Typeform conversations

I want to make a form that will ask the client to give names to each of five groups. Once they’ve done this, it would be amazing if those answers could be chosen from in a dropdown selector.  For example, here’s what the prompts would be:  Please name up to five groups.A: Guest, Admin, Moderator, Builder, Friend Please select which group this group inherits permissions from.[dropdown with the previously named groups] And then it’d also include a section where they can rank the groups. Is it possible to tether responses of questions to autofill into following questions?

Hi everyone!I am testing the Typeform and Notion integration because I would like to get a notification on notion when someone is filling my typeform survey. Like on notion when am tagged in a template of a database. (see screenshots below) I am wondering if someone has already tried to map a typeform field with a property type person in Notion OR to map type questions with templated line of the database. I feel like it is the only solution to create lines in my database that can directly tag myself in my notion workspace. I am maybe wrong? :/Any ideas? :DThanks for your help!

Hi, we are considering using type form to sign up people to try the beta of our app. We are running a closed beta, currently once people sign up they need to download the TestFlight app and wait for an invite email from us. It seems that with Typeform it is possible to collect a phone number and then send that information via SMS. Which would streamline our registration process. Question: Is it possible to limit the option to enter a phone number according to the desired countries? We only want to offer people with US and Canada the option to sign up and enter their phone number.Question:Which of the SMS services that integrate with Typeform best serve this type of usage? Also, is the Typeform integration with MailChimp smooth? Thanks! 

I have a quiz that is not scored in a straightforward way and i would like to know how to build it in Typeform, if it is possible. It is a quiz for couples to assess how “fair” they fight. The first two questions assess the frequency of their arguments and whether they get resolved. The answers are multiple choice each with its own score value. The score value of the response to question one is multiplied by the score value of the response to question two, to yield a total score for PART A. PART B consists of 18 questions that assess destructive patterns of fighting or how couples fight. 9 of the questions are about how YOU “fight” in a disagreement and the other 9 are mirror questions about how YOUR PARTNER “fights” in a disagreement. All 18 questions are multiple choice responses with a different score value for each response. All nine values for the YOU questions are summed to get a YOU TOTAL SCORE FOR PART B and all nine YOUR PARTNER questions are summed separately to get a YOUR PA

I was unable to publish and got an error message after duplicating Typeforms to use for 2022 events: This typeform uses features that aren't in your plan To publish it, you can upgrade your plan or remove this feature:Redirect on Thank You Screen I’m new to Typeform so I looked at the help section but it doesn’t explain why this error message would come up from copying existing Typeforms, and not from me creating something new. Can anyone please help?Thanks!

Hi everyone, I hope you can help me with an issue I have.One question in my form is a dropdown question type, with a list of about 20 names. This form is embedded in a website. The problem is: I tried to change some names of the list, but in the embedded version I keep seeing to old options. I tried to get a new embedding code and replace it, but it didn’t work.What should I do?Thanks!

I’ve created a simple out come personality quiz where there are four options for an end result.  I’ve integrated this so the user is added to an email flow in Klaviyo.  In Klaviyo, under properties for each email address, I can see the answers to the questions but the score is always 0. I would like to assign a score value to each of the four personality types so the user can get an email specific to them. Any idea on how to do this?

Hello!We’d like to create a survey with a hidden field. As the survey is targeted to a chain of stores, we’d like to setup some qrcodes that point to the survey with the hidden field in the URL (the location name). So we can have a single report with all the stores. And that’s ok. I think we can do this.But when the user submit the survey, I’d like to send my data to Sendinblue, having the hidden field too, for having a “variable” for customize my emails. For example, I can send a mail just to che customers from the store “A” and not to the ones from  the store “B”. “A” and “B” are the values of my hidden field, for being clear.Is it possible? Or do have I to use variables and not hidden fields? 

Problem: When selecting a database from the dropdown after authenticating my connections, the integration crashes.  This has worked in the past and I currently do not have any active Notion integrations connected. When attempting to map the fields from Typeform → Notion this happens:current problem when attempting to start mapping Typeform → Notion Might be out of scope asking here on this form but would greatly appreciate some direction on resolving this issue!

Hi All, Wonder if anyone can help. I’m trying to embed a typeform survey into an interactive video I’m creating using Klynt. However, when I copy the embed code and preview I get the message: form.typeform.com refused to connect. Any ideas why and how I can solve this?Thanks for any help!

I tried mapping the files in typeform forms to Salesforce fields, but when i click on the links I am having this error{"code":"AUTHENTICATION_FAILED","description":"Authentication credentials not found on the Request Headers"}even if I am already logged in to my TypeForm account. 

Hello, I have a question about reading the results of a quiz. I want to see the END result, which END did the answers lead my clients to.Is it possible to see this without reading every answer from every client? I want to send END -specific information to each client and going through the question-answers is time consuming. Could you help me? Thanks in advance!Angela

How do I set the form so it remembers and uses the clients first name? 

hello there, please can you help me with the following: I have a list of 50+ options, and participants can select between 1-6 of the options.I then, want to ask them the same questions about the up 6 options they selected - *individually* - ONLY. eg: Select  between 1-6 animals:CAT [x] DOG  SHEEP FOX [x] HORSE  RABBIT [x] --MORE OPTIONS LIKE 50+Then, say participant selects 3 options, they should then be asked questions about the animals they selected…without running through all 50 questions 2a) What do you like about CATS?2b) Rate how easy CATS are able to be looked after…then3a) What do you like about  FOXS ?3b) Rate how easy FOX are able to be looked after…ETC.How do I do this, without making the participant run through all 50 option questions and without the '@' feature grouping all their individual options as 'group' I am trying to use 'advance logic' and have been through all your help videos and forums - cant seem to resolve this problem.

I upgraded my plan from Professional to Plus and now some of my forms aren’t working.I got only this message and have no clue what exact features should I remove. 

I have a simple assessment/survey built and the questions are scored. It’s scored 1-6, forced choice, all completed and working properly. What I cannot figure out how to do is have Typeform deliver an average score on the ending screen rather than the full point total. Currently a total score (a sum total) appears on the ending screen. What I really need is an AVERAGE SCORE to appear on the ending screen. So if the survey has 4 questions, I want to divide the total score by 4 and have the AVERAGE SCORE appear on the ending screen. Can this be done? How?  Thank you.

Hi! I created a quiz and would like to charge a monthly or annual fee for customers to access/use the quiz. I’d like a flow like this:Customer subscribes and automatically gains access to the typeform quiz. When subscription is about to expire, customer gets an automated reminder. If the customer doesn’t renew their subscription, their access to the typeform quiz is automatically revoked.Is there some integration or workaround that will make this happen?Thanks so much!

Hello, I try to upgrade my plan and when eventually choose my plan I can’t proceed with the payment.Im checking the box “I'm an EU-based business with a VAT number” however the system doesn’t recognize my VAT number at all. And I can’t proceed with payment unless I pay VAT in my order.

Hello I am in need of some help. I created a registration form for my event through Typeform and cant seem to find a way to create tickets for my event. Registrants who have already registered are asking for their tickets and I am much need to learn how to add that feature to our registration process. Do any of you know how to add this feature to my registration form? 

Say I’m asking for someone to list some of their favorite ice cream flavors. I want the user to be able to type in “va” and click “vanilla.” “Ch” and click “Chocolate.” and “Stra” and click “Strawberry.” Then, our database get’s populated with 1s for Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry.(The ranking doesn’t matter, we just need 1s and 0s).The question we’re asking will have ~1,000 potential answers we want to auto-populate for the user’s ease of use and to avoid typos on entry.Right now, the only workaround I have is to ask the same question multiple times. The answers are limited by the number of times I duplicate the question. I’ve duplicated the question five times...But what if the user has 20 answers? Then we run into a problem and miss out on important data.Any help to un-limiting the answer choices? Is there such thing as “select multiple” on Typeform?

Hello,I’am using Mailjet to distribute my emails. This tool has merge tags aswell.With the use of hidden fields in typeform and the merge tags in Mailjet, I can customize the form and know who filled it out (hidden field: email address). It all seems to work, but when I download the responses I don't get the desired information. I only see the merge tags.  Am I missing something or is this feature only possible with Mailchimp.Hope you can help. Thank you in andvance!Allan
