I see lots of examples of populating Typeform responses TO Salesforce. I’m looking to send an Typeform email FROM Salesforce (I don’t need the data to be recorded in SF; I just need SF to send out a email with Typeform embedded).Can I use a Typeform email code template with hidden fields in a Salesforece email template that I could trigger based on a SF case creation/close?Â
Hi, I´ve read a lot about hidden fields as a way to identify respondents, but I need some help on this. I do have an excel sheet with several data (surname, name, email,...) and I need to identify who has answered the typeform via their email. I don´t work with mailchimp or any other CRM tool so far.How coud I use the hidden fields with my excel sheet?Could I just try to do it using Outlook as on the video for hidden fields?And finally, once I´ve created the hidden field, I don´t know how to launch the email to get a different email for everyone. Thanks a lot¡¡¡
Hi, we have set up 4 email accounts to get notifications for new Typeforms, but the results are only sent to 3 of those accounts. Do you have a suggestion how to fix this?Thanks! Jeroen Â
We accidentally shared a typeform url in our community for a brief moment and removed it hoping no one grabbed the URL - sure enough someone did.This typeform is private and is embedded in out community for access only to logged-in users. Having the URL accessible to anyone with the link is not good. I changed the URL to a custom name, but the old one still works! Any ideas how we can render the original URL useless?
How do I set up payment for my form?
I’m trying to embed this typeform on my Webflow page here: https://www.jrny.space/ → https://www.jrny.space/as But, the page keeps loading. I’ve tried using ALL of the Typeform embed options and none of them work on that separate page, except for the popup chat one. This is the code I’m using. I want respondents to get their answers which they filled in the form. How do I manage?
Can we populate a field as “hidden” when someone from our CRM clicks on the survey. Meaning…can we not ask them questions we already know the question to but have it populate. The best example is email, we are asking for their email in a question before they get the survey. So if we have that already, can that question be hidden?

I want to redirect participants of my survey back to a panel provider’s unique URL if they complete successfully (going to a unique URL e.g. r=1) or do not complete successfully (a different unique URL e.g. r=0).  I have set up two different endings  to the survey and have tried inserting the unique URLs for each ending, however, every time I go to publish, Typeform reverts both URLs to my latest edit i.e. both endings revert to r= 1 or r=0 and not both. This means I cannot insert unique URLS and it’s mandatory for the panel provider to have this facility set up. I believe this is a Typeform system error, but if I am making a mistake here - please let me know. Can someone please help? I need to go live with the survey today!! Hi all,there I am again with another problem with a logic jump:at the end of my form, I actually choose “always jump to (a preformulated) ending”, but the form jumps back to the first question.I attach 3 screen shots, 1 with the last question, 1 with what comes up (“email address” is my first question), and 1 with my “logic” construction on that level.If anyone has an idea…Merci!Cheers to all,Hélène

Hi community, Could you please let me know if TypeForm supports PWA. I need to fire popups on every page and these pages load without any refresh. Can TypeForm support it?  Along with it, I couldnt manage to find an option on how to auto fire popups without the click of any button. New user here, creating a test registration form based on a previous Google Form.I’ve successfully set up integration for this form to my Google account but the sheet it’s created is based on the original Typeform template I used, not on the final questions and their order I’ve set up. Have I missed a SAVE somewhere? I can see no obvious way to change what questions it integrates.Nga mihi nui,Steve
In trying to map a typeform to AC we are running into trouble with the name field. The Typeform requests the name as a short answer field. (There was not a name option like there is with email.) Is there a better method for collecting name? Here’s the rest of the problem: the name field in typeform just asks for name. We need separate fields for first name and last name (how do you get that on one page?) Please advise on how to proceed. Â
Hi all! I am running a seudo ecommerce from typeform, using an Image Selection type of question. I have done all the logical jumps and can get to a working ecommerce with integrated payment funcionalities.The issue is that every week my company rotates inventory and I need to manually change every question (over 50) with 20+ items each, taking a lot of time. Basically I need to change names and pictures (logic and calculations remain the same).Is there any way to do a bulk update? I was thinking of something like importing a spreadsheet with all the information to be updated on the questions? Any idea? Thanks!

i am having trouble uploading a gif as a background for my typeform and no matter how much i compress it, it will never let me use it as a background, is there a way to upload it to typeforms gallery and use it there? its upsetting to see that there is an option to upload 10mb files in typeform but can only use 4mb sized files when designing one.Â

I have tried searching and can’t seem to find what I am looking for. I have never used anything like this before. I am trying to create a form where someone can sign up to a paid service however I need them to accept the terms and conditions. I have the legal question added but don’t know how I can get the T&C’s to be displayed so they can read them to accept them. Thanks for any help

I’m trying to create a form that has space for a small description area and a checklist where my team can select multiple items - as many as apply, and then I’d like to convert those results into a graph or chart periodically. It will be an ongoing data grab. What’s the best way to format this? Thank you!!!
