Is it possible to take customer feedback of specific app screens on VideoAsk. If yes, how?

Hi,We have a VideoAsk that’s 5 blocks (20 pages) and is around 20 minutes long. One of our clients has been logged out after finishing the 4th block/video and then they’re taken to the ending screen. They haven’t been able to view that 5th video yet.  Just wondering if anyone else had a similar problem or if there’s any reason this could be happening? Thanks!

I already contacted support for upgrade. Now I need to wait till 31st to speak to someone on Zoom before I can get 2000 Minutes. Isn’t there a faster way for this? 

Hi I’m having issues with the videoask event tracking I am using both the GA and GTM integration in Videoask.For GA4 I have set up an event tag that fires when any of the events are sent to GTM and this is all working fine on the GTM sidethe below screen shot on the left shows GTM where all the events are sent and the tags fired, but the GA4 debug view (on the right) has on registered the “videoask_presented” event but it has not registered any of the other events that have been set through GTMthe other issue I am having is that all the Google ads conversion tags that are set to fire on these events are all makred as “still running” so the conversion is not triggering.  Any insights into these issues and how to potentially fix would be greatly apreciated. thanks

The thing is just that one of the 2 Video Ask shall be a “mandatory” answer meaning respondents must answer via video in order to move on. Is there any way to have a video ask embedded as mandatory question?Thanks for your help

Hi there,In our survey we ask clients of the importance of various topics, lets say at least 5. If they dont see them all next to each other, they can not fill it our right. Maybe they give topic 1 a 10 and 4 steps later they see topic 5 and think its more importnat than topic 1. To work out clients priorrities its very importnat that we can create various NPS Scales just bellow each other so the client finaly compares as well the importance of the different topics with each other.How can we sort this problem best?Thanks for your help in advance Lorenz

When a respondent is prompted to record a video I want their camera to default open with the Back Camera, not the front. Many of my respondents do not figure out how to flip the camera around and abandon my request. They are not recording a selfie video, rather, areas of their home for us so the back camera is needed.   

Is there a way that I can change the GO text to the word NEXT on the button to advance to the next video question? If so, where do I go to do so?

I have an online health and coaching platform for women. I'm looking into integrating videoask but have the following needs 1. customer can submit her videoask and get a link of her submission which she can view without logging in to videoask2. We pass her name and email from our react app without she having to enter3. All conversations between coach and customer via videoask is neatly threaded within our application Optional; 4. We can do a JS call back to send these links via our chat support tool (crisp)  I have looked through the Dev hub but not sure if above is possible. Any ideas?

Before there was a direct connection to google sheets (see above)Today that option was gone (see below).Is that connection gone forever?

I’ve been testing my VIDEOASK and it’s collected some “user” data. I would rather delete that data than copy the video and re paste all the urls. 

Hi, Video Ask Tribe,I’m happy with the branding of my first VA overall. But the fields where the audience needs to write their comments and the last screen, where I need to give instructions and they need to answer are not legible. THey need a white background with black text. Is that possible? How can I do it? If this is not possible, what can I do with the current branding options to get these fields to be more legible? Hi, we are using videoask widget on our home page https://www.halo-lab.com, but we noticed low performance of this page. Maybe someone had noticed the same and know a solution?

Hi there, guys!I’m trying to set up an API connection with Videoask. I've registered a new dev app to use live tokens. But can’t get a temporary authorization code due to these errors: “Error getting the bot detection challenge. Please contact the system administrator”“{"crossDomain":true,"method":"POST","url":"https://auth.videoask.com/co/authenticate"}” So I’m sending https://auth.videoask.com/authorize get request and it returns an html. But when I’m previewing this page these errors above occured. Seems when I click Login that should redirect me with URL contained auth code as a parameter but it doesn’t work :( I’m using the same credentials as for the account where the app was createdCan anybody help with that?  

Hello, what can I do if my answer icons ( video audio and text) are right on top of my video - I´d like them to be at the bottom of the screen

Hi, I uploaded my videos but the color is very whitened. I read about this problem before and the solution should be: format to mp4 and 1080x1920. I did both but without success. Do you have any suggestion?

Is it possible in VideoAsk to have people call me directly on my phone or our 1-800 number? I tried to create a “call us know” button link to our telephone number, but I could not find a way to do it. VideoAsk is excellent for initiating video calls and having end users click a button and make a direct call will help tremendously to increase our direct calls. I ask this here because if it’s not possible, it’s such an excellent feature and a potential game changer for any company with a business running around direct calls to a call center or a persona that receives direct calls from potential clients. If not possible, what are my options to show my telephone?Thanks.Max

Is there a way to disable the download button on the “Share all interactions” page? I’d love to share the video replies for the public to see, but don’t want it to be so easy for them to download and save the video.I’ve looked all over but can’t find any settings to turn the download button off. Any tips would be great! Thanks!  

Hello. How do I end a videoask with an action button that allows recipients to either: click on a button to download a form/materials such as a PDF click on a button to take them to a spcific URL.I was able to add a BUTTON but couldn’t get it to do anything.Thank you,Javier

Hi there. You have good clear on instructions on how to pass a variable from Mailchimp into a Videoask if you Videoask is embedded in an email.  You mention three specific variables you can pass from Mailchimp: Email, Name, and Phone.  I want to pass the email from Mailchimp as you indicate, but I also want to pass a custom variable which I will set at the time of embedding (basically a question number telling me what question they answered, which helps me number responses). I have tried all different formats in the code - adding it onto the url the usual way I have in website embeddings (#question_number=3200), adding it in the Mailchimp format after ?autoplay=true (#question_number=*|3200|*) etc.  I can’t quite seem to figure it out.  Appreciate any suggestions.  

I am using VideoAsk for customer onboarding. I am using hidden fields to identify my customers before they start the VideoAsk. At one point I want to ask them to refer another member of their organization by submitting the contact form. Where is this information stored? I cant find this filled contact form anywhere…Thanks!
