Typeform conversations

My question is simple. I am a new user, so please forgive me. On the website, there is a quote:“Tips! Note that there’s no way to see if answers are right or wrong in your Responses. However, if you’re not using the Calculator for scoring, you can use it to add one to every correct answer and zero to incorrect ones. This will allow you to easily filter all right and wrong answers when exporting your results.”I am quite confused. I am administering a quiz. The results are sent to the users (and to me) by email. I WANT them to know which questions they got wrong. (NOT right after they answered the question, but after they have submitted the results - either via email or reviewing the answers right after the results have been submitted; preferably an option for either or both.) Is there really no simple, automated way to do this?Again, sorry for the simpleton question, but I though this would be a basic function when I decided to migrate from QuestionWriter to Typeform, and I am missing t

A friend of mine has started an online giftshop where you can buy things and send them to friends for their birthday, anniversary, etc. We are looking to create the following type of form...but I’m not sure where to start! Situation.. Multiple clients in multiple states.What I would like to do is ask the lead what state they’re in and drop them to the proper place. To make it even more complicated.. lets say I have to rotate those leads between multiple clients in Texas, California etc. I’d like to do this with the conversation form but not mandatory. Thank you for your input to help me get there. 

Can participants complete the survey without needing to create a typeform account first?Can anyone tell me how to do this? 

Hi, I am making an optional question asking for people's names. If they fill out, I will reference their name in the next question. If they don't fill out (hit enter), I want to say “Nice meeting you stranger” in the next question. I have no problem executing the flow when they fill out their name, but i am lost with how to do it when they dont. Cant see a logic jump in case the name question is left blank. Does anybody have some good ideas? Thanks! 

Hi, I don’t appear to be able to select an email question? In fact the whole list of types of questions has seem to have shrunk. Has something changed or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Typeform Community, as you can see on my screenshot below, I’ve added some logic jumps to my typeform. When answering yes at question 1c it jumps to 1.1 which is a statement. After watching the included video the person should be able to jump to 1d. But then instead of the continue button there’s a submit button which I can’t get rid off.

Hi everyone, I’m new to using Typeform. I noticed on the survey, the button to commence taking the survey on mobile appears at the bottom. Is there a way to adjust the button location? If so, can someone provide how to do it? I can’t figure it out for the life of me.  Thanks! Cal

I want to be able to distribute my typeforms to a group of people via some sort of app where I dont have to collect anyones contact information to push it to them. Does anybody know of an integration or application where I can accomplish this?

I’m using webhooks to fetch the entry info on submit. so I am looking for a way to make a mashup of CYOA style stories and mad libs that then compiles the chosen options at the end, in a savable format, or at least one that can be sent to a printer for the user to print onto paper.The actual idea is to make a spell writing “game” where the user chooses from a set of, for example, ingredients and tools and correspondences and those choices are mad-libbed into a template that is their individual result. I have been looking for something that can do that without me reinventing a wheel. Could I do that with Typeform?

Hi everyone, I have an issue on a logic jump and I really don’t understand why. My typeform is basically a succession of yes/no question for a technical support. The logic jumps are quite basic : if yes, then problem solved, if no, go to the next question. The logic map is correct and shows the path that I want. But when I test it, it doesn’t follow the scheme. My problem is at question 11 : If yes, then problem solved. If no, go to question 6. The logic here is correct: But, when I perform the test, after question 11, if I select “No”, then it sends me to the ending screen. What I don’t understand is that this path do not exist, neither in the branching and calculation, nor in the map! Do you have an idea why it behaves like that?

At the end this form should provide a “accept privacy rules” page. Does a similar template for this kind of forms exist? Because I do not know what I am doing inadvertently opened two more typeforms when I only need the one. I have maxed out on my Free Plan. Can they be deleted? How do I complete the draft form I created ie add the Welcome and and Ending. I am soooooo lost and hate that I cannot talk to a human

Hello!  I have an online store that sells a large number of different products.  I’m hoping to send a really simple survey out to customers who have placed orders to ask them for feedback on the specific products they have purchased.  Is there anyway to customize the survey so that it can be pre-loaded with the names of the products that specific customer has purchased so that they can just add a rating & comment without having to type the product name in themselves?  For example, can I link the survey to some kind of data input sheet, or is there a way to customise manually (I’m in test phase right now so only need to manage c. 20 surveys).  Thanks in advance!!

Hi, I’d like to offer my customers a pre order form so they can pre order plant starts ahead of my next pop up plant market—I tried doing this with an order form template but couldn’t find a way to remove the Stripe payments section from the ‘payment’ question. the free plan allows you to collect 100 responses/month, which means I am be able to collect 100 submissions every month. When is the cut-off date for the counter to restart at 0? calendar months? date of joining? any other random date ?how can i check this date? thanks for your feed-back

Hi there - I want to drip feed out a series of single survey questions via email as part of a training campaign (ballpark 50 emails over 50 days).I have no real preference on whether the Typeform question is embedded in the email, or whether there is a link in the email to the Typeform.But I really don’t want my recipients to have to input their name and/or email address for each survey question! Is there any way to achieve what I’m trying to do here? 

Can you delete a row of data from google sheets or will it mess up the way typeform sends information to the google sheets?
