Your typeform results

Hi!We have an assessment typeform created with all the scoring information need; however I am having a little bit of an issue with figuring out to redirect to the proper URL for each different answer/result as well as showing the “score results” on the redirect web pages. I have outlined as much detail as I could below.Issue #1Our form has 64 questions that walks contacts through an assessment where it will result in 1 of 6 “results” based on their score. For each of the 6 results, a score out of 50 is provided. I managed to achieve this with an end screen and variables; however, I need the highest score from one result and redirected to the proper results page that provides more information.So in the example above, if Planning is 40 / 50 for score but the rest of the categories are lower, we need the redirect to take them to the planning results page for more information.I’m not sure how to set up in Typeform … any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Issue #2On the results page we

Hey, two responses from a typeform didn’t show up in the Google Sheet I have integrated. I think it’s because I had filled out a row manually. I deleted that row, but the new responses still aren’t showing up. Is there a way to refresh the new responses? 

I am experiencing some issues after joining an organization. Currently, I am unable to view any workspaces or forms. Additionally, when attempting to open the following link: https://admin.typeform.com/form/Ma3pHBE4/results#responses, I receive this error message:“We can't display your responses right now. Sorry, this is embarrassing but your data is safe. Please refresh the page or come back later.”Could you please assist me in resolving this as soon as possible? I would appreciate your prompt help in getting access to the workspaces and responses.Thank you for your support! 

My quiz results page is not displaying on mobile devices once submitted.How do i correct this?

Can someone help me with this? Typeform will not let me edit the follow up auto email for some reason. It wont tell me why. Is anyone else running into this? If I cannot get this fixed today, my client will likely cancel their typeform account and find another platform. Please help !-Miguel

Hello,This is my first time using Typeform and I upgraded my account to Business so that I could set my form response limit, and I set it to six. Each of my form submissions include a payment.However, I have had nine responses (and submissions) which is a big issue for me, as each responder is requested to pay a substantial sum of money - and so I’ve had a few extra responses and payments to my requirements. The last surplus submission couldn’t pay (luckily), I’m wondering if that’s connected to the issue?How is this possible? Did I miss something? It’s very unprofessional for me to be having to refund people.I’ve inserted a couple of screenshots below that I hope will be useful in explaining.Thank youSophia   

Hi,I have established a response limit of 300 (Form settings) because we had 300 prizes to give. But some participants were duplicating responses, so I was deleting duplicates in Results meanwhile. Since I understood Typeform was ONLY counting responses left. Problem 1 - But the form was automatically closed when submissions reached 300 instead... While responses were 283.Problem 2- Now I have just updated the response limit to 15. The form is open to new responses (working correctly) but an inconsistent message appears (see below).  

When someone completes a typeform, how do I get their responses sent to my email address right away?Can someone help me ? I’m struggling!!!!!!

Hi! We have an assessment on our website that gives organizations a maturity level in percentage along three axis. The result for each axis is calculated by Typeform. I would like results from all respondents for each of the axis to update in real time in a presentation where people will do this assessment live, either on Canva or Google Slides. Is this at all possible? I’m confused what I have to do on Zapier to do this. 

Hello there. I need you help in retrieving lost responses to a form.Last Friday I created a new form with the Free Plan and sent the form to over 70 persons to complete. I didn’t realise it was limited to 10 responses until after the 70 persons completed the form. So I am only able to view the first 10 results. I just upgraded to the Basic Plan hoping I would be able to view the rest of the results, but I cannot. Is there any way you can retrieve the results that were submitted before I upgraded??Many thanks

Hello, i got 3 submissions but 1 response. Normally there should be also 3 responses. I cant finde the submissions, what the clients wrote.  Can anyone help me? Thank you

We have a form that allows our customers to upload a file under 10MB. We have never had an issue with this feature until now. No matter the file size or type it keeps giving an error message. Is anyone else having this issue or have advice on how to solve the problem?

I have a survey with 2488 responses, and I am trying to fetch them all using paginated requests to the Responses API. Description of the problem: The first request works as expected.I use the last “response_id” from the first response as the “after” parameter for the second request.The second request works as expected.I use the last “response_id” from the second response as the “after” parameter for the third request.The third request unexpectedly returns blank results.  This issue is present regardless of the page_size, and occurs on the third request even if I only fetch 10 responses at a time. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I have built a survey for a client with 12 different custom variables, each with its own points/values assigned through logic (vs. scoring). Each answer was given points toward specific variables. Agree = 5Slightly Agree = 4Neutral = 3Slightly Disagree = 2Disagree = 1(Some questions add scores to multiple variables.)I’d like to total the variable results for a report without showing them to the survey user/taker. Is that possible? BONUS QUESTION!Some questions are framed in the negative, so they subtract from the total, and not every variable has the same number of questions. In order to score on an equal scale, is there any way to start each variable with a different base score? Because each variable has a different amount of questions, and some add to while others subtract … but I need each variable to base on the same total number (50) … can I have one variable’s starting value = 0, while another variable’s starting value = 4? Maybe asking too much; maybe already asked elsewhere … I

We’ve observed that the analysis currently provides information on the number of views and the percentage of respondents who drop off at each question. However, we are interested in understanding whether it is possible to access the data provided by respondents who disengage midway through the questionnaire—such as demographic details like age, gender, and other relevant information prior to their drop-off. Thank you in advance.

I tested the survey to see if I would get an automatic email with my results. It worked. I sent the typeform to friends and family. Some got their results and some didn’t. How does this get fixed to where all participants will automatically receive their results upon survey completion ?

One of my team entered a test response now it is included in the results. How can I delete that one response? 

Hi,I took a basic plan after my response limit got over. I can only see 10 response (+6) in blue color. But can't see the remaining 6. Is there a way i can see those response.  Also I see that when I'm going to my plan and pricing section, I see that my response will be reset on 18th October at 16:37 GMT. If that's the case what is the use of buying of a plan, when it will reset next month?. I need to see the response as of today and don't want to wait for the next month.  Any guidance will be appreciated, I need to see the response immediately.

Hi Everyone! I have a bit of an issue. I have created a form that has 4 outcomes. I use GoHighLevel as my CRM and have connected the two apps and so far everything is working fine. However, I would like to send different emails based on the respondents outcome that are sent from GoHighLevel. My issue is that I don’t know how to get GoHighLevel to recognize which outcome was returned so it can then send out the appropriate email.Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. If I have not provided enough information, please let me know. Matt

Hello,  i am new to typeform and i have one question about its integration with zapier. Whenever i want to save one forms respons in google spreadsheet, it always saves all of the responens not only the newest one. could anyone please guide me in how i make it so that eerytime a new respons comes in it only takes that and updates the google sheets document.  Appreiciate the help, greetings Sajjad
