Your typeform results

I duplicated forms several times to send it to different channels. Is it possible merge several forms (forms are identical) into one form so that I can see overall summary?

Is it possible to capture information along the way of someone’s form? As an example, if I ask for their name and email in the first 2 questions, but then they exit the form, is there a way to save their name and email to re-engage? 

Hey hey, I’ve just joined and I’m trying to understand if I can create a form for events checkin where people have to pick one out of 650 Clubs that they’re part of (that I pre-load) by start typing the name of it. Scrolling through the whole list is not an option.Is there a feature that allow this? 

Hello community, I have connected my typeform form with Google sheet. The goal would be to generate automated reports (on Looker Studio) but given multiple choice questions get aggregated on the google sheet, the report ends up adding an option for each answer people give and does not calculate the total of answers for each option. Example: What is your role in the company?CEO CFO Sales ManagerSome people may select just CEO others may select CEO and Sales Manager, because they occupy those 2 roles. The report then shows CEO 1 and CEO, Sales Manager 1, when I would like it to show CEO 2 and Sales Manager 1. How can I solve this? Thanks!

Hey everyone, I cannot find where to edit the Confirmation Email upon form completion? I used to be able to find this but it is not available anywhere I look. I need to edit the response the form filler gets as well as the information I receive in the confirmation email. Please help.

Hi All, I have set up lots of type forms for lead generation and enquiry’s.they have been running for a long while and have had traffic from ppc / meta and organic.  the business is a jewellery business.  Each form has about 5 questions and are tailored to the landing pages.   So bespoke item x and corresponding questions to that item.   The issue we have is we get allot of people enquiring and entering details from email , mobile numbers , budgets ,    -  of course we get a bit of trash data .  But we then get an impossibly low response when answering them.  So they just ghost.   we have tried all sorts of approaches and of course calling is one of them.  So somethings wrong.   I can look at moving the questions etc around for a better rate of people entering details but I am at a loss to understand what we are missing.      

Hi, Has anyone been able to use the Typeform response API to connect to Excel 365, so that responses are added to the Excel worksheet?Due to organisational settings i am blocked from using the direct connection by our IS&T settings but the API should work, but am struggling to get it to connect so on the lookout for any advice Cheers

Hi, I’ve been trying to figure this out and so fat can’t find an answer. I have multiple endings each with a lot of content. The content would be too overwhelming to the reader so I want to create a ‘read more’ function whereby I have the main bullet points and the rest of the text hidden so the reader has the chance to get more information if they need it. I don’t need to redirect them to another site, I simply want the opportunity to expand the the text information if needed. Any help to do this would be greatly appreciated.  Many thanks, Ollie

Hi - when I download data to excel or CSV file, instead of the questions across the top it randomly populates it with answers. What am I doing wrong??

why does it take long for the typeform to redirect to a URL?

Hi there I have created my typeform with 3 different endings, and I have linked Follow Up emails to the different endings. I have added a link (to my website training) to the Typeform Follow up email, but the links are not working.They open up with the URL typed twice in a row, meaning it shows as a 404 page not found. If anyone can help me to figure out what I am doing wrong, I would be most appreciative!

Hi, I am trying to set an email everytime some completes the typeform. When I click on the gear icon near ‘Question’, ‘Design’, and ‘Logic’ I don’t see the ‘Notifications’ option.Do you know another way to set this up? 

Since “Notifications” have become “Follow-ups” there seems to be no way that Typeform results be sent to an email address that is set in a hidden field (that is other than the form’s registered owner / designer).How would one achieve this?

Hello, I created a category quiz with typeform. I'm able to send the different answers to the questions to Activecampaign. But I also want to send the result (end page) to Activecampaign. Does anyone know how I can do that? In Activecampaign I can only select the outcome of different question and connect them to custom field. I can't select the result/end page category. Lookng forward to your response

HiI ma new to type form and I have created my first type form as a score quiz type form. I am having a problem in the end when it's showing me the total score of a participant and calculating a final score which is coming more than the total score. I have checked and rechecked manually the total score that can come and tried 2-3 times myself but its always giving me a score which is more than my calculated total score. Please help on how to correct this problem.

Hello.I’m doing a test. I already assigned points to answers. When I show @score to the end. It shows the total points the user got. Is it possible to show the percentage? For example is the user got 9 out 10 questions he get 90% and so on. ThanksBen

hi, i just upgraded for a plan but my form still does not show me the results? and it say that i need to pay for a plan although i received an email confirming my paid plan. 

I have a survey live and it seems that I already have 1 response. It tells me in the statistics that there is one start and that almost all of my questions have a view (except of the last where the responder might left the survey).  However, in results it tells me that there is nothing! Most responses are required, so it cannot be that the participant saw all the questions but entered no data. How can that be? If there is a major problem, I am screwed, as the survey link is already distributed.

I mapped out the 14 most common difficulties that my students have.So i wanted to make a typeform where they rank all their difficulties from 0-10. But in the end i want to direct them to a specific page based on which was the higher answer.Example: If difficulty number 4 had the biggest intensity (compared to the other 13), the person is directed to a page where i give explanations about how to solve difficult 4. But i couldn’t find the option to do it...

We have 8 different answers people can choose. We have 8 special reports we want to email them based on which answer they’ve chosen.What is the most simple way to send them an email in response to them completing the survey?We’ve synced our email host “Klaviyo” to the form.
