VideoAsk conversations

Hello everyone, I've been working with VideoAsk for a while now, and I'm using it to allow me to redirect a target of young people to our association website. Currently, 90% of our users are on mobile, so I would like to be able to share these videos and integrate them only in mobile version on my tools and presentations.Is there a solution that would guarantee me to share it only in this format, even when the video is played on a computer ?

I am learning about embedding a Videoask template on my website product page.  Are all of the templates displayed to the lower right of the page or is there a way to have the widget displayed as a section in the webpage?  Also, can different product pages have their own specific videoask for testimonials on that specific product only?  Thanks! 

Hey team,In my VideoAsk, we’d like to give people 15 or so questions to answer, but allow them to skip the ones they don’t want to respond to. Is there a way to allow someone to skip that I am not seeing? 

Dear community,I don’t find a solution in changing the shown term when a customer started a video call and is waiting for the call being answered. I am using Videoask in German but can't find any options in language settings to change this term: Wir suchen jemanden, Ihren Anruf nehmen… which is just a wrong expression.I am looking forward to reading from you.Thank’s a lot!Patrick

In order to start using any paid VideoAsk Plan, there seems to be no other option than enter creditcard details. I have stopped using them however, for a reason.I want to upgrade So I would like to use the (only) alternative option: my bank account. The card linked to it is governed (checked, validated)  by SEPA (European payments area) and supposed to be valid worldwide. But VideoAsk does not allow me to?VideoAsk , do you discriminate bankcardholders?? 

So I just set up and launched my 1st vidoeask and it has a few steps plus a contact form.I just received my 1st interaction but dont anything under contacts. Do I need to do anything else to set it up correctly?Thanks,Bosky

I am trying to use video ask as a tool for entrepreneurs to ask a question of a network of advisors in a secure environment. As such, I have built out the workflow, but and now I want to be able to give access to entrepreneurs to create a videoask using my template and then I will share it with my network. Does anyone have suggestions about how I can accomplish this? 

Hello:We are using VideoAsk to collect video testimonials from customers. I cannot find a way to change the “Record your answer” button. Given the fact it’s a testimonial, the word “answer” really doesn’t fit here. It is the only option / button however that I can use to launch the video record sequence. Thanks in advance! Michael.

I’m trying to figure out how to create a workflow for an entrepreneurial community to ask questions/state challenges to a network of advisors and then have the advisors respond with their willingness to help and provide a date/time they would be willing to jump on a call. How do I create a workflow that would allow entrepreneurs to record their own video ask and submit to me?  Once it is created and submitted, I will select five advisors to receive and respond to the video ask by agreeing to provide advising and suggesting a time and date.  I will then facilitate the meeting and set up the time/dateHow do I create this workflow? I built something, but I’m not sure if it is going to work. 

HiI have a use case where I would like to send a videoask to invite members of my alumni association to an event.  We have 300+ members in the group. I would like to send a personalised message to each. Is there any tool or feature that can be used to create a personalised video without having to record 300 individual videos as the message is same, i only want to personalize their name.Thank you!Kaiz  

There are lots of possibilities when it comes to integrating your videoask.
