Your typeform results

Hello, thanks in advance for any help - I don’t know if this is a glitch or how to ask typeform directly for technical assistance. I purchased this to use in groups simultaneously as Typeform says is possible, all doing the quiz at the same time. It’s set to auto-send results to the email input at beginning of quiz. It works when I’ve trialled it alone, and I received the correct email with results. But on first test with two people - neither received the email.This is a big issue for me, and needs resolution before I can use this important feature for giving quiz talks for my work!! (Due to start immediately, but for this issue.)Thanks for help, appreciate it! Rae 

I’m really upset about Typeform.We are using it for more than a year now. Some time during 4-5 months in a row, other times for a one shot.Now, they ask me to pay to receive a list of people having answering the form.I have paid for the service and I really can’t understand why do I have to wait for 14 days to get MY information back. I need a quick answer please 🙏

Hello All, I am trying to set up automated emails that trigger on type form submission. I have zappier set up and it all works great. The only thing I need is a way for each automated email to send a unique number that will be the customer id. I have tried everything i can think of. Sending the submission token, but then I don’t have access to that inside of typeform. Setting the number of responses but type form does not save the individual response number in the data, just shows it on home of form with ‘x number of people have filled out this form’. Any ideas? Thank you

I’m using typeform to create a test for a course I’m building. I’ve set up Logic so that if the student answer the correct answer, they move onto the next question. There is an option “In all other cases go to...”. I want to set it so that if they student does not answer the correct response, they have to redo the question until they get it right. How can I do that? 

I’m trying to set up email notifications to Asana project and have noticed that it doesn’t work with the email structure Asana gives their projects: x+1212538680959022@mail.asana.com - it looks like the “+” in the email prefix (this is standard prefix rule at Asana). Can anyone confirm the issue? My form works with any ordinary email but not the ones generated by Asana projects. I don’t know how to get it work.

I’ve built a quiz with multiple scores in the final results page. How do I set only that one final page of results to auto-send? (not all questions individually.)(I’m new to this, TIA - Should the email sign up be on that page instead of at start where it currently is? Or a button setup somehow? Hey, Whenever someone submits a form its added at the top of the repsonse list. Can I change it so that a line at the bottom is added. At the moment its a bit counter-intuitive for me because I want to start my analysis with the oldest response at the top and work my way all the way down to the lates repsonse. Thanks

Some questions are missing from my Excel export, but the choices for the question are there. It seems to be the question in a second option of a Y/N branch. Any suggestions?

Hi!I am creating a self-assessment test with typeform. After running the test, I would like the participant to see all the answers provided, specifically:- the right answer (if the participant got it wrong)- the wrong answers (given by the participant)- a comment explaining to the participant why that answer is wrong. Does anyone know how to do this?Thanks to all for your time, hope you can help me!

The data on INSIGHTS on 9/18 yesterday was normal, why did the data on 9/18 return to zero this morning?The current data of RESPONSES is normal, but the data of 9/18 alone is zeroedBest Regard.

Hello.We are using our own CRM program attached to the typeform.Applications submitted on the type form are registered as CRM through webhook linkage.As of May 24, there was an error in the webhook answer.Applications received after that time will not be transferred to the CRM.(*Attach pictures)How can I fix webhook response error?  

Hello, I read this article on how to customise launching my popover. Right now, when a user come to my page, survey displays after 2s (exactly what i want). but i want to change this behaviour more. the next time user opens the page (if they already submitted the survey), i don’t want to display it again. i’m passing the user’s email via hidden data property. Can I somehow use this information to stop relaunching the popover?  Thanks in advance

Yesterday when I open the insights panel, the number of submissions & responses is the same. But when I open it today, the number of response is higher than submission report. Where is the remaining 24 submission, we got their full response it just wasnt reflected in the analytics. 

Can anyone help with the result “No Response” being show in a typeform. I have made a few changes to the form but even when i have gone through the new format and answered the questions i’m getting No Response coming up on the form itself. Is there anything i can do to see these answers? Thank you in advance.

I set it up so that all questions are required to be answered but even if most of the questions are not answered, when the person hits “Submit”, the record is saved as a result. I cannot use incomplete submissions and I need to set the survey so that incomplete submission will not be saved to the Results file. Can anybody help me with this? Thanks in advance.

When I preview my typeform and click ‘submit’ after finishing all the questions no results are recorded.What am I doing wrong?

In my typeform, I have a dropdown list of our team members that the person filling out the form can select from. I would like to have an automation that sends the typeform submission to the selected person via email. For example, if the customer selects Person X as the recipient, the typeform could be extracted to Excel (or PDF, or a directly in the email, I suppose) and emailed to Person X right away...and the internal team member would not need to log in to typeform in order to grab the responses.Is there an automation I could use to enable this? Has anyone else built this out before?

Hello guys! I want to be able to create groups in the results in regards to their answer to question 1, which deparment they belong to. So one result per department, and one for all respondents. Is this possible? Best regards,Jonatan

Hey guys. I have chosen a template and I am in the middle of it. But now it seems that I need to insert a page manually, and I don’t know how to do it...so I can add something before the first of my questions...and then continue with the pages that are listed on the left side of the screen as part of the template. We have a troll answering once a week... how can we do to have real metrics avoiding this troll's results? We check big picture monthly to  study results, but we have a doubt… if we do delete answers from trolls, wich results will appear? Taking in account what we have deleted or not? How is best to do? Delete answers we consider false answers? Thanking in advance to your assistance… … have a nice day! 

Hello,I have created a survey, however, I do not receive a confirmation email when someone has completed the survey, although everything is enabled.Otherwise I receive mails from Typeform.Does anyone have any idea what I can do?And one more question:I have some questions whose answer is optional. However, the user is not redirected if the question is not filled. Can I set somewhere that some questions can be answered optionally?Thank you 

The responses are masked.  All other typeforms are fine that we have created.

Hi thereI need to have access to the clients details that do not complete the forms - on our previous wizard, it would capture every attempt and we found that 75% of the time the client just wanted to be contacted directly and it lead to a sale, however now we only see the 35%, so we are loosing out on potential clients - i would like the customer details (which is the first 3 questions) that they have to fill in before they get to the answer where they drop off. Is this possible Thank you
