VideoAsk conversations

I'm looking to use videoask on my website as a start here button to walk people through a series of questions that will hopefully cink to Keap in the form of tags depending on response. These tags will then automatically drop them into marketing campaigns. Can this be done?

I have a problem using VideoAsk with Make.com (Teams plan)I don't know if the problem is in the VideoAsk or Make.com part.I have 2 org in VideoAsk : My Org and My Company Org (Brand Plan).I'm one of the Admin of the Company org.When i'm connecting to VideoAsk from Make.com, i only see the Video from My Org and can't see the video from the Company Org.When I try to access VideoAsk from Zappier, I can see everythings.Anyone can help me ? Another linked question :There is two ways to connect from VideoAsk :- For the first one, you just have to click on a link, and click accept on the next pop-up. After that, I can see Make in the Authorized Apps in VideoAsks settings.- For the second one, I have to enter a Client ID and a Client Secret and I can't see where I could find that in VideoAsk.Anyone know what to do ? Maybe using this second way will solve my first problem :)

 I’ve set up a video ask, but keep getting this message when i use the share link: This site can’t be reached.    

Hello,Is there any way we can show the answers of our videoask without showing the name and email of the users who record it? We activated the skip data collection option and disabled “collect contact details on this step” but still when we show the answers this type of info is shown (name + email of the user).Thanks! 

I’m working on a sequence that has many multiple choice options. However, on mobile the viewer is unable to view on screen. Is there an option to scroll on the videoask page to view and select? It appears any more options than C won’t be viewable and clickable? 

I would like the option to reply to submitters with a text message rather than just video and audio.Thanks for listening :-)

I created a first scenario in French and then I duplicated it to turn it into English.When I changed the subtitles for the English version, the subtitles also changed in the French scenario and I do not understand why.Could you help ?

Is there a way on Videoask to blur the background of the camera when recording myself? (Whether I'm the "Videoasker" or the person who is replying to the videoask) Similar to how Zoom allows you to blur your background. Like in this pic from Google showing how to blur background on Zoom 

I.e. we want the product pages to talk about that product not just a general widget.

Video keeps playing in the background even after live call is connected, how to go about fixing this?

Hi team,I’m having some issues with some of my forms.I’ve created those forms:single step poll options single step with a button redirecting to a websiteI’ve connected a webhook to both of them and here’s what happens:If I don’t use “collect contact data”, the webhook is never triggered If I use “collect contact data”, the webhook is triggered but the “answers” array is empty.Are you aware of this issue? Am I doing something wrong? PS: I have other “single step” forms with text/video/calendar/file upload as answer type and they work just fine. Thank you !

I want to get token from backend but I cannot find any API to get it. I find this API but seem it’s used for integrating in the IU (https://developers.videoask.com/#9d1d98f0-ab59-438e-8b88-6a5e5651d7f9 => Get an access token). Anyone can suggest me a solution?

Some of my team is 7h ahead, and I love video for high-fidelity comms. I’m fishing for tips. I’m a new user and I’m recording videos and sending via Google workspace emails and then fielding responses in VideoAsk.. Is there a slicker way? Grazie

This invoice will be used to demonstrate our commitment to the program and to secure funding for our continued use of VideoAsk. Is anyobody knows how to get a Pro Forma from VideoAsk? 

Hi team,I am currently integrating the video ask API in my backend to generate forms programmatically (among other things).In order to get an access_token, I need to manually get an authorization code from my browser, then call https://auth.videoask.com/oauth/token with the code + scope=offline_access to get a refresh token.So far so good… except that refresh tokens expires after 30 days.This mean that I would need to remind myself to manually get a new refresh token every ~25 days or so to make sure my backend does not break.Am I missing something? Is there a solution to automatize it all? Thank you,Ben

I embed the iframe of my videoask form on a Wordpress page.I put it on the bottom part of the page.When user go to this page, the form attract the visitor and go directly to the bottom, like if I add an anchor. Hello, I am contacting you because in your invoices, you are charging us VAT, whereas it should be self-liquidated (i.e. invoices without VAT). The problem is that we cannot recover this VAT on our side because of this.  Do you have a solution?  Thanks in advance,  Hugo

Hi!I have an integration of videoask on our B2B Platform, and lately we started to get this type of errors in some answers. Like the one I have attached. The thing is, this type of errors only seem to appear on Microsoft Devices. Whereas with Macbook devices you can play the videoask without any problem.Could you assist me on how can we ensure this problem doesnt happen on Windows? Thank you very much.Christian  

Hi there everybody!While i’m waiting for the support response, want to ask you guys here.We’ve set Videoask up to trigger a webhook every time the form response comes. But sometimes it doesn’t get triggered. I found that “view deliviries” shows “no response” with “Invalid Date” issueWe’re using Videoask as an Iframe with 3 variables. Usually it works well, but about 3 of 10 tries ends up with missesDoes anyone know what that means and is there a way to fix that?Thank you in advance!
