Typeform conversations

I have 10 groups of questions regarding different topics (a section of questions for leadership, communication, team dynamics, time management, etc.). Each section has between 4-7 questions. Answers are scale based and scored ( strongly disagree (1), disagree (2), neutral (3), Agree (4), and strongly agree (5). At the end of the assessment I want the participant to be directed to a specific page which indicates the area of focus they should discuss with their coach. If they score 3 or below for most of the questions in the section, they should be sent to the ending page that would suggest they focus on that topic. For example, if in the leadership and communication sections they score an average low, i would want them to be able to see a comprehensive ending page that shows they need both of those topics covered. I have made the variables needed to reveal which questions are connected to which groups but i am running into a couple of problems:1- m

I created an order form for a custom guitar. We have many custom options available within many categories. I created questions for each category, to allow the customer to choose what options they want in each category.The first question allows them to choose the categories they want to change, and the logic will then take them through only the questions associated with the categories they picked.For the follow up, I want it to show only the answers they gave for the categories they picked, and just the @a_price variable I created to show them the price. I used variables as the place to hold all my pricing and used the calculations function in logic to + add “@option” to @a_price for each option that was selected. Currently, my follow up shows all of the variables in the system and I just want it to show the total price variable (@a_price). Any help?

I built a quiz, basically a kind of weight loss calculator where we calculate how fast people can reach their desired target weight with our nutrition program. We ask them for their email address to send them their personal results. This alone works pretty well, with a completion rate of > 34%, see here: But if I ask them additionally to be able to send them further information, promotions, etc. which is basically the reason why we are doing the quiz... the completion rate drops dramatically to 12.5%, see here: Question: Whats the best way to ask them for their email address? I know that best practise would be to ask for

which format does Typeform use to send out the client survey via email / ussd?

There’s a bug and can’t access results page of my typeform. It’s a white screen endlessly loading.

Why did they have to change they process?I am trying to access the results of a quiz my class did on Typeform.When I select the results I want to download, I then select the Excel spreadsheet, and now I get a message “the results will be sent to you when download is ready”  (or something like that).Email appears...I open it up and it says the results are ready…...OK, WHERE ARE THE RESULTS???!!??There is no link, no attached file, nothing!  the only live link in the email is for TypeForm, and that link is dead.This is not what I paid for.  Someone smarter than me(which might just be everyone) please help.

I'm working on creating an automated quiz using Typeform, and integrating it with Zapier to dynamically generate questions and calculate the final score. I am not a developer and do not have coding experience, so I need guidance on setting up this integration properly.Problem and ChallengeThe main challenge is to:Automatically generate a Typeform quiz from a structured JSON output provided by ChatGPT ( already managed to add logic and calculate score, but it’s only displayed on the backend) Calculate and display the final score dynamically on the last page of the  Thank You screen of the Typeform quiz.Steps Taken and Progress So Far Generating Quiz Questions: I used ChatGPT to generate a JSON structure containing the quiz questions and answers. The JSON was parsed and processed in a Code by Zapier step to format it appropriately for Typeform.

Is there a way to see who answered a survey?  Either by name, email address…. something?

I created a questionairre that I send to all leads before I get on a Discovery Call with them.  I created it a few years ago.  The questionairre once completed is coming to 3 emails. mine and 2 employees that are no longer with my company.  For the life of me, I cannot find where to change the emails the questionaiire are forwarded to.HELP! 

Hello  For a week I have not received the answers to my forms. I come across the results page but I only have the statistics but not the details and the list of people who filled out the form. I don't understand because I'm on a paid plan. Thank you for your help  

We’ve just added a “quiz” step to our demo booking process. This is the flow:Page 1: HubSpot landing page with a HubSpot form that captures their basic info (name, email etc.) Page 2: HubSpot page with a Typeform embedded with a few qualification questions. Page 3: If qualified, they are redirected to book their demo.I capture name & email on page 1. I want to transfer this data into my Typeform on page 2 as a hidden field. I can’t figure out how to achieve this. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

Hi.We are using some forms to make FAQs. Whenever a user clicks on a question, they are shown an explanation (view). Since these are all views, and there’s no submissions, I’m not getting anything in the results:{ "items": [], "total_items": 0, "page_count": 0}Obviously, this makes sense since our form has 0 submissions:However, I wanted to know if there’s a way to still get those 66 views. That way, we could track what the most viewed (and therefore, common) questions are.Thank you

I am missing the settings gear in my Typeforms. Old or new, the settings icon is missing. Evry screenshot I see has it next to the logic tab on the right side. I need to create follow ups. I am on a paid plan. Any help is appreciated.   

Hi everyone,  I created a quiz from airtable using the typeform extension. When I import the results on airtable I do have the answers that I put on the typeform quiz, however I cannot import the score.  Do you know why ??  Thx :)

Hello,We used to have a “Plus” account where we had several surveys available. However, we stopped this subscription few days ago, and as a consequence, these surveys are not visible anymore into our “Limited” Workspace. Is there any way to pick up the datas related to the surveys linked to our “Plus” account before a permanent deletion? We really need to collect the results of these surveys, so any help would be much appreciated.Best,
