It’s cool we can add icons from Noun project, videos from Pexels or images from Unsplash, but a GIFs integration via GIPHY or Tenor would be great!
Were any of you surprised when Mailchimp sold to Intuit for $12 billion (with a “B”) dollars? With an annual revenue of over $700 million dollars, Mailchimp built one of the most lovable B2B brands in the space. I sat down with Mark DiCristina to dig into what makes them so loved, and some lessons (and examples) for up and coming companies. Check out the interview here: Hope you enjoy.Paul If you want to watch more interviews like this, check out our Typeform presents...Meaningful series.
Hello Typeform Community! It's great to be here 😀 I'm a former Typeform employee and current operating partner at VC firm Seven Seven Six. I'm also a mamá, a wife, a friend, and a daughter who has to – much like you – juggle thousands of different tasks every week. @James told me about your Meaningful Mondays and I wanted to stop by and (re)share something I've started doing which has been helping me a lot – in the hope that it will help you a lot, too. It’s been just one week since I set my final quarterly goals of 2021. But these aren't company goals – these are my goals: they help me decide what is most important to me to focus on now so I can drop anything that doesn't help towards that. It's part of an approach towards sustainable decision making that I came up with based on my own experience living and losing at the fallacy that "you can have it all". I spoke about this earlier this year at Typeform's Meaningful event where I presented a way to find more balance in your life
Just wanted to shoutout the Typeform team for the lovely swag gift that arrived. Some fun stuff and a nice touch as a community member. That hat will definitely get used here in rainy Vancouver ☔️🧢 and as a musician, I’ve already taken a moment to play some music on the speaker.
Hep me!!! What do I do
This group has now been closed. Thanks to all who participated!Hello!I'm excited to say that we've recently introduced a set of new features to help you collaborate easier with your team. This means that you’ll be able to add comments, leave annotations and assign tasks to one another when you're logged into Typeform, all with our super simple in-app conversation panel. If you’d like to be part of the early user group and help us shape the future of this feature, all you need to do is register with this typeform.
Fall is here, and so is our August Community Roundup! @Gabriel ’s time off last month really must have suited him well because he’s entrusting this post again to me. We’ll see how long this lasts. August may have seemed quiet with many of us out on holiday, but it certainly wasn’t quiet in the Community! We had 782 new users last month, bringing us to a grand total of 7219 by the end of August. 939 posts were created by our users and 868 likes were given. Holy guacamole! That’s more than the 790 likes handed out in July. Nice work, all! 54,938 folks visited the Community - 17,959 of those being unique. Another increase from July! 84.03% of questions had an answer. Another win for August! If that didn’t blow your socks off, here are some other highlights from August: [HEAD START] How to create surveys that convert https://community.typeform.com/announcements-35/rewatch-the-webinar-head-start-how-to-write-effective-surveys-2644 Research experts Ali and Tzeying from Bellini Slushie
Hi,This is the first time I visited the community If I have to ask questions I’ll do it here community.typeform.com is a very good place
Happy spring folks! The sun has finally started to shine (for real) here in Barcelona - I'm therefore happy to confirm that I’m not intending to wear a jacket until November. Mind you, I'm from the rainy part of Spain so anything above 25 degrees celsius feels like summer to me. Catalans on the other hand are still wearing down jackets - that’s the way you can identify the ‘locals’ at this time of the year. If someone is wearing shorts in May at 25 degrees you know they are from Northern Europe and North America. Talking of this, did you know that our community colours represent the sun and light of Barcelona? This was a really cool idea by the chaps at Brand Studio (aka Typeform’s design team). The T and the F are our ‘official community logo’ and they are actually engaging in a conversation: April was our community month no. 3 - we launched on January the 26th, so I'm not counting January. towards our age Officially I consider April as the end of our ‘launch stage’. February -
Has anyone in this forum suffered from Typeform's deceptive strategy of not letting cancel the monthly plan, days before the end of the month as promised, to ensure in an abusive and cheating way that users have to pay an additional month? After consulting with support, they reply that they can effectively cancel your service, at the end of the month that they RENEWED you in an abusive way. Who else has suffered this abuse and how do they feel compelled to
I’ve watched a couple of videos on how to do this, but since going to the ‘new’ Typeform, I don’t think it’s the same process. I don’t see any of these options. How can I create different outcomes for a survey? Similar to the first way they show in this video: https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051791392
Hey all,We just dropped the Chris Walker episode. If you don’t know who he is, then it’s my pleasure to introduce him to you. Chris is what I’d call a next-level marketer, someone who has his fingers on the pulse of the market, is agile enough to respond accordingly, and is constantly looking for ways to innovate in the space. If you want to do great marketing, watch this episode and immediately follow him on LinkedIn, because he gives it all away there. Hope you all enjoy:
Hi Typeform Community,I noticed there was not an option to enable two factor authentication (2FA) for my Typeform account. My company has three users under the Typeform Premium plan. I have no security concerns with Typeform’s systems, but I think my users’ logins are vulnerable without 2FA. I strongly encourage or even require my colleagues to enable 2FA for every account they can, so I wanted to ask Typeform to consider adding 2FA as an account feature. Thanks! - John
I am new to Typeform and in love with it. So much so that it has raised the bar for other things I want to use for my web design business. I am looking at ‘Better Proposals’ at the moment for proposal writing, as this is equally stunning design-wise, but I’d love to know what the rest of you use for client management and any other tools. I was checking out Dubsado for a CRM tool but its aesthetics just left me cold after using Typeform. I want everything to look this nice now! Any suggestions? Thanks.
I have an old email address associated with my account that we keep getting notification emails sent to but don’t seem to be able to find where to remove it. Any help would be much appreciated...
Not sure why my Typeform is not just simply going to the next question in the order that I have set up for the form… if anyone could provide some guidance it would be greatly appreciated. Here is screen recording. Thank you in advance. https://www.loom.com/share/f58225e9e5a94eccbbf6e96ed3b00a2bForm:
Our website uses Typeform that ends with a Typeform integrated stripe checkout. Which affiliate and referral marketing platform you suggest that works best with such a solution or with Typeform overall?
Hi, I'm new to Typeform. How do I apply the same image (and image settings) to a few questions within the same question group?
Some thoughts after interviewing Daan Roosegaarde here in Rotterdam. Apologies in advance for the ramble (and noise): And here’s Daan’s Ted Talk I referenced: Enjoy the rest of your Monday, people.Paul
I was sent a link to Typeform to fill out a survey, but I had to create an account. So I did, but I can’t find the survey I’m supposed to fill out. The only thing I can do is create my own Typeform, which I don’t need to do. Where is my survey hiding??
IN a dropdown question is it possible for respondents to pick more than one option as a response?
When you add the payment on your account , the next payment it is automatically or it has to be manually ?
Hello, I’m creating a 2 year job training program for new graduates in the chiropractic field and would like gauge interest in by sending a survey to students and recent graduates, however, I have no idea what the most effective way to do this will be. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations for ways to do this?-Mike

Happy August everyone! July was a huge month for us, not just because it’s summer or because the community was active, but because I celebrated a birthday. That’s all that really matters. JUST kidding. Since @Gabriel is finally taking a holiday, I’m chiming in to give you all the roundup of July. I’ll try my best not to poke fun at @Gabriel since he’s away and can’t defend himself. We had 767 new members join last month - woot! We’re currently at a total of 6,566 creators. 1068 conversations were started by our members and 790 likes were handed out. 51,545 visitors stopped by the community - 15,561 of those unique views. 75.70% of questions had an answer - yay! Here are some of the highlights from last month: The latest in the Workspace Invaders series is a real cracker. @Mirandaparr spoke with @Joey from Carefree about how they are using Typeform and other no code tools to help provide free breaks for full-time carers. It's an incredible cause and a very innovative solut
