I’m looking for a way within VideoAsk to invite people to answer a VA with a unique invitation link, that they can only use once.So the idea is that we only have to record the VA once, but instead of sharing the general VA link we create unique links to share with specific people that expire once they completed it (to prevent that people can submit it twice).This way we won’t have to duplicate the VA - and all responses come in in the same place.This would be interesting for use cases like those below:Tests (exams) Applications Payed services, for example like Cameo

Hi, We are using videoask to collect video testionials from our users but our flow is different and we do not need our user to enter an personal details nor is he required to log in inorder to provide his testimnial.while working with the AI it seems that loggin in is a must in order to provide a testimanial - does it make sense? can you please direct me to the part in teh documintation which bypasses the requirement of videoask repsonders to any type of of a loggin please

On my last step, The Calendar option is the only answer I want to offer.  I pasted my unique acuity schedule link. When test it, it doesn’t go anywhere when you click on the “book a meeting” button. What am I missing?   screenshot attached  

Hi. We want to send our VideoAsk answers to HubSpot using the HubSpot integration. Everything is fine until we have to choose an option to match with any HS field. This is the message that appears in the select field: “There are no fields available to select - please contact the integration administrator”We checked already that the contact form option is activated, and the email field is mandatory.  This is happening with all our videos.  

A previous employee of our company created a website which used Videoask & Elementor to create a questionnaire with multiple questions & the answers from each question narrowed down a product selection that would suit the customer. At the end of the questionnaire it would bring up a product page on Woocommerce with a selected range of products. Well, this is how it works & those are the app we believe he used to create this flow. We now want to replicate this work but can not figure out how it is done. I have created a flow on Videoask which has been embedded onto the website but i can’t figure out how to use the answers to recommend products. I do know on Woocommerce that he used product tags as a way to select the products from the answers.  Any help would be massively appreciated. 

finding it really strange Ive had 685 clicks to video ask plenty interaction but not one person has left details ! even with a offer for discount after they complete 3 questions. Does anyone have some Ideas of how I can improve these bad results ??

Why aren't the conversations being recorded when the form is filled out on Facebook? The pixel is integrated. There are no events in the events column. The ad set never leaves the learning phase because the events are not triggered.

Hi, Within our VideoAsk flows we would like to make certain or all steps mandatory to answer/fill in so that users cannot skip questions. I cannot find a solution or work-around for this. Any ideas? Thank you!

I have an existing AI that I’ve trained to do multiple things. It can answer questions based on my knowledgebase. It can schedule in my CRM, and create new users. It can also answer account questions from information stored in the AI. It would be awesome if I could connect it to Videoask via webhooks.  

Is it possible to add a video without a question, i.e. an introductory or explanatory video?

Hi, I’m creating a new videoask and the title option for each step is missing. I know it should be up the top near “answer type”, but it’s missing.  Everything’s called “untitled” and it’s tough to follow my steps.

Hello. In Vdeoask i can't delete the videos I'm not using anymore, i usually delete old versions so i don't get confused. But still in the library, I delete the videoasks attached to them, but still not getting the delete button :(. Is this a bug?

Hello,I’m having issues with a password protected VideoAsk. I chose not to show controls and to show subtitles, and yet the live version shows controls while the subs don’t show up automatically.This doesn’t happen with two other non-password protected VideoAsks. It looks like a bug - I texted the support last Friday but haven’t received an answer yet.  

I have a series of VideoAsks with question prompts.  I want the text overlay to stay up on the screen at the end so that viewers can refer to the question while they’re answering.  For all but one of the videos, it works fine, but for one of them, the text disappears at the end of the video and I can’t figure out how to change that setting.  I see how to adjust the length of time it stays up, but that just makes it start further back into the video, which isn’t what I want.  I want the text overlay to start near the end of the video and the STAY there after the video ends.  Would love any guidance from the community, thank you!

Hello team, I had a question!Lets say, I have contact details of 100 people that i know and i pass this contact detail in the URL of the VideoASK link so that i would know which lead is performing what action in videoask. Now based on the contact details in the URL, i want to redirect the candidate to a specific URL - which is unique to the lead!So every lead has different URL that is unique to the lead.How to do this in Videoaask?

Can you limit the number of responses 1 user can submit in a given time period? I’m having an issue where people are submitting more than 1 videoask per day, which isn’t ideal.

Can we display the user's progress in the Videoask survey? For instance, showing '2 of 10' or '3 of 10' to let the user know they're on question 2 out of a total of 10 questions. This helps users track their progress easily. Please let me know. Thank you.
