You put out a typeform and you get response. For some that answer in a certain way - how do you track back those specific respondents from Mailchimp blast to retarget? Only 25% answered what we were looking for but we want to hit them back? How could you do that?

We are looking into migrating from Google Forms to Typeform but, I can’t seem to find what a reporting dashboard looks like within typeform or if there even is one..?Does anyone know if there is a demo you can book with typeform to get to know all of the features before paying for an account?

Exclude multiple responses from one person

Hello,My first question here, because it's just not that clear to me, yet. Can I detect duplicate records (i.e. two or three responses from the same person) via the Network ID? Or asked another way, does Typeform detect if a responder is using the same computer?Would like to check the results of my online-questionare to exclude multiple responses from the same person.Many thanks in advance,Eric

Auto Send single typeform report / results / outcome to client

Hi guys!I am looking for a simple and quick solution for sending the results of the typeform to my client.I use the template for an intake and i want to send them the outcome as an document or inside the auto respond when they finish the test.I know you can generate an report but that is with all the outcomes, i just want a single one for a specific client.Does anybody knows the trick? How is my respondents’ data processed?

Hi!I would like to know how my respondents’ data is processed?What I found on this topic in the privacy policy is only an answer to the question ‘Who processes my respondents’ data?’. Could this be clarified to me please so I wont be asking people to use my survey without knowing how their responses are processed or used by others than me? Thank you! Btw, their is no tag named ‘privacy’.

Report not showing

Hello, Has anyone experienced, just today, report not loading anything? All I can see is the survey title on top of the screen and a blank middle page. All my survey looks like that and even other users who have access to the link see the same thing. Thank you

URGENT! No responses?

I have a survey live and it seems that I already have 1 response. It tells me in the statistics that there is one start and that almost all of my questions have a view (except of the last where the responder might left the survey). However, in results it tells me that there is nothing! Most responses are required, so it cannot be that the participant saw all the questions but entered no data. How can that be? If there is a major problem, I am screwed, as the survey link is already distributed.

Results: sync uploaded file with demographic data

HiI would like to recruit 2500 participants on Prolific. The participant’s task is to answer basic questions, draw a figure, make a photo and upload the figure. I am testing the questionnaire and everything looks fine. The problem is that I cannot find a way to clearly allocate the uploaded file to the responses. In the .csv file, there are IDs, like: f9qhfejvipka511hf0f9qhtg71e5sz5p and links to the files, but when I download the files separately, the filenames are not telling me, from which subject they come. Help! Unsure how to create outcomes for tickbox quiz

Hi everyone,I’m trying to create a quiz which I thought was fairly simple. It’s a “What Passive Income Stream Is Best For You” quiz and has three multiple choice questions where they can select more than 1 answer. Each question essentially requires the respondent to tick possessions they have at home or skills they have and the idea at the end is to serve them a custom list of passive income options that are relevant to them.For Q1 there are 14 tickboxes.For Q2 there are 8 tickboxes.For Q3 there are 5 tickboxes. Each box that they tick has a unique answer that ideally would be added onto their end outcome so they receive a personalised list of passive income options for them. I’m really struggling to bring this to life, without having to create an individual outcome for every single possible path (500+ outcomes). Is anyone familiar with a way to customise the outcomes in a way to make a quiz like this possible?

Can you present results in visual format?

I am creating a form for our website for prospective customers to fill out. Each question is multiple choice and from their choices, we’d like to present them a visual scorecard of sorts when they complete the form. Is that something that can be completed within Typeform? If not, is there a particular integration that would handle that best?

We’ve got an open survey running and we are nearing our max response limit of 100 per month. Our response limit re-sets today, 22 March, but when? I am concerned that we will hit the 100 response max limit before our new monthly response allocation. What should I do?

Send different answers to different files

Hi everybody, I don’t know if this is possible in Typeform, but I will try to explain my issue… I will illustrate with an example to make it clear. Let’s imagine that I would like to offer a gift to my clients. One gift is a jacket, while the other one is a bag. I create a form where clients can click on one of the 2 options. When setting it up, I am asked where I would like to send the answers. What I would like to do is:If a person selects a Jacket, it should go to Google Sheet AIf they select the bag it should go to Google Sheet B. Is this possible? If yes, how can I do it? Thanks for your extremely precious help!

Can I track trend of the same survey sent out over time?

We send out the same survey once a month to a random group of our customers, about 20% of them per month. I would like to know if we can track NPS and other answers by week or month (or selected period). In this manner we can see trends or can see the entire year together at year end. Thanks! Ross

Hello, I would love to see if this is possible. At the end of filling out the questionnaire, I have to print the results together with the questions. I see at the moment that only the answers can be printed. What am I missing? Or is there no such option? Thanks
