Build your typeform

Hi there folks, I’m workign in the new builder and my form isn’t quite working - likely due to a fault somewhere logic jump (I’m new to this!). Basically, in the penultimate question, a “submit” button replaces the “ok” button which then cuts the form short. When I look on my logic map I have a weird connection that I can find nowhere in my code. I suspect this is the cause of my problem but have no idea why this is occurring or how I can fix this…I have shown the “rogue” connection in the screenshot below. Any help very very much appreciated as this is slowly driving me insane!

Hello!I created a typeform using a free account and it seems to work like I want, but today I paid for the Professional plan and I have noticed that the design and structure of the web/builder has changed and I can’t find where the simple logic settings are now…The idea is to make a questionnaire with 10 questions of A, B, C type answers. There are no right or wrong answers (like a personality test, for example), simply those 3 options. And, when the user reach and answer the question number 10, it should be redirected to a final screen A, B or C (based on the majority of A, B, C answers user marked). These are images of how I had it configured in my free account:  And these others, how it appears in my current Professional account:  How can I do it like on the free account? I need your help, because is urgent. Thank you in advance!

I have a required, randomized, multiple-select, multiple-choice question with an “Other” option:Question Setup​ I want to set up logic so that once a user answers this question, they skip from question 3 (this question) to question 5, avoiding question 4 entirely. If A-D are chosen at all (either on their own in combination with any other options, as it’s multiple-select) the logic jump works correctly. However, if option E (”Other”) is chosen on its own (i.e. A-D are not selected in combination with E) then the logic does not work. The question branching screen doesn’t show option E, so it seems like logic jumps are not available with the “Other” option is the only choice made.For Q3, logic jumps are unavailable for E, the “Other” option The map shows that it’s possible to go from Q3 to Q4, which I don’t want Am I doing something wrong? Last night I discovered that by clicking on the Edit link I could change the Meta tag, HOWEVER this morning when I went to do it , I got the message that I would have to upgrade my plan to do so…..even though I am the first to admit I am not software savvy, i am totally perplexed as to why the inconsistent message

I’m struggling with branched group questions. I have one question with 2 answers and each answer goes to a different group, all fine so far! However at the end of one group it follows onto the next group despite me setting up logic jumps. The logic jumps look correct in the logic map though, so unclear where I’ve gone wrong. Are there specific rules for the end of group questions returning to ungrouped questions please?

A friend of mine has started an online giftshop where you can buy things and send them to friends for their birthday, anniversary, etc. We are looking to create the following type of form...but I’m not sure where to start! Hi, I am making an optional question asking for people's names. If they fill out, I will reference their name in the next question. If they don't fill out (hit enter), I want to say “Nice meeting you stranger” in the next question. I have no problem executing the flow when they fill out their name, but i am lost with how to do it when they dont. Cant see a logic jump in case the name question is left blank. Does anybody have some good ideas? Thanks! 

Hi, I don’t appear to be able to select an email question? In fact the whole list of types of questions has seem to have shrunk. Has something changed or am I doing something wrong?

Hi everyone, I’m new to using Typeform. I noticed on the survey, the button to commence taking the survey on mobile appears at the bottom. Is there a way to adjust the button location? If so, can someone provide how to do it? I can’t figure it out for the life of me.  Thanks! Cal

so I am looking for a way to make a mashup of CYOA style stories and mad libs that then compiles the chosen options at the end, in a savable format, or at least one that can be sent to a printer for the user to print onto paper.The actual idea is to make a spell writing “game” where the user chooses from a set of, for example, ingredients and tools and correspondences and those choices are mad-libbed into a template that is their individual result. I have been looking for something that can do that without me reinventing a wheel. Could I do that with Typeform?

Hi everyone, I have an issue on a logic jump and I really don’t understand why. My typeform is basically a succession of yes/no question for a technical support. The logic jumps are quite basic : if yes, then problem solved, if no, go to the next question. The logic map is correct and shows the path that I want. But when I test it, it doesn’t follow the scheme. My problem is at question 11 : If yes, then problem solved. If no, go to question 6. The logic here is correct: But, when I perform the test, after question 11, if I select “No”, then it sends me to the ending screen. What I don’t understand is that this path do not exist, neither in the branching and calculation, nor in the map! Do you have an idea why it behaves like that? 

Hi community :-)We would like to build a kind of “friendly user group” or “customer advisory board” in a B2B environment and I am searching for a template where potential users could fill out specific information about themselves and their business. At the end this form should provide a “accept privacy rules” page. Does a similar template for this kind of forms exist? Because I do not know what I am doing inadvertently opened two more typeforms when I only need the one. I have maxed out on my Free Plan. Can they be deleted? How do I complete the draft form I created ie add the Welcome and and Ending. I am soooooo lost and hate that I cannot talk to a human

Hello!  I have an online store that sells a large number of different products.  I’m hoping to send a really simple survey out to customers who have placed orders to ask them for feedback on the specific products they have purchased.  Is there anyway to customize the survey so that it can be pre-loaded with the names of the products that specific customer has purchased so that they can just add a rating & comment without having to type the product name in themselves?  For example, can I link the survey to some kind of data input sheet, or is there a way to customise manually (I’m in test phase right now so only need to manage c. 20 surveys).  Thanks in advance!!

Hi, I’d like to offer my customers a pre order form so they can pre order plant starts ahead of my next pop up plant market—I tried doing this with an order form template but couldn’t find a way to remove the Stripe payments section from the ‘payment’ question. Hi there - I want to drip feed out a series of single survey questions via email as part of a training campaign (ballpark 50 emails over 50 days).I have no real preference on whether the Typeform question is embedded in the email, or whether there is a link in the email to the Typeform.But I really don’t want my recipients to have to input their name and/or email address for each survey question! Is there any way to achieve what I’m trying to do here? 

Does anyone know if it’s possible to add multiple video files to a screen?I’m using Classic and cannot find a way.

Hello !!I would like to add a phone number in the thank you screen of my survey, in case people want to contact us. But I don’t find the way to make this phone number clickable.I would like the respondent to be able to click on the phone number, and so, if he is using his cellphone to answer the survey, he just has to click on the number and it automatically dials.Do you know how to do this ?Thank you for your answer! Sophie

Hello,Someone kindly explained how some question items could be reversed once transferred to a Google Sheet ot excel spreadsheet but I have a question!Can you do reverse scoring (questions from 1-5 , but some of these have opposite scoring such as a 5=1, 2=4 etc) inside Typefrom using the scoring function?  What would be the easiest way to do this - thanks!
