Typeform conversations

Hello,I am trying to use the new Insights/summary API feature: https://api.typeform.com/insights/{formId}/summary However while all the others API calls are working fine, when i use my typeform token (Bearer xxxxxx) and my TypeFormId when i try to get the insights on my surveys, i get the following response: {"code":"NOT_FOUND","description":"Endpoint not found"}Am i missing something ? Or is the feature not available yet ?EDIT: Never mind, it was a silly mistake on my part, I missed a blank character at the end of my query, I saw it after checking the reques in notepad++So this is solved !Thank you

Hi,Wondering if there’s any way to set a forced aspect ratio on image upload? We are working on an automated flow that requires the image to be 1:1 for the proper display. Essentially looking for the same functionality as when you upload a profile picture/hero image to Facebook or Twitter. Thanks! 

is it possible to make the hour and minute using the number question type appear in one step instead of 2?

Hello!   We are new to TypeForm, and love what we have been able to do.   We are now working on our first employee evaluation, and have created our first “test”.   What we are trying to do is find a way to view a report containing the scores of each person completing the test.   We have assigned point values of “1” to the correct answer and “0” to the wrong answer.   We are not looking to have the employee see a screen with their results at end, rather have a summary of who ended up with what score that we as test creators can see.   It is probably simple but I haven’t been able to figure it out.  The summary screen shows each person who took it, and how they answered - so we could add it up, but that seems like a lot of work :)    I appreciate any insight that any of you can provide.  Thank you in advance!

Hi!I am looking to get some customer feedback from my first typeform.I want the respondant to answer regarding a specific product that was just delivered. Can I link my typeform to a specific invoice or other reference to a sale?

Good Afternoon,We recently integrated one typeform into Pipedrive, however when we went to integrate the other typeform, typeform says you have already integrated Pipedrive to typeform. Is there a way to have 2 or more type forms linked to various columns in our Pipedrive deal sheet?Also, is there a way to update to add our customized fields here? 

Hello,I created a survey and in my survey I have a variable that is updated based on user responses. For example, when a user chooses an option from a multiple choice question, a number is deducted from my defined variable, the same applies for other survey questions in which each one is associated a value that subtracts from my defined variables. I am recalling this variable in the description of the question so that the user can see how much they have deducted from the variable. One issue that I noticed while doing this is that when a user selects an option, the variable will not update automatically, and my survey question has at least 20 questions which can lead to confusion and inaccurate results. In order for the variable to update, the user must click outside the question field, or select another question and them click outside the question field. I am not sure if there is any way to make the recall variable refresh automatically after user selects their answer, or if this is a

Hi, my typeform has the possibility of unlimited multiple choice answers (question 4), and when you select one it takes you to another section with unlimited multiple choice answers also (question 5), and then you go back to the original question (question 4) and repeat the process of choosing another option that takes you to questions 6, 7, 8 9. The problem is that when I download results, it only downloads the last selection made in question 4.what am I missing?thanks

Hi there folks, I’m workign in the new builder and my form isn’t quite working - likely due to a fault somewhere logic jump (I’m new to this!). Basically, in the penultimate question, a “submit” button replaces the “ok” button which then cuts the form short. When I look on my logic map I have a weird connection that I can find nowhere in my code. I suspect this is the cause of my problem but have no idea why this is occurring or how I can fix this…I have shown the “rogue” connection in the screenshot below. Any help very very much appreciated as this is slowly driving me insane! 

Hi there.The survey we have posted has wielded good results and we would now like to organise these results into ‘Yes’ ‘No’ and ‘Maybe’ categories. Initially we were planning to just download the individual forms as PDFs and organise on our google drive, but I've discovered that forms cannot be downloaded as PDFs so I wondered if there was a simple way to create subfolders within our results tab so we can stay organised?Any help is greatly appreciated.Jay KhagramSnr ProducerAlleycats

I have a 10 question quiz, that is set with a score for each question. But when I embed it in my landing page, only the first 5 questions show.Same thing when I send this an a link in an email.Any ideas why I can’t see all 10 questions? Thanks, 

We have some typeforms on our website embedded in an iframe. Currently all users of the forms show up with source direct/none in Analytics because our website calls the iframe.How can we manage to see the real source of the visitor (e.g. paid search)?

Hi, I am new to Typeform. I signed up for the Professional monthly subscription.  Prior to the start of the new month, I downgraded back to the Free version.  I may go back up in the future, but for now, I need to downgrade.  Although I downgraded prior to the start of the new month, I was charged for the full month anyway. How does the monthly plan work? I have not used any of the features. Will I be able to get a refund for the month charged after I downgraded to Free?

I’m struggling to decide whether to use Google Forms or Typeform (and if so which subscription I need) and would appreciate thoughts from people who use these platforms more than I do!I need to create feedback forms for a series of events. The same questions will be asked for every event - a mixture of multiple choice and free text, without any branching required -  and I need to be able to view / analyse the results per individual event and for the series as a whole. There will be around 25 events over 4 months with a few hundred responses per month.  Is it better to create a template form and duplicate it for each event, or use the same form for all of them with a menu of events?Does Typeform offer me nice ways of analysing and sharing the results (quantitative and qualitative) or would I have to export to Excel?What are the advantages of Typeform over Google Forms for this purpose? Which plan would I need?Many thanks!

Hello!I created a typeform using a free account and it seems to work like I want, but today I paid for the Professional plan and I have noticed that the design and structure of the web/builder has changed and I can’t find where the simple logic settings are now…The idea is to make a questionnaire with 10 questions of A, B, C type answers. There are no right or wrong answers (like a personality test, for example), simply those 3 options. And, when the user reach and answer the question number 10, it should be redirected to a final screen A, B or C (based on the majority of A, B, C answers user marked). These are images of how I had it configured in my free account:  And these others, how it appears in my current Professional account:  How can I do it like on the free account? I need your help, because is urgent. Thank you in advance!

I have a required, randomized, multiple-select, multiple-choice question with an “Other” option:Question Setup​ I want to set up logic so that once a user answers this question, they skip from question 3 (this question) to question 5, avoiding question 4 entirely. If A-D are chosen at all (either on their own in combination with any other options, as it’s multiple-select) the logic jump works correctly. However, if option E (”Other”) is chosen on its own (i.e. A-D are not selected in combination with E) then the logic does not work. The question branching screen doesn’t show option E, so it seems like logic jumps are not available with the “Other” option is the only choice made.For Q3, logic jumps are unavailable for E, the “Other” option The map shows that it’s possible to go from Q3 to Q4, which I don’t want Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone know why the mutiple choice answers are not being recorded in workflow for typeform? I been trying to contact workflow but they never responsed to my email. If anyone know anything about this please let me know. Thank you

Last night I discovered that by clicking on the Edit link I could change the Meta tag, HOWEVER this morning when I went to do it , I got the message that I would have to upgrade my plan to do so…..even though I am the first to admit I am not software savvy, i am totally perplexed as to why the inconsistent message

I’m struggling with branched group questions. I have one question with 2 answers and each answer goes to a different group, all fine so far! However at the end of one group it follows onto the next group despite me setting up logic jumps. The logic jumps look correct in the logic map though, so unclear where I’ve gone wrong. Are there specific rules for the end of group questions returning to ungrouped questions please?

I am paid up on my Professional account, but I keep getting the error message.This is the error I get:I am confused what needs to happen. I don’t want Typeform branding and I paid for my Professional account. Any thoughts?Lyssa

URGENT !Dear All, We’ve recently created  a Typeform that works on all browsers except for some early versions of Microsoft Edge. Does anyone know from which version of Microsoft edge and on does the actual version of Typeform work ? Many thanks Katerina
