Typeform conversations

I upgraded my plan from Professional to Plus and now some of my forms aren’t working.I got only this message and have no clue what exact features should I remove. 

I have a simple assessment/survey built and the questions are scored. It’s scored 1-6, forced choice, all completed and working properly. What I cannot figure out how to do is have Typeform deliver an average score on the ending screen rather than the full point total. Currently a total score (a sum total) appears on the ending screen. What I really need is an AVERAGE SCORE to appear on the ending screen. So if the survey has 4 questions, I want to divide the total score by 4 and have the AVERAGE SCORE appear on the ending screen. Can this be done? How?  Thank you.

Hi! I created a quiz and would like to charge a monthly or annual fee for customers to access/use the quiz. I’d like a flow like this:Customer subscribes and automatically gains access to the typeform quiz. When subscription is about to expire, customer gets an automated reminder. If the customer doesn’t renew their subscription, their access to the typeform quiz is automatically revoked.Is there some integration or workaround that will make this happen?Thanks so much!

Hello, I try to upgrade my plan and when eventually choose my plan I can’t proceed with the payment.Im checking the box “I'm an EU-based business with a VAT number” however the system doesn’t recognize my VAT number at all. And I can’t proceed with payment unless I pay VAT in my order.

Hello I am in need of some help. I created a registration form for my event through Typeform and cant seem to find a way to create tickets for my event. Registrants who have already registered are asking for their tickets and I am much need to learn how to add that feature to our registration process. Do any of you know how to add this feature to my registration form? 

Say I’m asking for someone to list some of their favorite ice cream flavors. I want the user to be able to type in “va” and click “vanilla.” “Ch” and click “Chocolate.” and “Stra” and click “Strawberry.” Then, our database get’s populated with 1s for Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry.(The ranking doesn’t matter, we just need 1s and 0s).The question we’re asking will have ~1,000 potential answers we want to auto-populate for the user’s ease of use and to avoid typos on entry.Right now, the only workaround I have is to ask the same question multiple times. The answers are limited by the number of times I duplicate the question. I’ve duplicated the question five times...But what if the user has 20 answers? Then we run into a problem and miss out on important data.Any help to un-limiting the answer choices? Is there such thing as “select multiple” on Typeform?

Hello,I’am using Mailjet to distribute my emails. This tool has merge tags aswell.With the use of hidden fields in typeform and the merge tags in Mailjet, I can customize the form and know who filled it out (hidden field: email address). It all seems to work, but when I download the responses I don't get the desired information. I only see the merge tags.  Am I missing something or is this feature only possible with Mailchimp.Hope you can help. Thank you in andvance!Allan

Hello, I’m trying to access the API using fetch in javascript but keep getting “TypeError: Failed to fetch”, I’m having a hard time figuring out how to do this with the documentation. In the results of my survey is a discrepancy between submissions (29) and responses (18)?Is this a typeform mistake or is there a difference between submissions and responses that I am not understanding? Thank you for helping me out here.  

Hi, how do i make the output of my form a WORD doc or PDF or other format? I would like to use the tool to make project briefs that can be circulated to our creatives. At the moment I can only see how to get the data into EXCEL or CSV. Any tips and/or which template should I use?? Thanks.

I see there is Stripe integration for taking payments. As a seller could I upload multiple different files to Typeform and using logic, could it direct the user to the correct file for them to purchase and download all in one sequence? For example, let's say I sell recipes and users can answer questions to purchase and download the right recipe for them by answering questions through Typeform, e.g. "Main or Dessert?" "Vegetarian or with Meat?" "Hot or cold?" and finally the user ends up with a suggestion of a "Chicken caesar salad" recipe that they can pay for and download immediately from Typeform.  Thanks!

I think there's a time gap between type form and slacks.I set the type form result value to enter the Google sheet and slit channels. By the way, it flows into the Google sheet without any problems, but it arrives long after the slack.

I’m trying to put the url http://wa.me/ prior to a phone number. That way, I only have to click the link to start a WhatsApp conversation.Strangly, when I only send the phone number, everything works fine:+4917612345678But if I put http://wa.me/ in front, it transforms the + intohttp://wa.me/%2B4917612345678Is this a bug and can this be solved? Kind regardsEric

Hello community, I am looking into designing a self reporting tool in the shape of an online form.My respondents will need to answer the same set of question every day for a certain amount of time. But I would like to make it in a way that it is easily accessible and avoiding to ask them to enter their name and email address every single time. I have a question about branching och multiple choices.If a multiple choice slide looks like this: A. Question oneB. Question oneC. Question oneD. Question oneE. Question one My answer for example is A, C and D. The next thing I want is to add a numerical question for each alternative, ”How many?” of each sort.  So these three slides following each other:How many A? How many C? How many D? I know i can link like this ”If A then jump to How many A?” but how do i make it work if i choose more than one option?  What makes it a bit difficult is that i already have a lot of rules to block the user from scrolling to the next question, as described in this article: https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052965911-Hide-following-questions-using-Branching-and-calculations?source=search

Hello, I created an outcome type quiz, to determine the “tea type” of customers. I need the ability to block an outcome, like “caffeinated teas” from a person that responds to one of the questions that they never drink caffeine. I don’t see a way to do this. Any ideas how to achieve this?

Hello everyone! As it is the first time I’m using Typeform, i still don’t know/understand/find all the functionalities… Hope you can help me with this ! Here’s my prob: We’re working on a professional project and so we’re creating a conformity test for our clients owning appartements/buildings. It is splitted in 2 parts : Legal audit et building/material audit.As we gonna add scores to every answer, we’d like to allow respondents to get their own results by email by encoding an ending page (exemple below) at the very end of the tests. Do you think it’s possible ? And how ? For the moment, we just don’t know how to do it. Thanks a lot!    

I’d like to run a report (with pretty bar charts, etc) but filtered to specific dates.  We ran a 2nd iteration of an employee survey.  I can filter by date in some areas of Typeform to just the ones from the latest iteration, but the report section doesn’t have a date filter.  Do I need to delete the data from the prior round?  I’d rather keep it, but I’m not seeing a solution.  I tried duplicating the survey with the idea I could delete the old ones but just in a copy, but the results don’t come over when you create a duplicate.  Input from you experts?!?!  Thx!!
