Typeform conversations

Hi all! I am running a seudo ecommerce from typeform, using an Image Selection type of question. I have done all the logical jumps and can get to a working ecommerce with integrated payment funcionalities.The issue is that every week my company rotates inventory and I need to manually change every question (over 50) with 20+ items each, taking a lot of time. Basically I need to change names and pictures (logic and calculations remain the same).Is there any way to do a bulk update? I was thinking of something like importing a spreadsheet with all the information to be updated on the questions? Any idea? Thanks!

Hi, I have a premium account for type form (1 seat) and another department didn’t realize that and created a free typeform. They would like to transfer their completed form to my premium account instead of recreating it. Is this possible?

in preview mode on the PC the dropdown choices work fine but previewing the same on the iPhone 8 plus, I am unable to activate the dropdowns no matter where I touch on the screen.Anyone have helpful hints?kind regards

i am having trouble uploading a gif as a background for my typeform and no matter how much i compress it, it will never let me use it as a background, is there a way to upload it to typeforms gallery and use it there? its upsetting to see that there is an option to upload 10mb files in typeform but can only use 4mb sized files when designing one. 

What does this error mean? I am not able to see the responses to the Typeform form here. 

I have tried searching and can’t seem to find what I am looking for.  I have never used anything like this before. I am trying to create a form where someone can sign up to a paid service however I need them to accept the terms and conditions.  I have the legal question added but don’t know how I can get the T&C’s to be displayed so they can read them to accept them. Thanks for any help

Hi ! I am trying to build a car configurator, where the user can choose from a variety of options, each of which has it’s own price. I would like to display the configuration on the final screen, then ask for a $100 deposit. Is that possible ? Q1: V8 (standard) or V12 ($1000)Q2: Black (standard) or Orange ($200)Q3: Cash or Finance ($500)Then, on the final page, I would like to display their answers and pricesV8Orange: $200Finance: $500Total: $700BUT!! I only want to ask for a $100 deposit… rathern than the full $700. Is that possible ? Thank you !!!

I need to create a committee signup form that:enables users to see who’s already signed up for each committee. So in other words, this form needs to show current results to the user. prevents users from deleting others’ data caps committees at six membersHow would I do this? Thanks!

Is there an accessibility expert whom other support staff may contact for more advanced issues? Do you have users with disabilities test your applications and new features and provide feedback?

Why do custom variables show up in the notifications and google sheets?  How can I hide or remove this? 

Hello, is it possible to make settings to sent the results oof a selfassesment form to the customer direct by email. I want to make a set op diffrent forms as a tool in my online course for personal development. So it should be possible to send one customer the results of more than one form. The sollution i found wat in notification settings. But this is not working (all Anwsers dont apear in the email). Or is my rerquirement only possible if i connect my MailChimp account? and then how do i cutomise a result email

Hi everyone,I was hoping someone could help me with an integration question. I have set up a survey for prospective clients to complete. After completing the survey, I have created ending pages based on their responses to quiz questions. In addition to seeing the written response on the ending pages, I would like the clients to also see a graphical depiction of their responses. I know that Report Gorilla offers this option, but I was wondering if there is a way to automatically generate the Report Gorilla graphs for my clients to see (or be emailed) once they have completed the survey? Basically, I have three questions:Is it possible to integrate Typeform and Report Gorilla, so that the reports generated by report gorilla are automatically sent to the respondent? If the above is possible, will the respondent be able to see the graph on the same page as their completed survey, or will they only be able to see it in an email? If the above is not possible, is there another integration pla

I have set up logic jumps for a course registration form.Original form format was apply only for one course at a time with a single $100 deposit request. I have now added multiple courses in one application which means $100 deposit per course chosen. So if 3 courses chosen $300 or 5 courses $500.Can I set up payment question to calculate deposit amount to match amount of courses chosen while I have logic jumps linked to each question?I cant seem to apply a logic jump and a variable into one Rule at the same time... 

Hi ,I am currently on a yearly Plus plan. I see that FB pixel is only available on the business plan. My question is - can I take the business plan for just the month? If No, how can i change my yearly plus plan to a monthly Business one? I have already paid for the yealy Plus plan. Can a refund be done so that I can take the monthly business one?I have written to the sales support multiple times but no one has reached back .Also I dont see the Live chat feature & delete card into feature on my account. Your help will he highly appreciated

Is it possible to create a Picture Choice from a Google Docs import? 

I am succeeding in creating a new Typeform by importing from google docs. I see that to import an Opinion Scale, the format is:{Opinion Scale} {7} How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?But... is it possible to also set, during an import, the text for the 3 optional labels that appear under the opinion scale numbers?Thank you

I’ve been emailed a link to complete a typeform.  When I clicked the link I had to set up an account.  I’m now logged in but can’t see any form there for me to complete.  Any idea where I’d find it?  I’ve logged out, gone back to the original email, clicked the link again and logged in (with the same email) and still no form visible. 

HiI have created an application form.  It has 7 Questions and one welcome screen and no ending.But it will not let me publish under the Free Version it comes up with unlimited questions.  Meaning I am exceeding 10 questions.  Please can you help.RegardsAbbey
