Hey guys, I am very new here. I am wondering if there is any way to create and use multiple contact forms within a single Videoask flow? Ex: users have multiple splits in their journey and based upon the conditions of their answers I may want to email a certain segment a white paper, another group may prefer to sign up for a webinar, and a third may choose to complete a more extensive contact form. For the first two I only need their name and email, but for the third option i would need a few more additional pieces of info like address, and phone number and 1-3 other custom questions.Is this even possible?

I wish to use videoask for my research project.  To collect qualitative data through one to one questioning. Does the capture information include typed reposes as well as video responses to allow for a transcription on the questions?  And how is data managed and access ?  And do video ask have any ethical policies as well as GDPR ? has anyone else used this form of interview ffor research projects?

When selecting “Collect contact details on this step,” which Answer type should be selected? This is confusing, since the Select answer type dropdown doesn’t provide a “Contact” selection. Thanks for anyone that can help shed some light here. Not having luck with the help documents.

Hi - Help! Is there a way to score Open Ended (video only) response questions from within the Videoask application? I’m sure there’s a solution out here. Please see my use case below:  Use Case One-Way Video Interview Process: Process would include:User: Being asked 6 Open Ended Questions (One Way Interview) immediately followed by Completing 40 Multiple Choice Questions (as part of a Personality Assessment with scoring logic built into each question on the backend)  Would get to the end screen signifying completing of the interview process and closes window HR Rep:Provided with notification of Applicant Completion of Interview Process  Goes to Videoask application  Selects Applicant’s completed interview  Manual reviews each Open Ended (video only) response  Ideally: Scores each question with some scoring methodology

Hi! I want my users to be able to see the questions while they are recording their answers. It works on desktop (folks can see the overlay text), but on mobile, the question screen disappears and only the recorder screen is viewable. Is there any way to make the question visible on the recording screen? Thank you!

I’ve put together a quick demo similar to my videos.I don’t want the video to be cropped as there are important details near to the edges, so have used the Fit video option.Unfortunately having used the Fit video option, the Adjust video position isn’t available. This is how my video appears on a phone:  I would like all of the multiple choice options to be visible, but don’t want any of them to overlap the video.  This is how I’d like the video to appear: Any suggestions on how this could be achieved?

Following the instructions in VideoAsk’s help articles, it says that to collect contact information, I simply need to toggle this option on (simple,right?) But within the step, I see the toggle, but it will not allow me to toggle it on. What am I missing here? Is it only allowed for certain plans/subscriptions? Here is a video of what I’m referring to:  You may not be able to see/hear at the end, but I am clicking the toggle over and over, nothing is happening. 

I've started using videoask in the last couple of days and like the product.I've passed variables into a videoask and used them to append to url's associated with multiple choice selections.Something I'd really like to be able to do:From a single multiple choice selection   if custom_variable_1 is not "XXXX" use url_1/custom_variable_1   otherwise use url_2/custom_variable_2However, I can’t include variables in the logic. As an alternative, I’m considering simplifying to just one custom variable and passing in the whole url.However, when I try to set the Redirect URL just to custom_variable, I get the error:   This URL looks invalid

If there’s a videoask developer in the Community that may be able to help, please provide their username.I’m attempting to redirect quiz visitors to specific product results page based on answers to their VideoAsk. Ideally, I would be able to tag specific answers on different questions which would have conditional logic and redirect to specific product results page URL’s.For example, if a visitor answers; “Yes,” to the question that asks if they would like to lose 25 pounds or more then, I need to be able to display our weight loss product immediately after the quiz on our product results page. Additionally, if they also answer “Yes,” to another question, this would enable me to show both the weight loss product and another product on the product results page as well which would be a different URL that displays both products.We can easily create multiple product results pages that display one or more products, in which the visitor can be redirecte

I’m having a major problem now with the CTA buttons not appearing until long after the video is over. I have a 1 min video and the multiple choice responses are set to appear at 45 seconds, but they dont show up until the entire video is over. This is effecting our entire account and every video.

Hi guys, quick question again:Is it possible to have a Videoask step with two answers of which only one of the answers enables the request for the contact form and the other answer can be a “go back” link without triggering the contact form?Background is: for the step where I need to ask for the contact detail of the user it wouldn’t make any sense to add another step separately. Thanks in advance,Patrick

Hi. We sell various products and want to use a VideoAsk to introduce the client to the product. There will be a prompt to purchase. However, we do not use a virtual store. Instead, an admin needs to create a sale and connect it to a client on our system (Jane app).Therefore, I would like the button “Purchase x” open a for where we collect contact info (name, email, phone) as well as number of products requested and have it include pricing information. When submitted, we can then have the invoice created on the back end and collect from the client.How can we do this? Thank you!!

I couldn't find a good enough natural background to shoot my videos. I saw that there are videos of people whose background is a solid color (eg purple) how can this be done?

When viewers click on my videoask the video starts play with three button options that take you to a contact form. When you click on the button to access the contact form the video starts playing again. How do I stop it from playing again?

I see the multiple choice options. I would like two features:The ability to strictly control the minimum and maximum number of selections allowed (like I can in Typeform). Example: select your favorite colors (1-3): red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet The ability to have an “other” option, where the user can provide a short free-response text input (like I can in Typform)Please let me know if this is already possible and I just have not figured out how to do it.

What are the options for importing contacts into videoask?  

HI,While watching my video you can press a button to go and fill out a contact information form. The problem is that if you press the button to go to the contact form before the video has reached the end, you still hear the sound of the video even though you are already on the contact form screen and not on the video screen. Is there a way to solve the problem?
