Inquiry on How to Receive Survey Responses via Email

I have set up a survey using Typeform and connected it to Google Mail via CONNECT. However, instead of receiving the survey responses, I only receive an email confirming whether the survey was completed or not. I would like to receive an email containing the actual responses submitted in the survey. Could you guide me on how to achieve this? Thank you for your support.

Multiple Conversations from Each Respondant in Videoask

I have a long videoask (about 25 questions) that I am using for a screening job interview. I realize that longer videoasks will have some issues with retention (from start to finish). But the majority of the people that are filling out my videoask are somehow creating multiple new conversations. So rather than one submission, I’m getting 3-5 in some/most cases. Here is what I am seeing:1 - One my first steps is to ask for a file upload of their resume. This nearly always comes as a separate entry. 2 - It appears that people are maybe leaving and then coming back and starting over from scratch. Why would this be happening on such a consistent basis? (I’ve checked and test the videoask and it seems to work flawlessly 3 - A separate issue, but I have a good percentage that say that they can’t get the video to work. I get that there will be some technically challenged people, but it seems to be a fairly sizeable number. Has anyone else had this issue with longer videoasks and can help? (We

Quiz results

I have created a quiz and the answers are assigned numerical values. Is there a way for the person taking the quiz to receive their total? I ask because I want to use the quiz as a lead magnet, and based on their total number ( > tor < a certain number) to help with the lead magnet. Thank you!

Report variables? Sum variables? Use other name for a variable?

Ok, I managed to figure out the that Logic tab is now the Workflow tab , and that I can insert a variable using the “(X)” icon. [I swear, between the difference between the training materials and the actual interface, and the obscurity of the interface, it’s like they’re trying to drive me crazy!] Anyway, I got that figured out, and my test survey is actually working, and I have assigned variables to it. But how can I get a report that either (a) just reports the variables instead of the text of the selected answer, or (b) even better gives me a sum of the variables (i.e., Variable 1=6, Variable 2=9, etc.). Additionally, it would be amazing if I can just get a report that gives me alternative text instead of “Variable 1”; for instance Blue=6, Green=9, etc. Any advice on any of these is gratefully appreciated and accepted.

Downloading Results not possible

i created a survey during the time i had a paid subscription and I just found time to download and analyse the results today. Now I see that my subscription is over for 2-3 days and that I can not even DOWNLOAD the entire results? Although the results refer to a survey, which were collected in a paid period. Am I the only one who finds this unbelievable and feels forced to pay money again?

How to Send Final Diagnosis via Email and WhatsApp

Hi everyone, I have built a form using branching logic where each answer (whether multiple-choice, scale, or other types) is assigned a specific score. As the respondent progresses, their total score is calculated. At the end, their final score determines which of the four possible diagnoses they receive. The correct diagnosis is displayed on the final page. Now, I would like to automatically send the diagnosis (not the score itself) via email and WhatsApp. The user should receive an email and a WhatsApp message with their corresponding diagnosis based on their total score. Is there a way to set this up within Typeform, or do I need an external integration? Any guidance would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hidden fields assigned to each answer option

I want to set up each answer in my typeform to each question with an answer code that I can then use in Zapier for calculations and a Wordpress Results page. It seems that Hidden fields is the way to do that but not sure how to add them. I can see where it populates this in Share→ advanced, but not how I can go and assign each answer a hidden field.

Creating more detailed quiz results / reports

Hello, I’m using Typeform for a game addiction quiz. Currently our Typeform only gathers a total score and then sends people further based on the total score. However I would like to send people to more detailed results, ideally where they can compare their results for each of the 9 questions with the average (which we already have). How it works now is like this: Choice at start: Gamer Non-gamer (parent, partner,...) Quiz: 9 questions: Rate 1-5 for each question. If they rate 3 or more for a question, total score is increased +1 Outcome: 4 different possibilities based on Whether they chose gamer / non gamer at start. If score is 5 and higher or less than 5 Up until now this was good enough, but I’d like to update this quiz so we can provide more accurate and detailed responses. Especially letting people compare their results for each question with the average. We have enough data to create the averages, so we don’t need to recalculate those here. Sending Typeform responses to my email

Hello guys, Usually I connect my forms to Notion but for this time, I would like to receive every responses to an email address. Do you have any ressource to do that ? I looked up in my settings but it doesnt seems to have a simple solution for that, just notification when I have a new entry. The issue is that, the person who will need to see the responses aren’t good with a computer so consulting Typeform is too much for him. Thank you guys!

I would like to add a quiz with multiple sections and each section would. e scored individually. after each section the test taker would see the results of the section. And in the end the results would show up in a dash board that shows the results with several different bench marks.

How can I send automatically a copy of the responses to the person who answered the questions?

Hi Typeform community, How do I have to set up a typeform that the person who fills in the form receives a copy of his answers? I know that this is possible. Under “Settings” and “Notifications” I set up “Notify Respondents”, but they only receive this short email that is shown there and they do not receive their results of the typeform. Dynamic URL Transmission

Hello,I would like to install a single “standard” typeform on +50 pages of a site. I need to have for each response on typeform, the url from which the user filled in. I asked support, but my understanding is that you can only enter hidden fields manually (so I would have to create +50 typeforms, 1 for each page). I wanted to understand if there is a way to transmit the entire URL from which the user fills in (not just the UTM) Thanks

Side-by-Side Comparison of Survey Responses

I want to compare two responses from the same survey, but I need a way to differentiate them. Ideally, each response should have some form of identification, such as a unique color or a number displayed next to the answers. Additionally, I would like to view the two responses side by side, formatted as two columns for easier comparison.

Help - I can’t find my survey results? Has anyone else had this?

I upgraded to paid Typeform plan, send survey out, initially saw responses coming in. Now when I log on my account shows as the Free Plan and I can’t see my survey or results. I’ve messaged contact help centre. Has anyone else had this problem? Please say they will find my results for my research…….

How do I edit my form notification email addresses?

It would seem all one needs is to navigate within the form editor to Follow-Ups > Actions > Receive Email Notifications > then edit To: Who will receive this email notification? however this is not editable. It shows my account email address in a grey box but does not allow me to edit it, remove it, add another, it is just a static text. How come? How do I change this to add my gmail address for example?

Display the question with the highest rating

I have 10 rating questions on my assessment. I’m using the Typeform/Docs/Document Studio integration to generate a report (thanks, Des!) On that report, I want to display a bit of text based on the question that got the highest rating. Kind of like: How much do you like chocolate (1-10) How much do you like vanilla (1-10) How much do you like strawberry (1-10) And then displaying “you liked [chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry, whichever was the highest out of 10] the most” on the report. I’ve looked at a bunch of examples, I’ve looked at the multi-category-variable-rating things… The best I can come up with is to have 10 BILLION comparisons written (10^10) which I’m very much not doing. Help?

I had my typeform surveys set up where there was a hidden email field what would receive the responses to the survey questions right after. However, that functionality no longer seems to work, nor do I see it in my set up. Wondering if thats been removed or how I can set it up without using Zapier or another app?

How to View Images in Response

Hello! I have created a picture choice question where users choose their favorite inspiration photos. I have it set to send the results of the form to an email but it does not show the images the user has selected, only the titles which isn’t really helpful. Is there a way to show the images they chose in the email?

embedded Typeform interaction can't see traffic source in GA4

I have a question related to the Typeform that's currently embedded on my website. My website is using Google Analytics to track site activities, but I can't see the traffic sources for Typeform interactions because GA seems to be recognizing Typeform as a separate property due to the change of domain (Typeform has its own domain), thus all traffic sources for Typeform activities I can read within GA is referral traffic from my own website.Is there any way to fix this? Thank you so much!
