Using ActiveCampaign for Send to multiple people (and use merge tags)

I use ActiveCampaign as an email tool and want to make my follow-up more efficient with VideoAsk.This is the html code I inserted after true.#contact_name=%FIRSTNAME%&contact_email=%EMAIL%These are the variables I can use in AC First name= %FIRSTNAME%Email= %EMAIL% Instructions for Mailchimp can be found here.https://www.videoask.com/help/sharing/360047556311-send-a-videoask-from-your-own-email-or-marketing-toolI adapted this for ActiveCampaign, unfortunately without success.Can anyone help here?

custom domain issue

Using VideoAsk for digital identity verification

Hi all 👋 Hope everyone is having a great week so far.I just wanted to share another use for VideoAsk that may be useful to others.I am a co-founder of a recruitment company and since the pandemic, digital identity verification has become commonplace.As part of the compliance process to verify a candidate’s identity - you need to conduct a video interview to ensure that they match the copy of their photo ID.We’ve now started using a 1 question VideoAsk to enable candidates to provide that verification in an asynchronous solo interview.This has freed up hours per week from a compliance point of view!Hope this helps! 🤙

Overlay text of only one slide didnt appear on certain smartphones

Hi all,I recently created a questionnaire with VideoAsk and im currently struggling with a strange problem I can’t see the cause :For the second slide of my questionnaire, the overlay text dont appear on the smartphone of my coworker (he have a iPhone), but strangly, it appear correctly on my smartphone (I have a Samsung), and more strange, this problem only appear for this second slide, all others slide have no problem and overlay text appear correctly on his phone.So im thinking about what can cause this problem ? And why only one slide have it and not the others ? Maybe someone have walk into the same kind of issues one day ? Post in Miro

Hi. I want to post my Video Ask into Miro using the iFrame. It posts on the Miro board, I can watch the first video, but the buttons in the Video Ask don’t work, which means I can’t go to the next video. Has anyone had this same problem?

Feature request: unique invitation links that can only be used once

I’m looking for a way within VideoAsk to invite people to answer a VA with a unique invitation link, that they can only use once.So the idea is that we only have to record the VA once, but instead of sharing the general VA link we create unique links to share with specific people that expire once they completed it (to prevent that people can submit it twice).This way we won’t have to duplicate the VA - and all responses come in in the same place.This would be interesting for use cases like those below:Tests (exams) Applications Payed services, for example like Cameo

How to share and embed your videoask, in mobile format only?

Hello everyone, I've been working with VideoAsk for a while now, and I'm using it to allow me to redirect a target of young people to our association website. Currently, 90% of our users are on mobile, so I would like to be able to share these videos and integrate them only in mobile version on my tools and presentations.Is there a solution that would guarantee me to share it only in this format, even when the video is played on a computer ?

Allow others to make a videoask?

I am trying to use video ask as a tool for entrepreneurs to ask a question of a network of advisors in a secure environment. As such, I have built out the workflow, but and now I want to be able to give access to entrepreneurs to create a videoask using my template and then I will share it with my network. Does anyone have suggestions about how I can accomplish this?

Sharing my VideoAsk template with others

I’m trying to figure out how to create a workflow for an entrepreneurial community to ask questions/state challenges to a network of advisors and then have the advisors respond with their willingness to help and provide a date/time they would be willing to jump on a call. How do I create a workflow that would allow entrepreneurs to record their own video ask and submit to me? Once it is created and submitted, I will select five advisors to receive and respond to the video ask by agreeing to provide advising and suggesting a time and date. I will then facilitate the meeting and set up the time/dateHow do I create this workflow? I built something, but I’m not sure if it is going to work.

Suggestion: VideoAsk Contacts 'CRM'?

Hi all 👋I have been using VideoAsk for a few months now and it has quick become my favourite tool to use for both my day job as a recruiter and my side hustle as a web designer. From a recruiter point of view, I wondered if it would be possible to expand on the Contacts section of the app - to be able to add contacts directly, rather than someone having to interact with a VideoAsk first?For example at the moment, I create a VideoAsk for each candidate I interact with to introduce myself, them for applying and to offer the opportunity for them to ask any questions they might have before moving on to the next stage of the hiring process. (As a recruitment agency we pre-screen candidates to then pass on to the hiring manager for actual screening).Most candidates will not interact with the VideoAsk to the point of them needing to submit details which will then add them into my ‘Contacts’. This means that if I was then to want to send another VideoAsk, I would have to create a fresh one an
