So you’ve finished creating your videoask, and now it’s time to start collecting responses!Let’s take a look at some of the different ways to share your videoask Share the URL link Each videoask has it’s own unique URL, you can find this URL in 3 different places:Once the videoask is live, and before you receive any responses, you’ll find the link in the inbox here:  As soon as you start receiving responses, those options will disappear, but fear not you can find everything you need for sharing in the Share & Embed button:  From here you can copy the link any time, add variables to your url, and grab the code for sharing via email, or embedding your videoask as a widget or iframe on a website.   The final place to find the url is in the build area - you have two options here, one to open the live videoask, or if you just want to test it out without submitting any responses, hit the preview button    Top tip!  I’ve set up a video ask, but keep getting this message when i use the share link: This site can’t be reached.    

Hello,Is there any way we can show the answers of our videoask without showing the name and email of the users who record it? We activated the skip data collection option and disabled “collect contact details on this step” but still when we show the answers this type of info is shown (name + email of the user).Thanks! 

Some of my team is 7h ahead, and I love video for high-fidelity comms. I’m fishing for tips. I’m a new user and I’m recording videos and sending via Google workspace emails and then fielding responses in VideoAsk.. Is there a slicker way? Grazie

Hi!I have an integration of videoask on our B2B Platform, and lately we started to get this type of errors in some answers. Like the one I have attached. The thing is, this type of errors only seem to appear on Microsoft Devices. Whereas with Macbook devices you can play the videoask without any problem.Could you assist me on how can we ensure this problem doesnt happen on Windows? Thank you very much.Christian

We are having troubles with the contact form, at the building stage it seems like added, but then when we receive responses they come anonymous. Anyone knows something about how to fix this issue? 

Is there a way for the respondents screen to fit the whole video? It is cropped now but records in 16x9. 

Hi, for some reason when I embed my VideoAsk into my website, it loses the “side by side” functionality that i see in the builder.Instead of keeping the video on the left and the answers on the right, it takes up the whole iframe with the video and the answers are overlayed ON TOP OF the video, which makes it impossible to watch the video or to see all the text in the answers.How do I get it so the layout that we see in the builder is maintained once embedded? It doesnt make sense that the layout changes but i can’t figure out how to fix it Thank you

Hello,I’m looking to for a way to automatically share VideoAsk responses with external leaders. For example: let’s say there are two leaders I work with at two different organizations: Steve Rogers manages Marvel, and Ash Ketchum manages Pokemon.When Tony Stark and Thor Odinson submit their VideoAsk responses, I want an automated workflow that forwards those responses to Steve Rogers. Same goes for when Misty and Brock submit--they should go to Ash Ketchum. I do not want Ash Ketchum or Steve Rogers to see the responses from any other organizations, besides their own.I imagine Zapier is the answer somehow?

Hi - we are using videoask as a christmas greeting mechanism (zapier to auto send recorded video greetings to recipients). At the moment recipients cant view the videos as only videoask account holders can view the videos - is there any way around this? (i.e. make response url public)

Hi all 👋 Hope everyone is having a great week so far.I just wanted to share another use for VideoAsk that may be useful to others.I am a co-founder of a recruitment company and since the pandemic, digital identity verification has become commonplace.As part of the compliance process to verify a candidate’s identity - you need to conduct a video interview to ensure that they match the copy of their photo ID.We’ve now started using a 1 question VideoAsk to enable candidates to provide that verification in an asynchronous solo interview.This has freed up hours per week from a compliance point of view!Hope this helps! 🤙

Hi all,I recently created a questionnaire with VideoAsk and im currently struggling with a strange problem I can’t see the cause :For the second slide of my questionnaire, the overlay text dont appear on the smartphone of my coworker (he have a iPhone), but strangly, it appear correctly on my smartphone (I have a Samsung), and more strange, this problem only appear for this second slide, all others slide have no problem and overlay text appear correctly on his phone.So im thinking about what can cause this problem ? And why only one slide have it and not the others ? Maybe someone have walk into the same kind of issues one day ? Hi.  I want to post my Video Ask into Miro using the iFrame.  It posts on the Miro board, I can watch the first video, but the buttons in the Video Ask don’t work, which means I can’t go to the next video.  Has anyone had this same problem?

I created a videoask and have placed it on a squeeze page/landing page.   I need to run an ad on Facebook but arent sure if I should boost it, run detailed ad, or what method? Also, I do not have a facebook pixel anymore.  Do we still need that to run an ad?I already know how to share it, just arent sure where! I appreciate your assistance.

Hello everyone, I've been working with VideoAsk for a while now, and I'm using it to allow me to redirect a target of young people to our association website. Currently, 90% of our users are on mobile, so I would like to be able to share these videos and integrate them only in mobile version on my tools and presentations.Is there a solution that would guarantee me to share it only in this format, even when the video is played on a computer ?

I am learning about embedding a Videoask template on my website product page.  Are all of the templates displayed to the lower right of the page or is there a way to have the widget displayed as a section in the webpage?  Also, can different product pages have their own specific videoask for testimonials on that specific product only?  Thanks!
