Hola from Spain Sorry but I didn’t found the answer to my question regarding logic.My case.In Step 1 the respondents can choose between A, B, C and D to define the categories of his products.If they choose A, they will arrive to 2nd Step and they has to select between A1, A2, A3 or A4. The same with B, but for C or D they will continue to another Step called X.The point is that if I define multi-select option, and they select A and B in Step 1, they go to Step 2 to select A1, A2, A3 or A4, but they can not go to another 3rd Step to choose between B1, B2, B3 or B4.If I cancel multi-select option they will jump directly to the next Step.The only solution I see is to add a Back multi-purpose option with multi-select and remind them to check it once they have selected the options that fits better.Any advice?;-)

I do not understand how to read the “results” page. When I look at my first ask, it appears that the majority of users click “How do I qualify for social security disability benefits”. But when I look at that ask, “Qualify” I get a response of “This step has no answers yet”. I don’t understand. Is this saying that everyone who went to ask “qualify” abandoned?
Hi all,Quick question that I need to finalise my POC here. I am wanting to implement Videoask within my webpage, but as I need to go from one video ask to another (longer, more complex interraction), I need the video asks to open in the same iframe. Normally by default this should happen, but here I see the video ask ALWAYS opens completely replacing the page it was originally embedded into. Can anyone help? Is this linked to how Video Ask has coded the link? or am i missing something?I am simply using the iframe code generated by video ask. Best,Stephan

I am building a VideoAsk where participants will see a menu of possible subjects to record a video story. But they’ll need to return to the main story menu in order to upload other stories (They need to record at least 5). Yet I’ve found that when a person finishes recording a video from the subejct menu, they do not return to the subject menu but are taken to the Exit screen. Is there any way to fix this?

Very strange behaviour accured today when i opened a new account after a year or more since i last used video ask. After I finished recording I heard some bipping sounds and then the pc stuck. Ans different apps start crushing. It happened twise. After i restarted the computer which is a very high configured, graphic designer setup. It happand again. I dont have a clue what causes this. Maybe somebody could shred some light
We are having an issue where our videoask will restart if it gets close to the time limit. However, its only doing that on mobile. Is there a reason for this?
We use Videoask embedded in our application to allow applicants and employers to exchange questions and answers. Today one of our candidates hit a screen asking her to confirm her email address.Hi--I am attempting to record a video, and hitting something unusual. The record window was flashing on and off, then a new notice window popped up saying it was sending an email to verify my access? Could not complete video recording. This is the first I’ve heard of this and as you can see in the screenshot, there is no email included. It says “We have sent an email to .”Is this a bug? Anyway around it? I’m concerned it’s going to hurt her ability to land the job if she can’t respond to the employer in a timely manner.
Hello there, I'm trying to figuring out the API and I've got some problems. How do I change questions in the form? I mean remove / rearrange.I think this endpoint should do that: https://api.videoask.com/forms/{{form_id}} and I can see that it's being called when I change form from VideoAsk app. But I'm not sure how to do it (what parameters should be passed). So let's assume I have form with questions:[1, 2, 3]If I want to change it to be:[3, 2]What request should I make?
I have 2 videoasks set up - one in English and one in Spanish. The end of the sequence is that they schedule a consultation with me on calendly. I am getting now a lot of notices of interaction and very few appointments set. I wondering about how I can assess what is going on. I would assume we have users abandon the flow. A few questions: The notice of interaction. Is this the page where the user last was? The button -the answer -highlighted: is that the users last interaction? Is there any kind of redirect on abandonment I can do? For example, redirect to a page saying, “would you just rather talk to us by phone?’” or something. is there a way I can better measure abandonment?Thanks
Hi there,I am going to be setting up a large number of Videoasks. Right now, even just testing the software, my email inbox (gmail) is clogged up with “You have a New VIdeoask interaction!” I tried turning off the “Reply notifications” button in the videoask setup, but that seems to have more to do with the respondents getting notified of MY responses if I were having a conversation. Any way to turn off notifications every time someone responds to my Videoask? I don’t need to be notified. I can log in and deal with them in bulk. Thanks for any help.
Is it possible to record in higher quality. Most of the videos we are getting through are pretty grainy and don’t really work for us. We have changed the record mode to upload instead of stream but the wait time is a little long. Any way to stream upload with higher quality upload?
