I’m able to embed question video without the answer by adding the ?justvideo variable, but how do I change the question video to display a different question (ex instead of the first question, display second or third or fourth)?
I created a first scenario in French and then I duplicated it to turn it into English.When I changed the subtitles for the English version, the subtitles also changed in the French scenario and I do not understand why.Could you help ?
Hi everyone,Curious if anyone’s found a good workaround for this. We often need to pull individual responses or consent forms in a clean PDF format (for compliance, audits etc...). Right now exports are CSV/XLSX, which is fine for bulk data but having a way to generate PDFs would be super helpful. Hello. I have just purchased Video Ask for my language school, for my English language level test. Because it is a language level test / assessment, I cannot give the students the possibility to practice before sending the answer. Cause they could look up unknown words and prepare their answers in advance. So I won't be able to properly assess their level and offer the correct course. Is there a way to at least remove the You can practice before sending so they don't know it exists or not even give them the possibility to repeat? Thank you

I’d like to include a screen share step in my VideoAsk workflow. The screen share is not going to be an on-screen demo, but more of a presentation.My VideoAsks are embedded at 600px high and 100% width on my website, and I also share the full-screen link. I don’t believe users would ever see a widescreen image. Embedded, it appears to be slightly more vertical than square. On the full screen version, the recording, too, is slightly more vertical than square, since it’s on the left hand panel. That means a screen recording will produce letterboxing above and below the screen in any presentation.Is there a way to do a screenshare with an aspect ratio that makes more sense for how the VA’s are displayed? I can create slides of a certain aspect ratio, but the VA screenshare will put my camera in a circle off to the side - that doesn’t seem like the right solution. I suppose I can record the slides externally and export as a video. If so, is there a suggested aspect ratio? What do others do
Following the instructions in VideoAsk’s help articles, it says that to collect contact information, I simply need to toggle this option on (simple,right?) But within the step, I see the toggle, but it will not allow me to toggle it on. What am I missing here? Is it only allowed for certain plans/subscriptions? Here is a video of what I’m referring to:  You may not be able to see/hear at the end, but I am clicking the toggle over and over, nothing is happening.Â
Hi community, I'm trying to connect VideoAsk with HubSpot and everything went well, the connection was successful. However, I'm not able to map the user's responses because they are coming through as ID/code instead of the actual response text. Any solution? Thanks
When is video ask going to add a “response required” feature?
3 days have passed, but the custom domain is still yellow. No response from VideoAsk support. Added CNAME to my domain’s DNS settings on Namecheap Saturday early morning, but until now, Tuesday, it’s still showing yellow on Videoask. I contacted support (support@videoask.com) using the email address registered on my account but haven’t heard from them until today. I thought the Brand plan includes priority support.
Hello again there,  I have a question regarding the fullscreen format.Why doesn't it open correctly when using the iframe integration in fullscreen mode? I am just starting out with VideoAsk and want to create a flow that helps focus on the users needs, mainly separating warm from hot leads. I am a lawyer, and we lawyers have rules about interacting with people who already have a lawyer. It happens a lot, people have a lawyer for the legal matter I handle, but they are unhappy and want to see “if I will take their case”. I can’t do that - the bar association considered that unethical client poaching.  So I would love to start my flow with a question on this, and allow only the unrepresented to start with the flow. I was thinking, could I have a disclaimer type statement, with a check box. So I the user does not check “I do not have a lawyer” they never can get started. But would there be a way to have it on a timer, so if they don’t check the box in X seconds, they get an end screen?Â

Hi  in my videoASK i will need to ask a question for which i woudl want to allow the user about 8 min to provide a response - using the template, i can not set the response time to over 3 minutes , can i ovveride this via API or another method?
In the dashboard I have the ability to export results or our VideoAsk conversations into Excel/csv files and download those to my computer. Is there a way to schedule/automate an export of that information? The current Zapier interface does not appear to provide that same functionality. Thank you. Â
When viewers click on my videoask the video starts play with three button options that take you to a contact form. When you click on the button to access the contact form the video starts playing again. How do I stop it from playing again?
