Your typeform results

Hey all, I wanted to get some suggestions regarding collecting results. I’ve created a survey using the logic functionality. It’s for 3 different audience segments, so some questions are repeated.For example, Group A has the question“ how many times do you eat eggs a week”Group B has the same question about eggs.However, on the results page, as they are two separate questions, they have two separate results.What’s the best way to group those results together, so I can say “X people eat eggs 4 times a week” using data from Group A and Group B’s results. In my head Im thinking export to excel or Google sheets and then combine the two rows that have the same question? Just wondering if there’s a different way I hope that makes sense!

how do typeform decide unique visit? is it by user-agent property?context - I am talking about results of form insights api.

Is it possible to delete a type form and keep the results? 

I’m trying to make a word bank for a quiz.  when adding the wordbank in as a graphic, it is either too large and some of the words get cut off or it is the right size but the words are fuzzy.  any suggestions? 

How can I download a complete form from a client in Microsoft word? 

Hi, I work for a charity that offers free coding classes to children from low income families and we use type form to collect applicants for the classes. The class sizes are limited so I utilize the response limit so that the classes don’t get oversubscribed. Sometimes a parent will sign up their student two or three times for the same class (I think it’s a language barrier issue) which means I sometimes need to delete responses so that other students can fill those spots instead.I am using a google sheet integration and although new responses are added to the sheet, when I delete a response, it is not deleted from the sheet. I would like to delete the response from the google sheet but when I do I get a warning message that I should not edit the data. I have had issues with the integrations turning off by themselves and I am wondering if this is why or whether it is ok to delete a response from a google sheet without it affecting the integration. Thank you! Andy

Hi all,I built a typeform with multiple Endings possible, depending on the answers of the respondent. I want to notify only the respondents who finish the form in one specific Ending.Many thanks for any help about this, I can’t find the answer in the Help Center or here !Best,Zaina 

Two of my main Typeforms have stopped syncing to my email address. I have tried entering the email again and re-publishing but it’s still not working. Any help would be greatly received! 

Anyone have problems getting live help from Typeform? I cant get any response & no answers in the community. What works for you when you need help?

Hi, I find it super frustrating to see that people have answered most of my questions and these answers are not available.How do you do?Do you split your forms in parts to ensure you have at least the email and starting details?Is there best practices I should know? New to typeform. I have created a “Quiz” form and I need the results to reflect a certain word for each answer.Example:Question 1: How often do you feel you are complying to (X)?Over 80% of the time Over 60% of the time Over 25% of the time 0% of the timeResults to Question 1: (if they answered a for example) Meeting Expectations.(each item will output one of the answers below… all questions will have the same possible results.)meeting expectations could use more work insufficient effort to meet goal not yet started-----HUGE thanks to whomever can help with this. 

Ive checked all the obvious issues that something has changed or broken but honestly nothing has but for 2 months (yes thats 2 months) there has not been one single completion of an otherwise quite popular asset. We have near 300 completions over time and average 25-30% completion rate.Traffic has dropped from some sources and my gut feel is that it must be something to do with that - most comes from Linkedin social promotion but we are still getting enough visits and enough people starting the process to be wondering why there are no completions.The only completions are me testing… 6 times now and it always works fine.Has anyone else found anything weird happening with their audiences (particularly Linkedin) or behaviour towards completing helpful diagnostics that might help me identify a specific issue we can fix?Thanks,Kath

I already connected and set up the integration with infusionsoft but upon checking on infusionsoft. the data entered in typeform is not feeding through infusionsoft?

What is the easiest way to connect to different Google Sheets based on the answer to a question? I already know how to connect to a single sheet. But if the answer to a question is A, I want to connect the results to Sheet A, B to B, etc. 

Hi there , I’ve been working on my forms its more like a consultation . A couple of questions are a pictures multiple-choice , however , when a client choose a picture it doesn't show in the result as big as we could know what picture are they choosing . I tried to figure out a way to get the result image bigger but unfortunately the response result comes as an icon . 

Hi, Is there a way to track how many users started the Form, but did not answer any question? Basically, track “Page Views” in the form after the form started using GA. I know there are Page Views available in GA , but since a page view is triggered even with embedded Forms, this information is not really valuable. Thanks in advance,Marcio

Hello, I do not understand why when integrating with TypeForm the new records are received by Active Campaign with "Status" Error in Type "New Submissionplease I need helpFrom Active Campaign they tell me that it is not a problem that they can solve, that I have to see or request the solution directly from TypeForm. I purchased an Essentials Plan so I could receive1,000 responses. Then I published a time-sensitive Typeform as a poll but it cut off at 100 responses and closed. This is a nightmare because it’s work-related and hundreds of people rely and depend on me - and right now I look stupid. I tried submitting a help request through the Help Center but haven’t heard anything and of course there is no number to call to get quick assistance. Has anyone else had this issue? Anyone have a fix? My plan shows that it’s the Essentials Plan on my account but my Typeforms remain closed.

Hi, I’d like to update the questions (remove/add) on an existing survey. We currently have the survey integrated with Google Sheets so that we can view results in the Gsheet. What are best practices to update the survey? Do I create a new sheet within the existing Gsheet to capture results against the new questions? Ideally, I can just update the existing and not have to create a new Gsheet or survey. 

Hi - I realize that I can download my responses to view in excel and add a note there. My question is does anyone know of a secret way or direct way to add an internal note beside the respondent’s email within my account under results > responses? I guess the other part to this would be, what is the best way to ask Typeform to add this as a new feature?

I am using the new interfase of type form, Posted a survey and now I want to close it to stop receiving answers. I can’t find where I can do that. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks

Hello,we have a PRO plan, which I believe is an old plan from Typeform.We have the respondent e-mail as a feature, but we need to know if there is a way to send an automated customized e-mail to each respondent with an unique voucher to activate a free trial in one of our services.Is there a way to upload a Excel form with this variables to be populated in the respondent e-mails? Is this feature available in other plans of Typeform?Thank you very much.

When creating a summary report normally the URL for sharing this report is in the top right hand corner, but its empty, I have it switched on, it says copy, but there is nothing there, I have check other forms and none for them are giving me a URL
