Please help,  I am trying to integrate a multiple form question from Typeform to a sigle select fied in airtable. I keep getting the error message bellow. Hmm...not a perfect matchThe options in your typeform question must be the same as the options in your Airtable field. If your options are orc, elf, and goblin in your typeform question, you need orc, elf, and goblin in the Airtable field you're matching with. However I checked everything. The texts are exact match and my typeform is already published. What could it be?  Thank you!

Despite trying to adjust the CSS, the survey's appearance remains inconsistent across different devices and screen sizes. JavaScript Conflict: The Typeform seems to clash with other JavaScript elements on my page, leading to unexpected issues like the survey not loading properly or certain functionalities not working as intended. Submission Handling: Once users complete the survey, I want to redirect them to a specific 'thank you' page on my site. However, I'm struggling to capture the survey submission event and trigger the redirection. I've consulted the Typeform documentation and tried various solutions, such as tweaking embed op

The embedded typeform survey takes a lot of spaceThere is some unnecessary spacing on left/right and specially on top/bottom. (look at that spacing below the button)The problem with this, is that it breaks the rest of the content in that page, so when on mobile, some users might bounce if they see that huge amount of space would be nice to remove that, or to be able to modify it  

Hola, La parte de Webhooks no funciona. Cuando intento acceder a “Ver envíos” la página no carga y nunca llega a enviarse el webhooks cuando se produce una respuesta en el formulario.¿Qué puedo hacer? Está fallando todo lo que tengo conectado. 

 it worked yesterday btw i can't load a filed to map when i try to connect and integrate typeform to notion.  if i choose the area to select a filed, it only showed a cursor for searching and not show up the priorities form notion database table.  i’m sure that there are no such a incompatable queation type in typeform. and there are no problem in notion priorities. i read the post(https://www.typeform.com/help/a/integrate-your-form-with-notion-360061400731/) here but it doesn’t help me.  please let the use typeform. i should use the notion for the company.      

Hey all! So I’ve just connected my Typeform and Trello together. It creates a new card and has the form embedded in it...However the answers column is tiny so ends up with half words on each line…. There doesn't seem to be a formatting/display settings option…. Any suggestions?

Hi everyone!  We’ve been using this integration for a while, since yesterday we’re seeing a new field at the bottom of our form responses: We’ll respond to forms directly from the conversations inbnox, so this extra bit of data is not particularly customer facing friendly. I’ve looked in the typeform integration settings, and there’s nothign there to suggest this should be appearing, nor is there anything in the form settings on hubspot. Moreover, surely there’s no other response type as data isn’t collected unless the form is completed, or have I missed something?Any help on cleaning this up would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I'd like to edit the button click area on Webflow, but I can't do it. I want to use my own button, so far so good. The only problem is that I can't get the whole clickable area to go back to the popup embed form. I'd like to be able to click anywhere in my custom button to open the embed typeform. Here you can have a look about my issueThanks :)

We are looking for a survey tool that integrates with our ESP (Klayvio) an has the ability to randomize questions, use logic for question flow, export the data cleanly, collect responses if user abandons and able to customize with our brand guidelines.  I can only figure out a couple of these with type form. I would love to hear if anyone knwos you can do the together things listed.

We are using Typeform for customer feedback (CSat), receiving many dozens of responses each day. I have set this up to send responses to Slack, so that all of our staff can engage with the feedback and surface insights. However, it’s too many responses and too much noise.The fix: only send to slack if the comment field is 100 or more characters. I’ve reviewed hundreds of comments and the quickest path to very interesting insights is to filter by length. If Typeform had the feature to only send a response based on the condition of one or more fields, it would be a game changer. 

Hi TypeForm Community!I am currently trying to integrate the webhook, as many have attempted previously, but I am facing some issues with the HMAC verification.A brief overview of my current setup:I have a webhook.site address that I am pointing the TypeForm webhook to. Once the webhook is triggered, I copy the headers and content from webhook.site to Insomnia to simulate the call to my local backend instance. The local backend that I am using is a Strapi instance, and I check the HMAC signature in the endpoint’s policy.The problem:Using the provided examples here: Secure your webhooks, I have not been able to verify any of the calls. I have also tried various solutions suggested by the community, such as using the raw response, adding \n or \u000a to the end of the response body. However, none of the suggestions have worked.Does anyone have an idea of what I might be doing wrong?

I am embedding a form into a web app, and for security reasons cannot use 3rd-party cookies.I’m gathering feedback from users of the app, and once they’ve seen the form -- either filled it out or closed it -- I don’t want to show it to them again.How can I tell when a user has completed/viewed a form? Does the submission/closing action do anything that I can append a listener to?The only thing I can think is to watch the “data-tf-loaded” attribute on the embed div. If it changes, then that’s as good an indicator as I’m going to get, then I can save a flag to my user’s account that they’ve filled out the form.Any insight would be appreciated.

Is there a way to enrich a form with data that we wouldn't transmit via URL because it's sensitive information? Ideally, we would pass only a unique ID in the URL and then look up the displayed data on the form from a data table.

Hi,I have two issues1What I want to do : Embed a typeform with only one short-text question in an email. I use Send in blue. I made sure that there is no introduction.My problems :First one : The embed goes outside the body section. Setting up the width in Typeform does not help. It still goes out. (see the first two screenshots) Second one : Even though I used the “embed in a email” option, it still open a new tab, and is not actually embed (screenshot 3 & 4)2What I want to do : Have the email as an hidden field. Since I want to link the email address to the text answer, but I already have the email, I don’t want to bother clients by asking them again. My problem : I don’t get how I can do this. Is it possible? Thank you in advance for your help 

I am embedding the type form into a wix page and when a person finishes the form the redirect is staying in the embedded page and not going to actual URL as needed 

 Hi Typeform Community,I'm having an issue with the mobile version of my Typeform embedded on my astra site. It works perfectly on desktop, but on mobile, users can't scroll down to reach the "OK" button at the end of each page of the quiz. Additionally, the header and footer are covering the Typeform, making it difficult for users to navigate. I've already tried adding inline code to the embed code, but it didn't make a difference. Hi there, I was wondering where in Typeform I could find an overview with all the app integrations i've connected, but especially the actions that are active. To change them, update them, etc. Now I'm not sure which settings I used.

In the Salesforce Integration documentation for Field mapping, it shows an example of how to Update a record instead of Creating a new one, and the key fields used in the example are First Name, Last Name and Email address, which is fine for Lead, Contact or Person Account, but what fields would be used to update an Opportunity where that data would would exist either through the Account look-up field (if Person Account) or through the related junction object Contact Role that connects to a Contact?What I’m trying to do is email an existing Person Account a link to the Typeform which would then update one of their existing Opportunities.

Does anyone know how to fix the error “Failed to get form definition” when trying to connect with HubSpot? FYI, the form on HubSpot IS published.  

We’ve just added a “quiz” step to our demo booking process. This is the flow:Page 1: HubSpot landing page with a HubSpot form that captures their basic info (name, email etc.) Page 2: HubSpot page with a Typeform embedded with a few qualification questions. Page 3: If qualified, they are redirected to book their demo.I capture name & email on page 1. I want to transfer this data into my Typeform on page 2 as a hidden field. I can’t figure out how to achieve this. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

My Type form is adding rows to a Google Sheeet with each new form entry using the standard Tyepform GSheet Integration. The Timestamps being added to the Gsheet with each new entry from Typeform are set to the incorrect time.Where can I adjust this setting in Typeform.
