All my videos start playing automatically with no sound (instead of a still image) and then when I click the “play” button, the video starts playing with sounds form the beggining. Notcied this was just added in the past couple weeks. Anyone know how to turn this off?  I tried using the “Pause auto-play” toggle switch under advanced settings and this didnt have any change.Â

Hello. Can I turn off the “record screen” option at the top of the video replies? I am working with senior citizens and I need the options to be minimal so people don’t get confused easily. I understand the need for the other options to let people upload (I educate them about this option), and change their microphone or camera. But the “record screen” option has created confusion. If there is a place to unselect this as an option on my VideoAsk, I can’t seem to locate it. Thanks for any help.
I wanted to know. Does the AI chatbot in videoask work like chatgpt? as in if the responder asks anything from it, then would the avatar reply just like chatgpt? or do we have to put in the keywords ourselves and store in that information then it performs like that?

Hello, I’m having an issue with a VideoAsk. When I press "play" in preview mode, there's a glitch that causes the first syllable to repeat. You hear "he-hello" instead of "hello" as it should be. My video file is not the problem.Can someone help?

Hello,I am writing regarding the issue I'm facing while attempting to download my entire VideoAsk. I have recorded questions, received answers, on the platform. However, every time I try to download, I encounter a problem. The available options seem to download either:- One individual video- All of my videos (questions)- All of the other person's videos (results)What I actually want is to have a single, continuous video that includes everything - all the videos, questions, and answers - in the correct order as they appear on the website. This is how the concept was presented to me. Unfortunately, I believe there must be a solution to this problem, but I haven't been able to find it myself. If someone could kindly provide me with some guidance or pointers, I would greatly appreciate it. For reference I have the premium VideoAsk paying option.
Hi,I’m creating a videoask flow for parents who have just arrived at the neonatal intensive care unit with their preterm infant - the goal of the flow is to help them understand what they can do in the coming days and how to be the best parents for their critically ill child. I have a script for a strcutured conversation with a few segments - a video at the beginning/end of each, and a few questions. Is there a way to integrate a dynamic video response based on what the parent answers? (for example, I would ask: “can you share with me how you what you might find challening?” and then the bot would reflect/affirm that experience). Thank you!

We have the Brand level subscription.  However, we are still seeing the the VideoAsk watermark. How do we remove? We have our logo in the system…….and we note accordingly. However, it still defaults to the VideoAsk watermark. Â

Hi everyone, I’m trying to set up a Zap to send data from VideoAsk responses to a table in Airtable, and I’m having trouble with mapping the fields. I see how to map the text field from “All Responses” in the VideoAsk trigger to a long text field in Airtable. However, I don’t see any data coming through in the trigger for the media (audio and video files). Can someone please help? Additionally, is there a way to send each of the text and media responses to a separate field for each question in Airtable, or must they all be sent to the same field? Thanks!!Emily
Does anyone know of a company I could hire (pay for, real cash) to help me set up and work with Videoask and other Typeform things? I don’t have hours to try to get this to work...really frustrated that there is no human support (that I can find)...uhhh
