The first question page on the mobile devices is not showing the navigation keys as well and the “Powered by Typeform” footer If using the keyboard to enter name and hit “done” on the phone keyboard then two OK buttons appear 

Hi everyone, I’d like to pick your brain on something. I’m trying to build an online birthday card for my girlfriend. The idea is that people can send her messages from typeform which then would be displayed in a message board for her to read them. I thought about using integromat to automate the process, but not sure about what to choose for displaying the messages. Carrd? webflow?  any ideas? thanks! 

I’ve built connections from Typeform to Excel and Typeform to Excel via Power Automate. In both connections, I need to add additional steps to reformat the DateTime information from ‘string’ to ‘date’ or ‘datetime’ values instead. If Typeform could pass that information through as a timestamp of some sort, this would make the data much easier to work with and would cut down on the time needed to build these connections. 

After completing TypeForm I have a PowerAutomate flow that harvest information from the questions, the integration seems to be fully operational but upon running the flow the ‘Phone Number’ question type isn’t populating. Other fields are working fine and if we change the question type to ‘Short Text’, it works as intended. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I want to use typeform as marketing source, to lead people to download our application when they are done with their answering. Is it possible to link a link with typeform?

When I add the inline embed code to the content builder in Kajabi and SamCart, nothing appears. I’m replacing a wufoo form that works great and have done this several other times so I’m baffled why this wouldn’t be working. Form is published.

Hello, quick question for the community! We’ve connected Typeform to ActiveCampaign (using the direct integration that ActiveCampaign offers). After several reviews, we’ve confirmed that our fields are mapped correctly and there are no obvious issues. However, we’re noticing that some of the information collected on the typeform (which sits on our blog) isn’t being collected in the correlating fields in ActiveCampaign. Example: The ‘company name’ is often filled out on the typeform but rarely collected in ActiveCampaign. Has anyone experienced this?

Hello,I’ve created a big typeform quizz with a LOT of Endings. I’ve linked my TypeForm to my Klaviyo but on each test of the quizz i only get my answers to my questions in my Klaviyo. But never the endings value to my quizz in my Klaviyo only in my TypeForm (evrything’s working in my TypeForm). How do i manage to get my endings value into my klaviyo so i can use it in my email template ?

Hi pros 👋🏻 I’m trying to build a form that asks users for their phone number, then automatically sends them a welcome text to them once they enter it. Zapier can’t seem to find the phone number value from Typeform. Is this doable? If it helps, I’m integrating with SimpleText to send the message, which works fine when I enter a phone number manually. Just can’t seem to replace that with the phone number values that come out of the Typeform. 

Hello everyone,I’m trying to forward a certain subdomain we own to a published typeform I created. Our domain is with GoDaddy and in the management console you can create a forwarding entry. I see that GoDaddy automatically add two entries which point at some AWS infrastructure, where I guess typeform hosts published content. I haven’t created a page for that subdomain, I want users to be redirected right away by the DNS (which is usually possible)When I browse to the subdomain, I see that the browser is being forwarded but then there is no response...I’m wondering if the typeform infrastructure is rejecting the request because the host within the HTTP request must likely be my own domain… 

Hi everyone, My team and I are new to Typeform. We have embedded a quiz on our website. The desktop version is fine. However, in the mobile version, the header and footer are getting in the way of the quiz. I want to integrate a typeform survey to our salesforce instance. I opened the survey and hit “connect with salesforce” and answered the questions including my user name for salesforce - what is supposed to happen next? Did not receive any link as the message declared. 

Our CRM is Salesforce, our email platform is Hubspot and our website is a wordpress site. I can integrate Typeform with all three platforms. Which would you suggest?

Wondering is there a way to capture hidden field of typeform in Ms Power Automate? I’m using hidden field to capture “email” and I want to use this “email” in my automate flow.   

Hi team, I have set up a GA integration for my Typeform. Looks to me as though it is all properly set up - I’ve tested it in Tag Assistant and there are no issues - but the data is not coming through to Google Analytics. I’ve looked at the filters we have set up in GA and none of them should be filtering out Typeform data - they’re all specific IP addresses or hostnames that I am definitely not using. Do you have any suggestions for troubleshooting this? Cheers,Ricki

However, the threads are difficult to follow and contain references to fixes that Typeform has since put in place. Would it be possible to layout clear / concise insturctions on how to ensure that I track one user successfully from my primary domain to the embedded typeform?Thank you!Sarah

Hi, I have a total of 29 forms in typeform workspace, but power automate trigger only listed out 10 forms. I have published the form but it doesn’t make different. Am I doing it correctly? Or could it be limitation of typeform?

Hello,I advertise on facebook for multiple clients (each with a different pixel) using facebook. It seems each facebook needs to be associated with a custom domain, but I am on business and only have one domain. Does anyone have a workaround for this?Adam

I have created a survey form with just one visible question and one hidden field that picks up the responder’s HubSpot Contact ID in the URL to identify him/her as an existing contact in HubSpot (I don’t want to use email in the URL due to data privacy). I then select this field in the integration to be used as the identifier when updating existing contacts, so that if the fields match, they will be updated with the answer they gave in the survey question. I did a test on this before going live, and it was working perfectly. However, after it went live, it seems not to work anymore, so I am a bit puzzled. The HubSpot ID is picked up in the responses, so why is Typeform not using it to update existing contacts in HubSpot as it is supposed to?

Anyone had this button problem before?In the 4 endings to my assessment, each has a button linked to an outside page. These work when I’m on my typeform subdomain...the outside pages load just fine when not using typeform. However, when I embed my assessment on my website (with SSL) the buttons do not load up the outside page.
