Hi, I’m having trouble logging into a Typeform account.We had a team member create a Typeform account using SSO ("Log in with Google") with his own company email address but he is no longer with the company. We have access to his emails but we don't have his Gmail password so we can no longer use SSO. We've tried resetting the password in Typeform but no reset email comes through (it’s not in spam or promotional folders, etc.). We've also reached out to Typeform support three times using two separate email addresses but received no response after about a week.Is there any way we can get sent a password reset link for this Typeform account? We can verify Gmail account ownership if required and can provide the Typeform form details we need access to.I'm posting here in the hopes that Typeform support might see this and help — we are desperate for a fix!

I had a form with four questions integrated into Slack and it was working great. I added a new question as the first question (so the original questions became questions 2 thru 5). Now questions 2-5 still are returned in the Slack integration but the responses to the first question aren’t pushed to Slack. You can clearly see the responses to that question in the Responses section of Typeform, but it’s not showing in Slack.I turned the Slack integration on and off and re-copied the embed code from Typeform into my Squarespace website to try to fix. Still not showing up.Appreciate any help. Thanks.

I make changes in the text of system messages, but I want to save that changes for any typeform. Is that possible?

 We need to create a form with the purpose of validating our clients informations database.We have to send this form to 1.000 clients asking if they can make sure we have the right info or, if not, if they can fill with the correct ones. I’d like to send a really small form asking to confirm name, email and cellphone. I’ve imagined 2 ways of doing that:1. How can we set personalized questions for each user, recalling information from an outside database?or2. How can we set personalized answers for each user, recalling information from an outside database?Examples of structures:1. Greetings, ask the CPF (brazilian id number)2. Question: confirm that your name is Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx3. Question: confirm that your email is xxx@gmail.com 4. Question: confirm that your cellphone is +5521 9980700255. ThanksAll the words in bold are specific fields that can be filled by locating the CPF number in a outside database. They can be shown both on the question or as answers.Is it possible? 

other optionHello,in my form i have a other option input in multiple choice questions.  So now I want to perform some mathematical calculation leveraging this input value. But the problem is this is in text format. So is there a way to extract number from this text and do this mathematical calculation? Is there any workaround? Or can i make the other option number only?Secondly after calculation my variables value is 300000. now can i format this to 300,000 as in currency format when i use this to send email from TypeForm? 

for some reason the enter your email address column on the left is not showing any results even though all of the submissions filled this out.  I am getting bombarded by bots and I need to delete a bunch of entries… a whole other complaint about Typeform.  Unfortunately, I can’t see this property!

How do you ask a question so that the individual can put in the %? For example, I am asking a demographic question about the % of population served is Female, Male, Transgenders, Undisclosed. But I want them to answer with %, for example 50% female, 20% male, etc. Do I need to just ask each question separately or just provide a text box for them to write it in?

Aloha Typeform Community,ContextI have a required Sign Up Form (1st form, contact info + 2 questions) and subsequent Survey Form (2nd form with 5-8 questions) for our upcoming Honolulu Tech Week 2024 in September. HTW brings together members of the broader technology community from startup founders and nonprofits boards to public company CTOs across Hawaii and other states and countries. We need to prioritize the Sign Up Form, but capturing the questions in the Survey Form is also very important to ensure attendee success.Ideally the Survey Form would be done immediately after the Sign Up form, but we don’t want to jeopardize conversions with the longer form so within the Sign Up form prior to submittal we ask if they’d be willing (now) to answer a few more questions to improve the event. If they answer “No”, we’ll follow up with the Survey Form later. If they answer “Yes”, we redirect them on the Thank You page to the Survey Form but there’s a problem.ProblemFor the people that answer

Can I enter a customer name or a customer number in a feedback form so that I can find the customer's response based on this? I don't want the customer to enter their name or number themselves. How can I enter this?Many thanks for any useful tips, Julia

Hello, I have the following issue: I'd like to know if it is possible to upload typeform data back into the system. The reason being that I can sort my data in a specific way (countries) and then delete the countries I don't want, upload it to a new typeform (or a duplicate of the initial one) and be able to use the reporting tool just for this data. So: Basically a way to use the Reporting tool with a part of the data.  Is there a way to do it? 

I need to move an online quiz to a different platform. I see we can use videos in the typeform quizzes and we can require questions. What I need to know is:Can we require a person to share their name and email address before they take the quiz? Can you ask several sets of questions before moving on to the next video? Can you send an alert to an email (e.g. a company email) that lets us know someone has taken the quiz, and it would include their name and email? Is there a way to also see all the results/dates/names/emails of all quizzes taken in a CSV or other format?

can we add an option to go directly to the end of the questionnaire whenever we want in the questionnaire flow?

I followed all the steps, made sure I was the owner of the Google Form and it was only in my drive and allowed Typeform access to Google Forms. It showed up in the options of which form to upload, I selected it and named it, clicked “create form” and the button spins and then the Google Forms importer pop up disappears and my new form is not created. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi guys, im having issues. Ive set up a quiz however when I test it it is complete wrong and doesn't follow the logic and sometimes asks the same question twice. Any help is appreciated

So here’s the use case:Participants who don’t pass Quiz set 1, will get an email of the duplicate of Quiz set 1 so they can retry but only after 6 hours.Why is a duplicate set being created/ used is because currently Typeform doesn’t do anything to stop multiple responses from the same email, etc. We will not include the duplicate responses even if participants attempt the quiz again. Failed participants will be directed to the duplicate Quiz set 1 so that we know, its the failed participants.Is there a feature that allows me to set a access time to quizzes and schedule multiple timed follow up emails to participants? (as follow ups are directly sent after completion) I don’t think either is possible, does anyone know a work around? Any suggestion/ tip, would be helpful. Let me know if I need to explain my case better.Thanks in advance! 

Hi,I created a typeform on my free account but then realized you need a paid account for automatic email responses. I have since joined a teams typeform account, however, I cannot figure out how to transfer my created typeform over? It doesn’t have any options on the “move to” or “copy to” buttons.Thanks advance for the help!GN

I am building a multiple choice survey where recipients select either A or B to select the statement that best reflects them. Is there a way to tally and show recipients how many A vs B answers were selected at the end? I’d like to follow up with statements specific to those who selected mostly As and those who selected mostly Bs.
