Build your typeform

Hello !Videos are not working anymore in my Typeforms… either if I create a new one or on the old ones… did that already happen to you ? It is the same for all videos including the videos from typeform directly… i can select a video from the library but once i Add it it is not moving :( Thanks for your help !

I would like to create rating questions with Radio Buttons similar to the image below where only one answer can be chosen and descriptions for each level of the scale. I can’t seem to figure out how to do this in Typeform. Does anyone have any advice or know if it can’t be done?  

I can't change my vat number-why? It says my number doesn't exist.

Do I need an upgraded plan to use a hyperlink in one on my questions to a PDF?

How can I do so? Typeform UI and features are good, but on serious note, non availability of few basic features like multilingual and randomisation of questions is preventing me to use for enterprise usage. Honestly workarounds are not good. Hope to have these functionalities very soon.

Hi there,I have input calculations and want the answer to show in a statement.The calculation is based on age brackets e.g. Under 30, 30 to 39 etc.. So if you are age >30 & <39 jump to S3 and so on. I am asking for gross income and I have input variables based on the % max contributions e.g @under30 = 0.15 (15% of gross is the max for people aged under 30) The statement will say Aged Under 30 you can get tax relief on 15% of your earnings every yearBased on your gross income you can contribute €xxx to your pension per month with full tax relief How do I get the answer into the statement? https://diarmuid974625.typeform.com/to/dkkpbF2k#u30result=xxxxx&thirtyto39result=xxxxx 

Hi Everyone! Let’s imagine that I ask the following question in my typeform and that the person who answers the survey can select more than one answer (multiple choice and multiple selection question). Let’s imagine that the person selects chocolate and vanilla. Which ice cream flavours do you like? Chocolate Vanilla Mango Pistachio  Is it possible in the next question to display only as answer options the two answers that the person selected in the previous question? I am trying to build a “question per day” survey that stretches over a long period of time. To do this, I was hoping to block a survey respondent from moving onto the next question until either A) the next calendar day has arrived, or B) a certain amount of time has passed (e.g. 12 hours). Is this possible with Typeform?

I was not able to find anything addressing this specifically but I was trying to build a form to calculate the savings new clients have realized by working with my company.  These are the fields and for the sake of ease I will assign each a letter to demonstrate the calculation:(A) BAMS Volume(B) BAMS Fees(C) PreBAMS AMEX Volume(D) PreBAMS AMEX Fees(E) PreBAMS V/MC/D Volume(F) PreBAMS V/MC/D Fees The calculation I’m trying to do is:(((D + F) / (C + E)) - (B / A))*(C + E) = Calculation I’m looking for This can be broken down into pieces if easier / better supported by the Typeform capabilities. 

Hi!I put together a survey question with ~25 items/statements and a 7-point Likert-type agreement scaleI have 2 questions:Not all of my scale points appear on the top - they have to scroll sideways to see the last scale point (and they can do this only if they scroll all the way to the bottom first) - is there away to ensure all scale points are visible at the top? Is there a way to “move” the scale as they scroll down so they are constantly aware of the scale points rather than have to scroll back up or rely on their memory?Thank you!

As a newbie, pls what do I need to understand about Typeform?

Why do I keep getting this show? I’m the only one that ever edits my typeforms. When it appears I usually lose all the work I’ve done that session. What’s going on and more importantly how do I stop it happening? Thanks. 

1. I create a test with 60 questions, each of which is required2. I found a problem when testing:a) When I am browsing the question page, if I do not click on the fifth questionb) Then I use the mouse wheel to pull down the web page, jump directly to the 10th question, and even submit the test to the question3. Now what do I need to set to turn off this function, I need testers, click on this question to jump to the next question, if you don't click, you can't jump

Hi - this is my company’s first foray into Typeform. We started with a template, in our case, a “Demographic Survey” one. We’ve edited to our liking - but now, when I’m sharing it - the browser tab at the top says “Demographic Survey” instead of the title I’ve given our survey. Is there a way to edit what shows up in the browser tab?

With phone number question types, the tendency is for people to just hit Enter to proceed. As a user, hitting Enter gives people a startling error as if they have done something wrong (which, technically they have because they did not hit Cmd + Enter). However, why is it wrong to just hit Enter? If there is no strong reason to require the Cmd key, can we please have that updated to just require Enter?

My type form has 16 questions but only 6 are showing up when I share the survey.  I cant see a seeting hiding the 10 last questions. 

When I open my last saved typeform, it has the publish button disabled so I cannot publish it.And As soon as I make some changes to the contents of typeform, the following notice is appearing:Someone’s made changes to this typeformSomeone—maybe you—has made changes to this typeform that aren’t shown here.Click Update my typeform to refresh with the latest changes and continue editing. You’ll lose any changes you made in this current session.  I pressed the Update your typeform button but changes are not saved and still cannot publish the typeform.  To workaround, I duplicate the typeform and I try to publish it but it does not work. it says “not saved” on the bottom of page even though I have not made any change and still cannot publish. 

Hi all, There is a “Add a reminder to your calendar" button appearing in the bottom right corner of the Typeform pages.  I can’t find the setting to remove it. It isn’t showing up when logging in to edit the typeform, but it is visible on the published web version.  Images below. Does anyone know how to remove this setting? Many thanks! The published typeform on the web The editing version of the typeform 

HiAt work, we are wanting to ask residents how much budget should be allocated to a specific project and obtain feedback that we can analyse.   We would like them to drag and drop a % value of budget,  and allocate it to a key service with up to 15 options available. How would you visually do this?  Is this type of thing possible? 

Good evening Typeform Community! We currently have the answers to our questions posting to a Google Sheet.  We would like to multiply the answers that are provided prior to posting to our Google Sheet. For example, if an answer of $5,000 is entered by a user of our form, we would like to calculate 75% of that prior to posting to our Google Sheet. How can we accomplish that? Thanks so much in advance all!

I made this quiz where there will be four endings depending on the highest score. I was able to set a tie breaker also and it is working, but the catch is, whenever there is a tie score for the 4 categories, even if those tie scores are not the highest, they still go to the tie breaker.For example:A - 22B - 22C - 24D - 20 I would like them to end with the ending designated for letter C since this is their highest score, but what happens is that they go directly to the tie-breaker question for letters A and B. I don’t know what to do anymore. Is there a logic formula sample that anyone can help me with? Thank you to anyone who will answer me. 

I’m creating a survey for teachers to assess their students. Can one teacher easily submit a new survey for each student? The surveys will also be monetized (i.e. $x for up to 30 responses). Is Typeform capable of this?

(please take a look at the second screenshot “Datenschutzhinweise”) How to put a link behind a word which came from the UTM Parameter URL?For what do I need this?I like to use a specific form for different clients so that I only need to adjust the clientsource utm parameter and the content utm parameter (different GDPR, Link and wording)Looking forward for your help!Thanks
