Typeform conversations

Hi all, I have an account which I pay £31 a month for, however I am not able to see any insights or re-direct someone to my website. I have other people who have the free version but can see the insights and re-direct, are there any thoughts why this might be?

I tried using the Split layout on a question, but it’s only showing the right image split layout.. not the left. Is there a way to reverse the layout so the questions will have alternating images left and right? Thanks!  

Has anyone lost all their pictures? is this just my account or the platform? HELP

Hi, I’m creating a survey with different types of pages. The ‘matrix’ pages don’t show in advanced logic when I go to add logic jumps. Is it normal for them to not appear there?  As you can see from this screenshot, I can jump to Q.12, but can’t set up jumps from it because it doesn’t appear in the list.  Thanks 

Morning Everyone Wondering if there is anyone able to help…. I am attempting to past my link into a submission button on my clickfunnels page. I have set the action step to go to the typeform link upon submission. My typeform doesnt come up and no matter what I do I keep getting this page come up: ????? If anyone can help with this I would really appreciate it as I cannot for the life of my understand what the issue is.

I like to add the following to my application form: Does your business have any A and or B? if they selected A, I would like for them to enter how much of A they have, or B. And if they select both A & B, they can enter how much. Is that possible with Typeform? If so, could you please share the steps, tutorials or guides. I appreciated! Wondering if this is possible, but not sure on how to do it:I’d like to use Typeform in my member’s area to help my members (fitness site) track their bodyweight and – even better – workouts (sets and reps in various workouts).Here are the questions:Bodyweight Tracking: I can set up a typeform that asks for the date and bodyweight, but is it possible to display the information entered on a graph, and on a user-by-user basis? (Meaning, can I display a graph of previously entered data to each user who fills out the typeform?) Workout Tracker: Similar to the Bodyweight Tracker above, is it possible to show data collected from individual users in a graph or chart type of format, or at least collect data from individual entries and track that over time?This may not be something Typeform was built for, so just wondering ahead of time instead of trying to build it all out and find out that it’s not possible haha.Thanks in advance!Tom

I want to ask a subquestion after the user picks one or more options in a multiple choice question. For each answer i need to gather additional information.An example of such survey would be to input the items and the amount of a grocery shopping list. Ideally, I would have a two step question:Asking a multiple choice question with all of the items (milk, apples, meat, bread, soap) Asking a matrix question with amounts as options for each of the items selected in Q1.Is this possible? how else would you structure such a question?

I’m creating a new survey. My first, actually. Have several questions:How can I add my logo to the “Welcome” page? Can I have my logo on every page of the survey? Question #6 on  my survey is a multiple choice. Is it possible to add fill-ins for the last two items, I (online forums) and J (magazines)? I tried to following these instructions to generate a responses report, but I’m getting this error that says, “This report is private. Make sure your type form’s not private.” Where can I go to fix this so that I can generate the report? Is there a way to do this without closing it to new responses? Thanks.   

Hi! I’m creating images in Canva to use on a typeform survey but they don’t resize correctly.The images on my typeform survey are either cut off or off center - maybe they are too large? Thought typeform auto resized images so they fit no matter what devise they are viewed on. In the editor, they look great - but when I preview the survey (as smart phone or desktop) they don’t lay out properly. Help please?!

I’m creating a self-assessment that will email each person their responses upon completion. However, I’d also like the responses to be anonymous to me (in other words, I love the summary data that comes in the reporting section collectively, but would love to be able to strip the data field that includes their email address in their individual report). Is this possible, or are their any other workarounds (i.e. print results at end where they would not need to give me their email address to get their responses)? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I’m offering different printed assets to buy on my typeform. The user should be able to choose from different assets, sizes and materials. My question is: can I add different variables on my payment form so it changed the amount that it will be charged?

Hi all! In setting up a sub-question as multiple choice, because the question is long, the configuration button gets hidden behind the main question header. Attached is the screenshot. Sub question configuration is obscured  As you can see, for question 7a, I need to set it up so that my users can choose more than one answer. But to do that, I need to click on the “Multiple Choice” box in the upper right hand corner, which is at the moment, hidden behind the “7 → All About Data” header. I checked this issue in more than one template; here is something similar in a different template. Same problem with question 2a’s “Multiple choice” being hidden behind “2 → Thanks! Lets look at social Issues”. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,  I have begun analyzing a survey that had 2-3 open-ended questions that turned in to responses that were lengthier than I initally accounted for. The survey became an incentive for a sweepstakes we were doing to gain more entries, so it was taken by 5,000+ respondents.  With all of these responses and the various lengths in responses to certain questions, does anyone have a tool that they recommend to make anlayzing the responses for these open-ended questions any easier than manually going through 5,000+ and aggregating, organizing, etc.?

Hi there !  I am building my typeform and I would like to do something but I don’t know if it’s possible. I have 6 same questions and 6 same answers. You have to choose one answer for each question.When you chooses an answer for the first question, I would this answer erased for the next question etc etc etc. Is it clear ? Could you help me ?Thanks a lot.

We’d like to pass additional data to our Typeforms via the url. We’d like to be able to modify a form url like https://form.typeform.com/to/ABC123 such that additional data from this url ends up in the results when the form is completed. That is, the data would appear in the CSV per row when the results are exported.It would be fine if the url auto-answered questions that the person sees. It’d also be fine if the data populated fields that were hidden.Now, according to the documentation, there’s supposed to be an option to add custom hidden field data via an embed. From the code snippet, it looks like this data is in the url, which is what I’m looking for. But, I followed the documentation exactly, and I don’t have any “Advanced” section in the sidebar for a standard embed, and for the other embed modes that do show the “Advanced” section, I don’t see any “Hidden Fields” subsection. I didn’t see anything about it in the pricing plans either, so it’s unclear if it’s not available becaus
