Hi there,We have an embedded Calendly in a Typeform embedded in our website. In Calendly’s documentation, it is written that we should be able to listen to messages posted from the iframe to the parent window so that we can act on events. However, it looks like Typeform doesn’t forward events from the embedded Calendly which breaks this possibility. I’ve validated this hypothesis by adding breakpoints on an eventlistener in my parent page and the only events I can get are those from Typeform.Any idea to get these events or is this something on your side ?Thanks Â
The idea is to ask the client the date of entry and the date of departure and thus be able to calculate the number of days of their stay.
I have a 10 question personality quiz. It is made up of two question groups of 5, there is different logic, with different ending sets for each one. 1 outcome for the first set and 1 outcome for the second… However when I complete the quiz i still only get one answer. please help.
Typeform has started to roll out “Partial Submit” as a question type! This is potentially a great feature but needs a little work to be really useful in complex quizzes that use logic rules. One of the big concerns for many folks in the Typeform Community is the ability to capture the email address of someone who starts their form but never submits. (There are several quiz/survey concerns about being entitled to ask for email address at the beginning of the form but that is a separate topic). This partial submit feature could used to capture the email address early in your form – just case someone does not hit the final button.Note the new option under Form Structure when you choose to add a question. This will give you the option to capture the data from the current form – at the point in the form where you insert the Partial Submit Point – into the Typeform Results tab. This is in advance of the traditional Submit at the end of the form.I’ll go over the limitations at the end of this n
I would like to place a contact info page as the second step after the cover page, and make filling out the info mandatory before moving on. Is there an easy way?   Â
Hello, In a previous business I worked for we would enter our customers phone number into a Typeform and it would then send a text message to that number with a little customer blurb and a link for a google review. (We always had to ask the customer before sending if they would be interest in a review for our business.) I was curious, how to apply that integration and practice to a new business I work for - I want to set up a typeform that will push this blurb out to our current clients with my current business’s link. (different industry entirely - not trying to scam or be malicious to other business - it was just a fantastic practice for driving feedback)
Hi, wondering if it’s possible to have a dropdown list in Typeform that is linked to a spreadsheet so that when the spreadsheet list is updated the Typeform dropdown list is also automatically updated?
The new Lead Qualification tool is really neat but it would be nice to be able to edit the questions it suggests. Any chance this is in the works?Â
Hi, How can I see the features available in: “The Brand Kits features” before upgrading to the Plus tier? How can I get an access to a demo account with this feature to see the benefits? Thank you!
Hey fellas, is it possible to receive multiple selections on a dropdown? We have about 500 different “options” to chose. People can search and select - thats great. But i want them also to access multiple choices! Any ideas? best whises, Simon
Hi, I believe I used to be able to specify that multiple choice answers appear in two columns or maybe it did it automatically when a multiple choice answer had lots of choices. However, the answers are no longer appearing in two columns. Is there a way to specify the multiple choice answers should appear in two columns? Thanks!
Hello, I added the company logo to my template using the tutorial here. What is the best way to change the size of the logo? It renders very big on my screen.  Thanks a lot, Irina
I need users to upload larger files on my typeform
Hi! I am currently working on a form and one of the questions involves selecting a moodboard from various options. However, I am encountering an issue with the size of the images; they appear too small even using “superzise option”. I have already considered adjusting the size of the images before uploading, but I wanted to inquire if there are any specific recommendations or features within Typeform that could help me enhance the visibility of the moodboard images. Hope someone can help me, thank you :)Â
Nevermind.Â
Is there any way to capture country & language automatically from surveys? I’m trying to explain: Having only 1 typeform, the user will open the URL and depending of the countries, it will capture locale. ie:en_US (english, USA)es_ES (spanish, Spain)fr_FR (french_france) I want to integrate typeform with Brevo but I want to avoid the ask language and country to the consumer due to ISO mapping issues. Thanks for help!Â
Hello, we use the tool for credit card payments, Stripe, on a Typeform form, and our clients sometimes encounter issues with payment failures or rejections when they confirm the payment. I should note that this does not happen with all cards (fortunately!) but here are the characteristics of an example card, where there were sufficient funds (since we were the ones testing it): Type: Visa debit card Issuer: Lloyds Bank Plc 3D Secure: Authenticated via 2.2.0The authentication process initiates correctly, and we can validate it, but the error message blocks the whole process. (See attached photo). Therefore, we do not know if the problem truly stems from Stripe or Typeform. Thank you for your help.
Hello I am trying to create a form that will have some multiple questions and then next to the multiple questions that I have added there is an area for a use to type and answer. Here is a mock up of it. So I want the yellow area is where the user would input the $ amount they would like to pay for a lead in this example. Is there a way to do this?Â
This might be a bit of a complex question. I’m building a quiz that has a lot of logic involved. I need the scoring to work properly for the logic to work correctly. No matter what I do, the scoring just doesn’t calculate. Let me demonstrate:I have a 9 question quiz, and each question is an opinion scale. The scale goes from 1-7. The first 4 questions are reversed scored, so 1=7, 2=6, and so on. Questions 5-9 are scored as stated. I entered in the scores for each question as noted (1-4 are reverse, 5-9 are normal). Here’s where it gets complex.I want questions 1-6 to be summed up and added to variable @A_1 and questions 7-9 to be summed and added to variable @B_2. I then want @A_1 to be divided by 6 and @B_2 to be divided by 3. The scores come out so wacky every time.I then want the averaged score to be recalled on the ending screen. I’m using the following logic to total the scores: 1A: If 1A is greater or equal to 0, then add 1a to @A_11B: If 1B is greater or equal to 0, then add 1b
Hi ! Newbie here!  Is there a way to bulk upload choices and scores in the drop down option? I’m using it to collect orders, where the options are the products and score is the price. thanks!Â
We are currently revising a quiz hosted in Typeform and we have a specific requirement related to tracking user selections of equity-related answer options spread across different questions in the quiz. Our goal is to provide participants with feedback on their level of engagement with equity-related content by displaying a summary of their selections on the ending results page.Is it possible to track and aggregate user selections of certain answer options across multiple questions in Typeform? Specifically, we'd like to know if we can:Keep track of which "equity" options individuals select throughout the quiz. Count the total number of "equity" options selected by an individual across all questions. Display a summary on the quiz results page indicating the total number of "equity" options selected by each participant. We appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this functionality within the Typeform platform.
The next question doesn't show after you click the "TAKE A TEST" button. Once I click start to take the text, nothing shows. And this only happens on mobile
Is it possible for a dropdown to have a default choice already showing?or alternatively have a list of two options such as Option 1 and Option 2and have a link underneath which displays more options when clicked. Thank you
Hey guys,I’m setting up a really big assessment using Typeform but i am wanting to limit the number of times a user can submit the assessment to improve his/her results. Anywone done this before? Thanks!
Typeform says “you can create as many different variables as you want”, but I’m running into a bug, which seems to limit it in practice: when I try and use a variable in a rule, the drop down list does not allow you to scroll down to all the variables. Although I created 46, I can only use the first 37.Please assist.
