Your typeform results

Hi There - Im brand new to Typeform - but love it so far! I need to gather data/input (20 questions) from users on a monthly basis for 6 months and be able to present a consolidated “table” view of the responses- month by month. Does Typeform have a way to to this? I saw the connect form feature but I do not think it will solve this use case. If it is not solvable in Typeform, I will export/connect Zapier and manipulate the data in Google Sheets. Your help and guidance is very much appreciated.  

I posted my survey and it is ending after the fourth question for everybody. Does anyone know how to fix this so my survey will go to the last question. Thank you

how do you get pepole to respond on your poll?

Actually I have submitted a question answer form last evening but I have not received anything yet since I am not sure I did right or not. 

Is it possible to set it in a Typeform number field to require a user to follow a specific pattern? For example, the user must require to follow this sample pattern like this 3 numbers followed by a dash then 3 numbers e.g. 123-456. If the user inputs like this 12-46, it will not accept the answer and will prompt an error. Is this possible? 

I have created a Chatbot format survey.I see that there are 217 participants started the survey and I have 53 responses, so I assume there are 164 participants dropped off from the survey.  However, from the table below, the total number of users who drop out by questions is below 10. I wonder if there are glitches in capturing the drop-off by questions in ‘Chatbot’ format.  Besides, the number of ‘Views’ for each question is also so much lower than the number of participants started the survey. Please advice whether the numbers are reliable.  ThanksFlorence

I am a big fan of Document Studio and how it works with Google Sheets to merge Typeform responses into Slides/Doc templates, convert to PDF and send an email with the attachment. Someone sent me a note yesterday that they had not received a report from one of my sample forms and it had been over an hour. I checked to see if there was an issue and, lo and behold, Document Studio was not running OR EVEN PRESENT as an add-on in that Sheet. I checked all the instances where I use Document Studio (over 200 active typeform-sheets-document studio processes) and they were all ‘missing’ the add-on. I have reached out to the developer(s) at Digital Inspiration and here is part of the message that I received: “My name is Amit Agarwal and I am the developer of Document Studio. I am really sorry for the inconvenience since Document Studio is temporarily not available in the Google Store. We are working with the Google team to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. I would like to create a survey where individual responses are recorded. I can see that this is possible through hidden fields, but it looks like hidden fields need to be manually populated. We will be sending this survey to thousands of people, so manually creating unique URLs is not feasible. Has anyone found a work around for this? We use Campaign Monitor to send the emails, so integrating with MailChimp or HubSpot doesn’t work. Are there are other platforms or integrations that we can use to automatically create unique links, or is there a way to do it within Campaign Monitor directly? Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!

I’d like to export each response as an individual PDF report that lists each question and each response. Is this possible? The Excel / CSV format is tedious to review when it’s an application format and doesn’t need any sort of data analysis. 

HiI have created a quiz. Most questions have 4 possible answers A, B, C, and D (choose 1 only) but only 1 is correct.The other answers are wrong for one reason or another and the subsequent response says “no you are wrong because of Blah blah blah”, this is designed to explain why certain choices that keep on being made as wrong and also what they should do to get the correct result in the future.How can I show in the email I get that the choice they make for each quest is correct or not as all it shows in the question and answer combo they chose but not the answer letter e.g. A, B, C or D, this would allow for quick assessment to spot where there weaknesses are. Thanks everyone Steve

I’ve setup a survey with an “Other” option at the end of a multiple choice question, however respondents’ answers in that field aren’t showing up in my Responses tab or Google Sheets - anyone faced a similar issue? 

Hi, I closely monitor insights to improve conversion. i see some discrepancies between insights and responses. For example today I have insights showing 3 submissions and responses at 9 submissions. Any idea how and if these insights are reliable ? Many thanks

I can't figure out how to get typeform to identify the Mittum name and email variable.typeform URL = https://form.typeform.com/to/zGorcR3f#email=xxxxx&nombre=xxxxxthe typeform variables are, I have tried like this but it doesn't detect it: https://form.typeform.com/to/zGorcR3f#email=${p_EMAIL_CONTACT}&name=${p_NOMBRE}${p_NAME}${p_EMAIL_CONTACT}The hidden variables are: email and name. Why are not recognized them?  

Hi everyone,Have just created my first form for my families to complete each day and feedback to me.I have had 5 responses back from having emailed the link to them, however when I look at responses I cannot work out which response is whose… Do I need to pop in a question for them to put their name in or can I see their email address somewhere else?Many thanks for any help.Karenanne

When I export the responses of my survey, it will just not export all questions but leave the last e.g. ten questions. This is only the case since today, before there was no issue in getting the WHOLE data as csv or excel file. Is the platform buggy right now? anyone else has this issue? Like that I cant export the results, not even if I only export one answer. There will always be missing many answers.  GreetingsAdrian 

I have just noticed that in my results downloads, the multi choice responses no longer have their own columns. Also the responses that I put in as a test are not even showing properly.This is a real difficulty as it is a big change form even just a week ago when the results file had a much longer row. My workbooks are set up to check / interpret the output rows when all the multi choice responses have their own columns - as has always been the case. But now it has changed and if it stays like this it will be a nightmare, I will have to re-do all of my analysis sheets and it will take ages. Please can you advise urgently.. Thanks

Hello, I tried to change the recipients of my survey but it does not work. Can you please help me ?

I found a couple mistakes I needed to fix on the scoring logic I had set up for my students’ exam after they completed it.  Will the edits I make to the scoring logic update their exam results for those that already submitted their answers?  Or do I now have to calculate it manually? 

I have created a Typeform and was wondering if I can have the results of the Typeform emailed in ADF/XML format straight to my crm email? If not, what are some alternatives I could use to help automate this process for me? My CRM does not have direct integration with Typeform, ie it’s not zoho, it is an industry specific CRM. We’re currently receiving leads from different sources via email, but the CRM only reads ADF/XML. Any help on this matter is great appreciated! Thanks a ton!

The background:I’ve put together a fairly complicated Typeform, which is in part gathering info and in part acting as a form of digital agreement.I used to use paper agreements, and have made some of the sections that had bullet points into a “matrix” style question with an “I agree” column (and all are required.) Within the form, it looks great.I’ve set up notifications to go to me and to the respondent, which is going to act as a written record of what they’ve agreed to.  In both, I’m using the @All Answers tag. So, here’s my issue:In the email received by myself and the respondent, not all answers are included.  Most are, including some, but not all, of my Matrix-style questions.  I can’t figure out why some from one section are included in the email, while an identical question-type with the same settings but different rows wasn’t included.  Is it because there are too many rows in the question?
