Share your videoask

My thumbnail isn’t showing when I copy and paste the link. I’ve tried everything and it’s not working already for 6 days. Please can you help as I can’t do anything right now with the generic thumbnail. It’s a big part of my work and it makes me really nervous. Thanks 

Hi there,Is it possible to copy or share a VideoAsk project from one account to another?I know it's possible to invite someone to a team so they can edit the project, but in this case, I’d like to transfer my current VideoAsk project to a different account.Alternatively, is it possible to export the current project and import it into another account?Note: It’s not about sharing the VideoAsk video results with a user, but rather about sharing the entire project map.Thank you!

Hello,I am writing regarding the issue I'm facing while attempting to download my entire VideoAsk. I have recorded questions, received answers, on the platform. However, every time I try to download, I encounter a problem. The available options seem to download either:- One individual video- All of my videos (questions)- All of the other person's videos (results)What I actually want is to have a single, continuous video that includes everything - all the videos, questions, and answers - in the correct order as they appear on the website. This is how the concept was presented to me. Unfortunately, I believe there must be a solution to this problem, but I haven't been able to find it myself. If someone could kindly provide me with some guidance or pointers, I would greatly appreciate it. For reference I have the premium VideoAsk paying option.

Hi VideoAsk fans - we installed VideoAsk on our landing page but almost everyone starts the process and bails out before completing the form (see: www.topmesotheliomaverdicts.com ).Is our form too long?Maybe we should just ask for name & contact info, without going deeper?Thanks,Dave 

Hi there! Is there any possibility to customize the VideoAsk URL entirely? I mean not only adding a variable(s) behind the URL, but completely custom them.I have seen the video on “How to fully customize your videoask URL”, but is there another way, since I’m a third party and have no access to their backend or subdomain. Thank you! 

Hello everyone,I'm embedding a VideoAsk widget on my website, but I'm running into issues with customizing the button layout. Specifically, I want to distribute the buttons evenly across the entire video area instead of having them all clustered at the bottom with a scrollbar. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can distribute the buttons evenly over the entire video area? Hey,We setup a custom Domain for a brand, if there is the videoask-slug behind the slash it works fine.According to https://www.videoask.com/help/branding/360046795732-how-to-set-up-a-custom-domain-in-videoask#h_01FXSREA77HZK43SYV4GHVJPDZ:~:text=https%3A//whatever.mydomain.com)%20will%20automatically%20redirect%20to%20your%20brand%27s%20redirect%20URL. It should redirect to the brands “redirect url” but it doesnt, instead it links to videoask.comThe Issue is in different brands. Anyone an idea ?

I’ve sent out a ton of videoask links for job applicants and I’m getting a ton of people saying the app freezes or the video freezes.  Anybody else have this issue?  If so, is there a fix?

I thought I’d get some abandonment, but it seems I get more than those that submit their info. In my video, I clearly say, I cannot answer their questions or send them info unless they share their info. Does anyone have examples of a high rate of response video? 

Overlay text works perfectly when I test it in the build mode and even in Preview mode. But it does not come up in the live videoask.I am on the “start” plan, Could that be the issue?

When i select a option in our embedded videoask on a page in our app. It auto jumps to fullscreen. That's something i don't want. The best is to keep it inside the border (so not fullscreen). Is there a way to fix that.   

I am using videoask as a way to interact with people in keynotes.  I would like to “reply to many” with an additional videoask…  When I tried this, everyone had to retype their personal information.  Is there a way I can reply to many with a videoask where they do not need to re-enter their details? Thanks.

I’m looking for a way within VideoAsk to invite people to answer a VA with a unique invitation link, that they can only use once.So the idea is that we only have to record the VA once, but instead of sharing the general VA link we create unique links to share with specific people that expire once they completed it (to prevent that people can submit it twice).This way we won’t have to duplicate the VA - and all responses come in in the same place.This would be interesting for use cases like those below:Tests (exams) Applications Payed services, for example like Cameo

Hi, We are using videoask to collect video testionials from our users but our flow is different and we do not need our user to enter an personal details nor is he required to log in inorder to provide his testimnial.while working with the AI it seems that loggin in is a must in order to provide a testimanial - does it make sense? can you please direct me to the part in teh documintation which bypasses the requirement of videoask repsonders to any type of of a loggin please

finding it really strange Ive had 685 clicks to video ask plenty interaction but not one person has left details ! even with a offer for discount after they complete 3 questions. Does anyone have some Ideas of how I can improve these bad results ??  

Hi,We have a VideoAsk that’s 5 blocks (20 pages) and is around 20 minutes long. One of our clients has been logged out after finishing the 4th block/video and then they’re taken to the ending screen. They haven’t been able to view that 5th video yet.  Just wondering if anyone else had a similar problem or if there’s any reason this could be happening? Thanks!

Hello, what can I do if my answer icons ( video audio and text) are right on top of my video - I´d like them to be at the bottom of the screen

We use this functionality with Typeform and assumed the same functionality would work for VideoAsk, but it doesn’t seem to work quite the same. We created all the variable fields we need on the VA side, but that only seems to work if I’m sharing the VA link directly with the variables with theURL. 

I really want to know how many times the videoask has been displayed before somebody land it? I can not find the related data in my website, and I would like to know if videoask has this data?

Hi Can I invite candidates in bulk?

I have a VideoAsk that has a “Video of the Week”, and then after that step, the can go to the ‘Archive’ and watch old Videos of the Week.  Sometimes, I’d like to send my customer one of the old (‘archived’) Videos of the Week because it directly answers a question they have. Right now they have to go through the first, irrelevant video to get to the important video, which they then have to find by title.  How can I just send them a link to the specific video I want them to see?Any suggested workflows? Am I right that a direct URL is not possible?

I see how transcript from responses are accessed, but there’s no way to access a transcript for the initial post. Is this how VideoAsk is supposed to work? Or am I missing something?
