is nominated and then look at the why to compile the chart. I have a few questions. What package do I need to be one?  Is there a cap on number of submissions for each weeks form? Do I have to embed in a website or can I just link to typeform and create a nice designed start and end screenThanks,Taff

Hey all -- are you able to connect a new typeform to your airtable base at the moment? I keep erroring out every time.

Hi There, I have recently created a free account and upgraded to $25 to try and publish. everytime i try publish it says I need to upgrade my plan. i created a support ticket and they said I need to apply for a differnt theme (a free one) but I have no idean how to change it and what is free and what is not. can anyone help ?

It seems that the text from one question is copied and then pasted into the next question (over whatever was there before) I think I saw it once happening when I quickly clicked from one question into the next, but don’t seem to be able to replicate it. It’s happening quite a lot and I don’t know how to change it. Is this a shortcut or is there some way to stop it? Many thanks for any answers - it’s causing quite a lot of problems…

Hi guys and gals, I can’t get this ending to work… https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/9113783?key=e38deb60d7420e5f91e5a3674975e1e0 If i select those answers, it should go to the ending, instead it goes to the next question. Here is the form  Please help

Buenas! Quisiera consultarles si se pueden realizar cuestionarios en las que a partir de las respuestas emitidas por el participante, se le otorgue información o feedback en función de sus respuestas. Disculpas si la pregunta es muy básica, pero recién me inicio en esto. Gracias!! -- Google Translation -- Good! I would like to ask you if questionnaires can be carried out in which, based on the responses issued by the participant, information or feedback is given based on their responses. Sorry if the question is very basic, but I'm just getting started on this. Thanks!!

Hi, I am trying the free version at the moment but as with “calculator” I am not allowed to publish it and see how it works. Is it possible to share your individual results of quiz in social media (facebook) when you finish it?Thanks!

Hi, I have a list of events which is happenings in this year, I want this field as multiple choice & I wanted to add this question(multiple choice) in 10 forms. If i change the event date in one form, all the other 10 forms should update.  We can say I need pre-saved datasnippet & call in multiple forms, do we have this option in Typeform?

Hi,The answer for Q8 - ‘When do you want the project to be executed?’should always jump to Q3. ‘Thanks. Now let's grab your contact details….’Not sure why this jump logic is not working. Can someone help me figure this out?

Hi Guys, Im trying to recommend a product based on 4 different scores which I created as custom variables. To get them to add a point based on questions answered is easy enough but I can't seem to get all the values to display on a final summary page. E.g. The right racquet should be based on 4 variables (weight, stiffness, balance point and tension). After answering questions your tally might be weight 5, stiffness 5, balance point 2, tension 5. On the final summary page i show this to the customer by saying your recommended racquet has the following stats: Weight: @weightStiffness: @stiffnessBalance Point: @bpTension: @tension This displays the score. My problem is I don't want the scores to display as the tally amount. A weight tally score of 5 represents “4U-83grams”. Is there a way to change the code/logic on this page to set up a  replace function??i.e. =IF(@weight>4) then replace @weight with “4U-83grams” This is easy enough in excel but not sure how to do it here. Please hel

On a published survey, questions that allowed for respondents to enter a longer statement (free form), it did not provide fields for respondents to enter information. It only displayed a continue option button. I had to change the option to long text. But this is not what I wanted initially.
