I am trying to use video ask as a tool for entrepreneurs to ask a question of a network of advisors in a secure environment. As such, I have built out the workflow, but and now I want to be able to give access to entrepreneurs to create a videoask using my template and then I will share it with my network. Does anyone have suggestions about how I can accomplish this? 

Hello:We are using VideoAsk to collect video testimonials from customers. I cannot find a way to change the “Record your answer” button. Given the fact it’s a testimonial, the word “answer” really doesn’t fit here. It is the only option / button however that I can use to launch the video record sequence. Thanks in advance! Michael.

I’m trying to figure out how to create a workflow for an entrepreneurial community to ask questions/state challenges to a network of advisors and then have the advisors respond with their willingness to help and provide a date/time they would be willing to jump on a call. How do I create a workflow that would allow entrepreneurs to record their own video ask and submit to me?  Once it is created and submitted, I will select five advisors to receive and respond to the video ask by agreeing to provide advising and suggesting a time and date.  I will then facilitate the meeting and set up the time/dateHow do I create this workflow? I built something, but I’m not sure if it is going to work. 

HiI have a use case where I would like to send a videoask to invite members of my alumni association to an event.  We have 300+ members in the group. I would like to send a personalised message to each. Is there any tool or feature that can be used to create a personalised video without having to record 300 individual videos as the message is same, i only want to personalize their name.Thank you!Kaiz

There’s a lot that can be done to keep your videoask account in order, set up permissions for team members and keep track of video/audio processing minutes, so we’ve compiled a list of top tips to get you started: Name your organization, switch organizations or leave an organization When you create a VideoAsk account you become the owner of the organization. Hello, reading the API docs of VideoAsk, I found the webhook “form_response” which seems to create the hook when one VideoAsk is fully submitted or has been left. I am using very long forms and would like to integrate the VideoAsks on my platform and then show separate notes when certain answers have been submitted.  For example:Do X after question 5 has been answered How can I access any data of the user DURING the time he is filling it out? Ideas so far:Webhook (does not seem to exist) API call for the answers of a user and then read the answer for a question_id that is question number 5. Then filter out only the answer from THIS user. Or send over a parameter to videoask at the beginning of the session hat will be saved in the answers and by that filter out the correct set of answers and then read it out.  Thanks a lot!

How to convert the normal video format to the Pexels video format in viedoAsk? 

Would love to know if I can possibly get a custom welcome script for my landing page.For example I'll send over a videoask to support, telling them my niche, brand and so forth, along with giving them a gist of what I would like to say in my embedded welcome videoask on my landing page. I mean it would be great to have a custom script option for those of us who know what we want to say but not actually how to word it to make it "POP" ..But of course if videoask we're to give me a script I would then add my own personality to it anyway but I would like a push in the right direction with wording a welcome.

Hi all 👋I have been using VideoAsk for a few months now and it has quick become my favourite tool to use for both my day job as a recruiter and my side hustle as a web designer. From a recruiter point of view, I wondered if it would be possible to expand on the Contacts section of the app - to be able to add contacts directly, rather than someone having to interact with a VideoAsk first?For example at the moment, I create a VideoAsk for each candidate I interact with to introduce myself, them for applying and to offer the opportunity for them to ask any questions they might have before moving on to the next stage of the hiring process. (As a recruitment agency we pre-screen candidates to then pass on to the hiring manager for actual screening).Most candidates will not interact with the VideoAsk to the point of them needing to submit details which will then add them into my ‘Contacts’. This means that if I was then to want to send another VideoAsk, I would have to create a fresh one an
