Hey there,I’m pretty new to Typeform but I’d love any help. A friend of mine has started an online giftshop where you can buy things and send them to friends for their birthday, anniversary, etc. We are looking to create the following type of form...but I’m not sure where to start! The best case scenario would be if we could automate the reminder process with a zap…Thanks in advance for any help!Seth
Hi, I am making an optional question asking for people's names. If they fill out, I will reference their name in the next question. If they don't fill out (hit enter), I want to say “Nice meeting you stranger” in the next question. I have no problem executing the flow when they fill out their name, but i am lost with how to do it when they dont. Cant see a logic jump in case the name question is left blank. Does anybody have some good ideas? Thanks!
Hi, I don’t appear to be able to select an email question? In fact the whole list of types of questions has seem to have shrunk. Has something changed or am I doing something wrong?
Hi everyone, I’m new to using Typeform. I noticed on the survey, the button to commence taking the survey on mobile appears at the bottom. Is there a way to adjust the button location? If so, can someone provide how to do it? I can’t figure it out for the life of me. Thanks! Cal
so I am looking for a way to make a mashup of CYOA style stories and mad libs that then compiles the chosen options at the end, in a savable format, or at least one that can be sent to a printer for the user to print onto paper. The actual idea is to make a spell writing “game” where the user chooses from a set of, for example, ingredients and tools and correspondences and those choices are mad-libbed into a template that is their individual result. I have been looking for something that can do that without me reinventing a wheel. Could I do that with Typeform?
Hi there-I am using typeform to sell tickets to online workshops. Are you able to create a discount code where someone might be able to get an alternate price or guest ticket? Thanks!Jeana
How can I remove the branding (powered by “typeform”) from my form-survey ? We took the Professionnal account (paying version) so we should not have that issue… Thanks in advance !
Hi everyone, I have an issue on a logic jump and I really don’t understand why. My typeform is basically a succession of yes/no question for a technical support. The logic jumps are quite basic : if yes, then problem solved, if no, go to the next question. The logic map is correct and shows the path that I want. But when I test it, it doesn’t follow the scheme. My problem is at question 11 : If yes, then problem solved. If no, go to question 6. The logic here is correct: But, when I perform the test, after question 11, if I select “No”, then it sends me to the ending screen. What I don’t understand is that this path do not exist, neither in the branching and calculation, nor in the map! Do you have an idea why it behaves like that?
Hi community :-)We would like to build a kind of “friendly user group” or “customer advisory board” in a B2B environment and I am searching for a template where potential users could fill out specific information about themselves and their business. At the end this form should provide a “accept privacy rules” page. Does a similar template for this kind of forms exist? Especially the privacy topic might be critical for our users and the process itself. Thanks in advance for your feedback ;-)Best regards,Holger
Because I do not know what I am doing inadvertently opened two more typeforms when I only need the one. I have maxed out on my Free Plan. Can they be deleted? How do I complete the draft form I created ie add the Welcome and and Ending. I am soooooo lost and hate that I cannot talk to a human
Hello! I have an online store that sells a large number of different products. I’m hoping to send a really simple survey out to customers who have placed orders to ask them for feedback on the specific products they have purchased. Is there anyway to customize the survey so that it can be pre-loaded with the names of the products that specific customer has purchased so that they can just add a rating & comment without having to type the product name in themselves? For example, can I link the survey to some kind of data input sheet, or is there a way to customise manually (I’m in test phase right now so only need to manage c. 20 surveys). Thanks in advance!!
Hi, I’d like to offer my customers a pre order form so they can pre order plant starts ahead of my next pop up plant market—I tried doing this with an order form template but couldn’t find a way to remove the Stripe payments section from the ‘payment’ question. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks a ton!
Hi there - I want to drip feed out a series of single survey questions via email as part of a training campaign (ballpark 50 emails over 50 days).I have no real preference on whether the Typeform question is embedded in the email, or whether there is a link in the email to the Typeform. But I really don’t want my recipients to have to input their name and/or email address for each survey question! Is there any way to achieve what I’m trying to do here?
Does anyone know if it’s possible to add multiple video files to a screen?I’m using Classic and cannot find a way.
Hello !!I would like to add a phone number in the thank you screen of my survey, in case people want to contact us. But I don’t find the way to make this phone number clickable.I would like the respondent to be able to click on the phone number, and so, if he is using his cellphone to answer the survey, he just has to click on the number and it automatically dials.Do you know how to do this ?Thank you for your answer! Sophie
Hello,Someone kindly explained how some question items could be reversed once transferred to a Google Sheet ot excel spreadsheet but I have a question! Can you do reverse scoring (questions from 1-5 , but some of these have opposite scoring such as a 5=1, 2=4 etc) inside Typefrom using the scoring function? What would be the easiest way to do this - thanks!
HiI have created a series of likert scale questions from an established measure and about a third of the items need to be reversed ( 5 should be 1 etc) Can I do this? thanks!

I’m interested in setting up logic (example below) but don’t believe the calculator tool has this functionality. Would someone please confirm this for me?Question 1: What is today’s date?Questions 2:How many days until your birthday party? Solution: Your birthday party is on __________ (solution provided given in xx/xx/xxxx date format) Thank you for your help and let me know if you have any questions.
Hi all! My name is Jessica and I’m creating a survey with 25 dropdown answers for each question. These 25 answers are the same for every question. Essentially, I’ve got 25 questions where I ask our employees to look at a baby picture and try to guess which employee it is. Ideally, I’d like to limit the responses to guessing a name only once. That is, they can’t use “Steve” as an answer for more than one question. Is this even possible?? Thanks in advance!
I’ve gotten to Question 9 on the survey I’m creating (14 questions total), and the form refuses to respond, won’t let me add another question. I’m brand new to Typeform. Am I doing something wrong?
I’m sorry if this information is out there, but I’m not exactly sure what I’m trying to do so hard to find the answer, lol.Right now, I’m using Typeform for my startup MVP. It’s a new type of dating solution that allows friends to make introductions for their friends. Right now, I have basic 3 forms that I link to each individual user’s profile. So basicaly, when I have a new user, I go into Typeform and I duplicate these three forms and rename them (Janet, Linda), then I go into Zapier and duplicate/relink my zaps, and then I link them to the appropriate profile so that all responses that come back I know are associated with the name of the person’s profile. IS there a way to NOT duplicate all the forms but to still know who is using the form to “ make an introduction for Janet” versus “make an introduction for Linda??? Any way I can not end up with 25 typeforms at any time? I’m already confused as I write this, lol. This group was super helpful with my last question, thought it was
Hi all, just a quick question, I couldn't find a chat or call option to the helpdesk, so I am hoping someone else can help me out. I have some difficulties with my logic jump option ( I have a Pro account, so they should be in my package). Everytime I try to add a Logic Jump it is only possible to add one with the answer yes and the jump to be made to the next question… No pressing buttons anywhere helps me to change these options. Seeing as my Logic Jumps are all based on; if the answer is no then go to… this option is now useless and quite a hassle to rearrange my questions. Who can help me with this?
We want to do a question where each row is associated with a number that the respondents put in. Is there a way to do this?
I have a sales goal formula that I’d like to set up a form for my clients to work through the formula. I’d need to set the form up so as they work through the formula it calculates as it goes. Question 1: What’s your annual sales goal? For example $250,000Question 2: What is your average revenue per client? First calculation: sales goals divided by average revenue per client= total number of clients needed to hit your goal. Question 3: What is your closing ratio? Second calculation: total from first calculation divided by closing ratio = total number of leads to generate to hit goal. Question 4: how many weeks are you going to dedicate to hitting your goalThird calculation: number of leads to generate divided by # of working weeks= number of leads to generate per weekQuestion 5: how many days per week are you going to dedicate to hitting your goalFour calculation: number of leads to generate per week divided by working days I’m at a loss on how to set up the logic. I’ve been working o
