URL to a specific VideoAsk step?

I have a VideoAsk that has a “Video of the Week”, and then after that step, the can go to the ‘Archive’ and watch old Videos of the Week. Sometimes, I’d like to send my customer one of the old (‘archived’) Videos of the Week because it directly answers a question they have. Right now they have to go through the first, irrelevant video to get to the important video, which they then have to find by title. How can I just send them a link to the specific video I want them to see?Any suggested workflows? Am I right that a direct URL is not possible?

Can a transcript of an original video posted (not a response) be accessed?

I see how transcript from responses are accessed, but there’s no way to access a transcript for the initial post. Is this how VideoAsk is supposed to work? Or am I missing something?

Videoask Widget is overlaid with next Videoask Widget -how to dismiss first?

I have added a Videoask widget to the bottom of my page - the little circular one that pops out from the corner of the page. Then I added one on the next page. And the next. I did a little code to embed a page number in each, so I know which page people were on when they send me the customer service request. The problem is this: As a person works down the page menu on the side of my site, the first widget doesn’t disappear. It stays. On the next page, the second widget just appears over it. Then the third on the third page, etc. It doesn’t visually look like a problem since they’re all the same size and shape, but my concern with this is the following: If someone hits the minus sign to dismiss one, the others are still there (you’d have to hit the minus sign several times to get rid of them all) then the person might click the one from 2 or 3 pages ago, and my automated customer service process will not reflect the correct page/question that the customer was asking about. Creating a one-time Videoask sharing link

Hi Videoask community, Is it possible to send one-time Videoask URLs to recipients? I have a specific use-case where I only want my customers to be able to access a Videoask once, without the ability to share it with others.I have resorted to manually changing the password on a set date, but this obviously isn’t practical, nor logical. Screen jumps straight down to videoask

Hi, could someone help? I’ve embedded a videoask as an iframe half way down my website homepage. Unfortunately, when this page loads it’ll jump straight down to the videoask and miss out all the info above. It does this with all iframe embedding on desktop but never on mobile. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

Hello - New Contacts Not Being Displayed But Shows as Part of the Total Contacts (on top)

Hello All, We are new to VA. It appears to allow us to add a New Contact but the New Contact is not being displayed. On top it shows a total of 10 Contacts but only 6 are displayed. I cannot seem to find a solution in the self-help or community forum. Thanks so much. rey

Bom dia. Eu gostaria de inserir alguns vídeos, utilizando o Typeform, na página de produto de um ecommerce, ou seja, como se fosse uma foto, mas na verdade é um vídeo. Basicamente, quando a pessoa acessar um produto específico, ter uma miniatura com o vídeo e se ela der play, irá passar um vídeo falando do produto. Sem que a pessoa precise responder nada, apenas passa o vídeo. É possível? Google translate: I would like to insert some videos, using Typeform, on the product page of an ecommerce, that is, as if it were a photo, but in fact it is a video. Basically, when a person accesses a specific product, has a thumbnail with the video and if they press play, a video will show talking about the product. Without the person having to answer anything, they just play the video. It's possible?

Need help on audio response to a videoask survey

I am trying to respond to a videoask survey. I can record video but there is no audio. My mic is on and the equipment showing in settings is correct. Something is mentioned in the video from the survey taker about choosing from the options below but there are no options showing. The survey taker support says something about making sure their mic is on as well as mine but there is no option to turn their mic on. My system is android. Help!

Videoask Feature Request: Show sender's name when using the reply by audio option

When I choose to reply to a sender by AUDIO, the full screen audio recorder covers and does not show the name of the sender. It would be nice to have the name visible so I can refer to it in my reply rather than have to write it down or memorize the name — particularly helpful when replying to a lot of people.When I choose to reply by VIDEO, the sender’s name remains visible — which is great, let’s do the same with AUDIO.Thank you.

Audio Broken on all videos

When I click play, the video plays with no sound and the play button is still on the screen with the video playing. I have to click play twice for the sound to work but when I click play the second time the video starts over from the beginning. This is only happening on mobile

Audio Broken today (4/20/2023)

All my videosasks have no audio when I view them on mobile, but when I view on desktop everything works fine. Is there an outage or glitch thats causing this? Ive tried multiple phones and browsers on mobile and all are having the same problem (no audio on the videos).
