Hidden Fields not Displaying Results

Hi Team, I’ve created a survey with a single hidden field (JobNo) so that we can track respondents. We’re seeking feedback on quoted jobs. I’m delivering the e-mail via MailChimp. The link works correctly and will provide each recipient a unique link depending on their job no. In MailChimp I import the recipients and have created a custom field in there which contains the link from Typeform. All contacts have a name, email address and web link (to the typeform form). Example: nh1tdtug777.typeform.com/to/[uniquesurveyno.]#jobno=2829960 The issue I’m having is only some responses are capturing the hidden field (about 50%). All the testing I completed prior to releasing live worked 100%. Each example of a completed survey resulted in the JobNo being captured in the results. I require all responses to retain the job number as we need to know who’s responded. I have checked all the contacts in Mailchimp to ensure the link was imported correctly and this is correct. Please help!

Can't See Responses & Stats Incorrect

Hi, Never had an issue on TypeForm before, so I'm hoping someone can help me out with this one. Basically, I issued a form and my dashboard shows that it has been 48% completed (roughly) which is fine, but when I try to view the responses, I'm unable to see them. All I'm getting is a message that says "Question Drop Off Rate: Find Out Exactly Where You're Losing People" with a link to upgrade my plan. Now, I don't need to upgrade my plan as I don't need to find out this information at the moment and the plan I have is more than sufficient for the amount of responses I receive. When this message comes up, it completely freezes the rest of the screen and I'm unable to go back or exit the message to see the results. Additionally, the stats on the results page (that I can only see in the background behind the message that pops up) are different from the ones on the dashboard. For example, it says 2 responses received rather than 48 and gives a completion rate of 100% instead of 48%. Has

Hi, I wanted to know If there is a way that I can prepopulate a field in typeform or set a default value.If a field has multiple values available in Type form which are different from Salesforce, is there any way that we can change that field value to specific value.for example for a field ‘services required’ there is one of the value ‘Book a Free In-Home Consultation’, which is not available in salesforce, so is there a way we can convert the value into ‘Supply only’.

Analyze drop-offs of mobile users (segments) ?

Hi,The drop-off analytics in Typeform is pretty helpful. It already brought me some good insights!What I would like to do additionally: analyze what people are doing on mobile, so basically segmenting mobile and desktop users and look at them independently. @Liz: could be a useful feature!Reasons for a drop-off on mobile can be pretty different than on a desktop. Thinks like text is too long, people can’t see relevant information, buttons or other stuff getting in the way, etc. All stuff that matters less on desktops.I just started investigating how I could find out about drop-off rate on a question level in Google Analytics 4. I haven’t found out yet but would appreciate hints from your side. If I find out how to do that I will post the solution here.Thanks for your insights.Cheers,Cesare

Just a quick note that helps me keep track of ‘which form’ a user response comes from. (bad grammar and all that ..) I have a bunch of typeforms that push data into a single Google Sheet. I consolidate the details into a master tab. Each form contains a set of similar data but to make it easier to identify where the user record comes from, i use a custom variableTo keep track of the form in the responses, I create the custom variable v_form_name in each form and give it the name of the form - like in the image below: that variable data is submitted along with the responses to the Google Sheet. Now, when i consolidate the records from the various input forms into a ‘master tab’ - using email address as the unique identifier/key field to connect all the inputs - i have a column that gives me the names of the forms that have been used to submit the data record. I can filter on that field and figure out how many folks completed the ‘newsletter’ form in this example. That’s my little hack

Matching downloaded files with respondent

Hola!I have created a form in which one of the steps is “upload file”.I’ve set up automations to save all responses to Notion and Google Sheets, but it only shows a URL linked back to typeform, which will break in case I delete the original response (or just the file) in typeform to free up some space to receive more responses above the 4Gb limit.To try to solve that, I’ve set up another automation to download all files directly to Google Drive, but the problem is I can’t match the files in this folder with the responses. Typeform rename the files with a long string of characters that has nothing to do with any field synced to Notion/Google sheet.How can I match those two pieces? If I can’t match them is almost useless to have a folder with several files (hundreds probably) that I don’t know who sent.I’m sure there must be a way to solve but this is my first form, sorry.Thanks for your help!

Where has the feature to send an email to myself when a quiz is completed gone? You have removed the “Settings” link from the Create page.Seems to have disappeared. I don’t want to set up a complicated zap, I just want to know of responses. The following is no longer there.

How to receive email notifications when survey receives a response

Hi there,I don’t know if I’m being silly, but I’m not receiving email notifications when someone submits an answer to my survey. The last one I received was You've used 90% of your response limit, back in May, but I have received responses since then.I’ve searched myself, then in the community, and help centre. Where is the setting to turn email notifications on for every survey response, please? I’m wondering if it’s not available to me on my plan…The only resources I’ve found thus far is to do with Zapier, which I don’t think is relevant here?Thanks very much!

Calendly integration question

Hello together,I use the Calendly integration in my Typeforms. Since I am grading the leads and therefore the leads are directed to different Calendly events, I would like to know which type of lead (e.g. credit qualified or not) has booked the appointment so that my Closers have a better overview. Unfortunately, I only get the link of the appointment booking back from Calendly. It would be better to set up a tag in Calendly on the event that is transferred when the booking is completed and the user is returned to the typeform. Do you know if something like this can be realised with a Zap or Make?Thanks
