Your typeform results

Is there a simple PDF report to show the results of one response with the questions and answers in the survey that they completed?  I can’t handle the spreadsheet format.

Hello together,I use the Calendly integration in my Typeforms. Since I am grading the leads and therefore the leads are directed to different Calendly events, I would like to know which type of lead (e.g. credit qualified or not) has booked the appointment so that my Closers have a better overview. Unfortunately, I only get the link of the appointment booking back from Calendly. It would be better to set up a tag in Calendly on the event that is transferred when the booking is completed and the user is returned to the typeform. Do you know if something like this can be realised with a Zap or Make?Thanks

Hi, I quicly fast got 10 respondes from my ad, then i changed TypeForm Plan. Will it be automaticly upload and i will see future respondes under earlier Form?

Is there still no way to natively generate a public link to view an individual response? I’m looking for something similar to the “Response Summary” reports that can be shared with other non-Typeform users via a public link. (But for individual responses instead.)

I was noticing in my summary report that all the answers to questions I left as short or long, open-ended answers, the responses were all in order of completion time. That is, the first person who completed the quiz, their answers, for all open-ended question responses, are always listed at the bottom, or the first answer. The same for the second person to complete the survey, their answers would be listed second.The issue I’m having is I’m wanting to try to make sure all the answers for those open-ended questions are less obvious by each separate user by those reviewing the end report. For example, I would like if the sixth (6th) person who completes the quiz and submits short/open answer responses, their third open ended question shows their result/response as the first listing, and the fourth open ended question they answer might show up as the eighth opened answer, and perhaps the fifth opened ended question by the that same sixth (6th) person to compete the survey might show up as

Hello,  I’m trying to generate a report for a form but no matter what I try (change date filter, etc) it gives me wrong data. For now we have 7 respondents that answered all questions but on the report it says not all of them answered every question. Summary of my form : Question 1Question 2  Report :Question 1Question 2 (even showing me a 120% somehow) 

We have to cancel the account but want to keep the data, is there a way to do an account export?

I tried to find an answer to no avail. My apologies if I missed something.Instead of seeing the text answers in the Results area, is there a way to have these automatically converted to some # so when I export to Excel all I have to do is analyze data instead of converting it myself? Hi community, I have a matrix question, but not all my columns are named, only some of them. So in the responses, some answers are left blanked. Does anyone know any way or workaround to retrieve the column number instead of the label/name of the column in the responses ?Thank you in advance for your help !  

Hi community,I’d like to transfer partial responses to our CRM, but this is currently not working. I activated the setting “Send partial responses to integrations” at a later date after my survey had already been shared. Perhaps this is the reason, but new partial responses were not transferred either. Do you have any idea how I can solve this problem?Best,Wiebke

The video answer component doesn’t work, it says filed to upload the video. For every single candidates.Anyone can help? 

I would like to change the slide title on my Forms. For example, I want the Short Text field on the slide to say “How old are you?” but i want the slide to be named “Age” so that when i extract the results to an excel worksheet I don’t need to change the top fields.

I created a quiz that asks users to rate a series of statements from a scale of 0 to 10. Example: “I make the same mistakes over and over”From the answers, I want to take the top rated statement and link it to a product page. How do I display the top ranked answer, and what can I do multiple statements are ranked at a 10. I don’t want to add up scores or anything like that, just the top scored responses linked to a product recommendation. Thanks!

We use a single form for all training feedback and need to be able to filter by date (at least) and create a summary report that can be sent to the customer.  Why is the ability to filter by date available within insights and responses - but not summary?!

Hey guys, I’m using multiple multi-question-pages in my survey and while they are displayed correctly under “Results → Summary” and “Results → Responses” they do not appear if I “Generate a Report” from the “Results → Summary” page. Any idea how to fix this? Or is this a known bug? Edit: Tested in Firefox and in Chrome, same in both. Also if I go to “Print” on the “Generate a Report” page, I get the message “This report is private — only the person who created it can access it” even though I’m logged in.

Hello We noticed a large drop-off at the very end of our form, on the Stripe payment slide. This is three steps after the user selects the number of days he wants to book our service along with the price. So these users have taken 5-10 minutes to fill out the complete form, give their personal data, select a price, and then they drop off when it comes to paying. It doesn’t make sense to us and this also didn’t happen before. We always have drop-off on the slide where you select the No. days/price, but not at the very end, once the user is already okay with paying. So we are worrying if the form is working correctly? Or if these are bots? Is there any way we can see the data of the drop-offs, f.e. their email address, to see if they are bots or actual humans?Or if we don’t have access to that data, could anyone from the Typeform team check for us if we’re loosing actual clients or just bots?We tested payment and for us, it worked normally, but we did have an issue once before where paym

Hi there experts - I want a client to be able to complete a Typeform and after Submit present/display what they entered…I found the post about showing a quiz and outcomes which is similar - but I would prefer it to be something a bit visual.  Is there an integration that sucks data out of Typeform (or via sthg like Google sheets) and presents it, even if as a PDF? Thanks a lotAdam

I’m trying out typeform for a warranty process. This involves capturing a lot of information on the form, with the responses then starting another internal review process. So when for completed, an email will be sent to the appropriate department with all responses captured. So far so good! However, I’m confused by the following...does this mean that only 50 emails can be sent? We receive 100’s of warranty applications! or does the email template count as one follow up and for every form an email will be sent? Thank you

Hello,I’m seeking a solution to streamline my current manual workflow.I manage over ten surveys, each with the same set of questions and answers, targeting users in various countries. These surveys are in multiple languages, making it challenging to generate reports automatically. Currently, I use Google Sheets, but I have to manually translate non-English responses before matching and counting them with their English counterparts.Is there a way to automate this process? I came across an article about using Google Data Studio, but I’m unsure if it can handle multiple languages effectively.Thank you!

Just a couple days in with Typeform and have been searching the site and community for help with displaying multiple outcomes. I have a quiz that determines which products are best for individuals based on their inputs, but am having a hard time finding exactly how to do it. Can anyone can point me at a link, or provide a step-by-step guide?
