Integrate your typeform

I’m interested in integrating typeform into my website as a way for users to populate an extensive profile section that we ask them to fill out. The biggest hurdle that I’m wondering about is is there anyway to display all of the answers on a webpage viewable once the form is submitted. Hope this makes sense.

TypeForm comes in as a standard (ie. not Premium) PowerAutomate connector.To get the responses out properly, one has to dive into the Expressions a bit depending on type of a question (some provide the answer as a value, other as a label) but ultimately offers a great alternative to other automation platforms if you need to do more then just load your spreadsheet with them. Especially if you already have MS365 subscription on your company and need more power and no task limits for your automation logic compare to Zapier etc. My test scenario involved setting up multi-conditional logic that resulted in three separate paths depending on response and variable output conditions, all three firing different notification emails to responders as well as triggering appropriate Excel scripts to auto-shift things around a bit to save the team some mundane process work. Works a treat! Anybody else tried it yet?

I am integrating Typeform with MailChimp using a field for the GDPR consent. hi,Google sheet was already connected but I can’t go further the process after I authorize Typeform to connect to google. Can’t go to step 5 and “where di you want to send your responses”.I would like to disconnect and turn off the integration but it doesn’t work…What can i do ?

is it possible to update an existing record ?; it seems that the default behavior is always create a new record? I even selected to math by email as key but still new records get createdI think this is such a big weakness of the tool.Thank you very much

Hi all, When trying to integrate a multiple selection question in typeform to airtable, there seems to be no way to spit out data from the “other” option if users fill that out. I figured I would simply link it to a long text field in airtable so I can get the other field to populate but it won’t let us do that. Thanks

I’m trying to integrate my mailchimp account with type form but it says no mailchimp lists were found. I have several lists.

Hi all, Some help would be much appriciated. This is my typeform -  Looks fine. Yet, when I embed it, there is a strange boarder around the button, which doesn’t exist elsewhere?  Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?It appears across multiple browsers.There doesn’t seem to be an option for this in design of the form, so I don’t know why it exists? Thanks, Murray   

I'm trying to embed the form using the Chat code on my WIX site to be display correctly but the form is being displayed on a larger scale on mobile preventing  preventing the user to close the form. I’m using the chat popover code. If anyone knows how to solve this issue I’ll appreciate it!  

Hi, I would like to use typeform to grow my email list. I’m using activecampaign and I would like to segment costumers. Is it possible to segment by using one single typeform? People do my typeform in order to get the answer of what specific type of person etc. they are. I would like to integrate that into my active campaign by using tags to send automated and specific emails to each person. Meaning person A with typeform result “A” gets the tag “A” in activecampaign and another person with result “B” gets the tag “B” and so on. Thanks for your help!

I was trying 1000 times, reintegrating typeform with monday.com and I still cannot map any fields from typeform. I noticed by accident that the classic builder forms do match! But then I went to my classic old form, clicked publish and it changed to a NEW typeform and now I cannot map it anymore. Any way how can I revert to an old classic form? or why the monday.com integration does not work with the new typeform? 

Hi all! I need to track info on Intercom through a Typeform Survey using the hidden fields. But hidden fields only allow to track User Data - I need to track a Company Data, how can i do?When I set the survey up in the messenger, in the section for the hidden fields i can only scroll and choose Users Data to track - How/Where can I find Company Data to track?e.g. I need to track the "Type" of Company where my users are from - which is the Company Attribute "Type" - so that i know that "This users is from this type of company - that other user is from that other type of company"...Can you help on this? - thanks!

Does anyone know why the integration might stop adding rows even though is on? It stopped twelve days ago, and the worksheet hasn’t been edited. Is there a maximum size? The sheet is 1,4K rows long. Also, the integration has been turned on the whole time. I’ve looked around the forum and found some reasons that breaks the integration:Change the headers of the document - headers hasn’t been changed Integrate the same form in two different Google sheet URLs instead of the same Google sheet document - form is integrated in only one sheet Integrate two forms in the same tab - tab is integrated in only one form Delete tabs on the sheet - sheet has only one tab The target sheet has the same name as the typeform - target sheets hasn’t the same nameAdditionally, the form is connected to Sendgrid through Zapier and the automation stopped working at the same time. I checked on Zapier and if I manually update it gets the last response, but not automatically.

How does Zapier work with that?  I am needing something similar.  Different typeforms that led to different groups in the same audience.  MailChimp says it can be don with pass-through, but Typeform says it cannot?

Hi! With the typeform integration, i’m wondering if it’s possible to go back to the settings bit of it where I can choose which questions I’d like to be sent to Slack. Previously, I decided to select all but now I want to go back and change the settings to uncheck a few questions. Is this possible? For now I only see options to activate/deactivate and to delete the integration (which I’m afraid to do in case I accidentally delete something I shouldn’t. Thanks! 

The custom events are not showing up for me to create a custom conversion. I have submitted a response through the form, but they are still not showing up. They are showing up in testing within the ads account, but not to create the conversion.

I am able to send typeforms in the inbox, but nothing happens in Intercom when a form is completed. This part isn’t happening:I reinstalled the Typeform app in Intercom twice.

HiIt has happened more than 2 times, that out of sudden, a Survey has its Webhook configuration erased, but not due to human intervention. I just noticed on these occasions, that I’m not receiving the data from answered surveys via Webhook, and when I go to the survey configuration, I see that the Webhook configuration is gone:   It’s clear to me, that this is a bug on the platform. I would like to know if other people have experienced this behavior and if Typeform team has something to say related to this issue, which again: it happens from time to time.Thank you,Jaime
