Hi all! My name is Jessica and I’m creating a survey with 25 dropdown answers for each question. These 25 answers are the same for every question. Essentially, I’ve got 25 questions where I ask our employees to look at a baby picture and try to guess which employee it is. Ideally, I’d like to limit the responses to guessing a name only once. That is, they can’t use “Steve” as an answer for more than one question.Is this even possible?? Thanks in advance!

I’ve gotten to Question 9 on the survey I’m creating (14 questions total), and the form refuses to respond, won’t let me add another question. I’m brand new to Typeform. Am I doing something wrong?

I’m sorry if this information is out there, but I’m not exactly sure what I’m trying to do so hard to find the answer, lol.Right now, I’m using Typeform for my startup MVP. It’s a new type of dating solution that allows friends to make introductions for their friends. Right now, I have basic 3 forms that I link to each individual user’s profile. So basicaly, when I have a new user, I go into Typeform and I duplicate these three forms and rename them (Janet, Linda), then I go into Zapier and duplicate/relink my zaps,  and then I link them to the appropriate profile so that all responses that come back I know are associated with the name of the person’s profile. IS there a way to NOT duplicate all the forms but to still know who is using the form to “ make an introduction for Janet” versus “make an introduction for Linda???  Any way I can not end up with 25 typeforms at any time? Hi all,  just a quick question, I couldn't find a chat or call option to the helpdesk, so I am hoping someone else can help me out. I have some difficulties with my logic jump option ( I have a Pro account, so they should be in my package). Everytime I try to add a Logic Jump it is only possible to add one with the answer yes and the jump to be made to the next question… No pressing buttons anywhere helps me to change these options. Seeing as my Logic Jumps are all based on; if the answer is no then go to… this option is now useless and quite a hassle to rearrange my questions. Who can help me with this?

We want to do a question where each row is associated with a number that the respondents put in. Is there a way to do this?

I have a sales goal formula that I’d like to set up a form for my clients to work through the formula. I’d need to set the form up so as they work through the formula it calculates as it goes. Question 1: What’s your annual sales goal? For example $250,000Question 2: What is your average revenue per client? First calculation: sales goals divided by average revenue per client= total number of clients needed to hit your goal. Question 3: What is your closing ratio? Second calculation: total from first calculation divided by closing ratio = total number of leads to generate to hit goal. Question 4: how many weeks are you going to dedicate to hitting your goalThird calculation: number of leads to generate divided by # of working weeks= number of leads to generate per weekQuestion 5: how many days per week are you going to dedicate to hitting your goalFour calculation: number of leads to generate per week divided by working days  I’m at a loss on how to set up the logic. Is there no way to change the answer button & text colour to make them both separate? Just like you can do with the button/text colour.Thanks

I’m creating an application form and need my respondents to download a document as part of the form. I can see an option for them to upload but not to download. When I insert a hyperlink in the text to link out to my form it doesn’t seem to save. Any ideas? Thanks

Is there anyway to require a proper zip code the same as a proper phone or email is required?

I have upgraded my account to enable redirection on completion and it still does not work. What’s the point of upgrading if I still can’t use the feature?

I have four groups each of 11 questions that when calculated each have two outcomes. So putting these together will mean a responder result would be one of 16 possible results.I’m trying to figure out how to do this.A possible way is to do it via a decision tree logic….?I want to Add the scores from the first group of questions and then using logic direct responder to different question groups. e.g. If you score <6 on Questions 1-11 then go Group 2 if you score >5 then do Group 2a etc… This would then follow down a decsion tree.Any advice?Currently I’m just using the basic free version. 

Hi, I want to pass a hidden field (“hidden1”) to an embedded conversation, so I can use basically the same survey in different places on the website, but tweaked for it’s particular context. The code builder for the CUI doesn’t include that. Could I just add that in manually? Where would it go in this example? Hey guys - I’m trying to build a survey which asks the user to provide one to several names of brands they're familiar with, and then in a follow-up question(s) ask them to rate each of these inputs from 1-5 for satisfaction.Is there a way to easily ask a participant to list things and then rate each?  Cheers!

Hello community!I have tried to publish my Typeform just now, and can’t seem to be able to without upgrading the plan- saying that I need to since only 3 logic jumps are included in mine.Well, the thing is, I have counted the jumps many times over and gone through the form but I can’t find more than 3 jumps.Anyone can help me with this?Thanks

For some random reason the file upload question is not showing up on my Typeform. I’ve toggled  with the require / not require and it doesn’t make a difference.  I feel like this is a really simple fix but my un-caffenaited brain is not able to figure this one out… please help! & Thank You Community!
