Typeform conversations

Me again! I am building an application form and want to collect existing loan details. So I want to ask, for example, how many credit cards do you have? I then want a separate group of questions, equal to the number of credit cards they have stated. For example, they say 3 credit cards, so I want 3 groups that will ask who the lender is, that the current balance is, how much is paid each month.Can this be done?

Where has the feature to send an email to myself when a quiz is completed gone?  You have removed the “Settings” link from the Create page.Seems to have disappeared. I don’t want to set up a complicated zap, I just want to know of responses. The following is no longer there. 

Hello,I was wondering if it would be possible to set the background of the form in one color and the questions in a different color. Like in here:As you can see, the background is in a different color then the question itself 

Hey there. I wanted to know if I am on a free plan, after 10 responses people can still fill in my surveys, it’s just the system doesn’t collect responses, right? Thank you so much in advance!

I’ve been a member of typeform since 2017. The form that took me over a month to design is no longer allowing changes or updates. I was told years ago that I could keep my plan but now they have removed features which is not fair. My form won’t allow picture changes, link changes or anything. It has so many logic sequences that it will take a several weeks to rebuild. this is truly not fair to paying subscribers. Then to make matters worse there is no phone support for something as tedious as this.

What should I do to ensure that the person responding to a survey is, in fact, the person to whom the form was sent? Thanks!

Trying to access Typeform account but no longer have access to the associated email address. The help site says I need to log in to be able to contact help services, but I cannot log in as I don’t have access to the email address or the password reset.

Is it possible to create surveys with a personal link for each client?For example, I need to find out the NPC rating from clients. One poll has been created. A survey audience is created in the CRM system, in which a personal link to the same survey will be sent to each contact. The personal link is being linked to the contact and then you can find out how many points each client rated me (there is no anonymity for this survey)

Hello!We currently use Typeform to create FAQs. The thing is, one of these FAQs is very long. It’s just a long list of questions for the user to click. At the very end, there’s a “Other” option for the user to type their question in case they didn’t find it in the list.I want to make things easier for the user, as I’m sure seeing a long list is a bit daunting and we don’t want to demotivate them or to make them feel like they’re wasting their time. I’m looking for tips to manage this long list, whether it’s by growing and optimizing the logic tree or changing the design.Any tips?

My credit card has been charged with a subscription, maybe from an account (not sure) which I dont have access to anymore because I resigned from my company. I often have open ended questions in my surveys, and the time I spend going through to analyze one at a time really lengthens the time to insights. Does typeform have any plans to do AI analysis on open ended questions to speed up analysis. 

Hello,We would like to customize the options of a question. In such a way that we could put a title, an image and a description for each of the options, as in this case:

How many questions can i create for my questionnaire ? Is there any limit ?

The embedded typeform survey takes a lot of spaceThere is some unnecessary spacing on left/right and specially on top/bottom. (look at that spacing below the button)The problem with this, is that it breaks the rest of the content in that page, so when on mobile, some users might bounce if they see that huge amount of space would be nice to remove that, or to be able to modify it  

How can I customize the text "type your answer here" that appears in the answer box?

Hi everyone. I need some help finding the best typeform plan and/or workarounds for my forms. I’ve reached out to support over 2 weeks ago and never heard back. I am looking for:Information on drop off, when/where leads are dropping off application Two step application process (step 1: gather lead name and email, step 2: rest of application questions) Automatically end application if lead puts in certain age or answers no to financial questionIt looks like the features are included in the Business plan but I am not in a position to pay $1k/yr for typeform right now. Especially since it’s JUST the drop off feature that is needed from that plan. Any help finding work arounds or other platforms who can provide these features is much appreciated.

Hello! We conducted a survey in Typeform, but at that time, a full integration wasn't set up. Now it's installed and working. Is it possible to run all the existing replies so that the responses can be transferred to our HubSpot account?

Hola, La parte de Webhooks no funciona. Cuando intento acceder a “Ver envíos” la página no carga y nunca llega a enviarse el webhooks cuando se produce una respuesta en el formulario.¿Qué puedo hacer? Está fallando todo lo que tengo conectado.

 it worked yesterday btw i can't load a filed to map when i try to connect and integrate typeform to notion.  if i choose the area to select a filed, it only showed a cursor for searching and not show up the priorities form notion database table.  i’m sure that there are no such a incompatable queation type in typeform. and there are no problem in notion priorities. i read the post(https://www.typeform.com/help/a/integrate-your-form-with-notion-360061400731/) here but it doesn’t help me.  please let the use typeform. i should use the notion for the company.      

Hey all! So I’ve just connected my Typeform and Trello together. It creates a new card and has the form embedded in it...However the answers column is tiny so ends up with half words on each line…. There doesn't seem to be a formatting/display settings option…. Any suggestions?
