Typeform conversations

Although I have integrated Typeform with my Intercom messenger, when I try to load it on the Intercom Inbox I get an error message. I am attaching a screenshot below for reference.  

I have a huge problem with Typeform and the integration with MailChimp. When I try to connect a MailChimp Account I always read this message: "We didn’t find any Mailchimp Lists (just tumbleweed) Make sure you’ve created a Mailchimp list—so the emails you collect in your typeform have somewhere to go" I have tried with some account and I can't (many of these account I have just integrated in the past on Typeform). For sure I have lists in MailChimp with email. Also I have "required" email in my Typeform. How can fix it? Thank you

Hi I am trying to create a voting survey. Is there a way to create a survey where people can only vote once It is for an awards night   

In the share typeform section, under the copy a link part if I click the mail button it autogenerates the link in an e-mail to send out, but when I sent it out the link doesn’t work. When I right click the link and edit the hyperlink it looks like it shows typeformcom instead of typeform.com. Are the developers aware of this?

Hi, I know this isn’t the helpdesk, but they are offline. Respondents to my survey can’t currently submit. Has anyone else had this issue? What do I do?  

I have questions in my typeform that is in bold text.  The typform is also integrated with Slack. Initially when we received responses the questions text came through bold, but now the question text is not longer coming into Slack bold and it is making the questions / answers difficult to quickly scan through.  I checked the typform and the questions are bold in the form.  I even unbold / rebold them and republished the form, no resolution. Any idea what’s happening through transmission to Slack all of a sudden?

Hi!we want to use embedded Typeform Chat on our page , so that the user is able to interact across multiple pages - ie. he starts to chat on the landing page, answers some questions, clicks to a subpage, but the chat resumes again on the same position where he was on the previous page. I know that Typeform keeps the answers, but currently it rolls back to beginning, when the users clicks on another page where he started.Is there any way to set up the embed to that it retains the position when moving across pages?Thank you!

Can anyone please help me. I’ve previously been using the classic design but now my typeforms have automatically updated to the new format.I now no longer have my the email button to turn on all the answers from my form to be sent to my email address.I’ve been searching for ages and still can’t find anywhere in which I can turn these on. Hi there - I am designing a questionnaire with multiple choice questions in it. WantE.g. Choose which fruit you eat:Banana Apple I don’t eat either of these I would like people to be able to select both “banana” and “apple”, if they like, but it doesn’t make sense if they select “apple” and “I don’t eat any of these”. Is there a way os using logic that I can specify that if “I don’t eat any of these” is the answer, then no other selections are permitted?Thanks! 

Hello,Following my last post, i’ve written some functions in Python that generate a test form-response from a supplied form_id. This form response has a random set of valid answers and so simulates a user taking a survey. I’m quite pleased with how this has turned out and we’ll start using this as part of our CI/CD process which should allow our team to have faster form iterations while ensuring our python backend ETL processes don’t break.Currently this functionality isn’t available in the API or Admin, and I think it’s generally quite useful for testing webhooks and integrations so I wondered about building it into a publicly available library and wanted to discuss that...I notice there’s the official Typeform package in PyPi, and wondered whether it would be good to integrate any functionality I have into there? I suspect the answer is probably no since that would require QA checks from the typeform team and right now that library has a well defined purpose and corresponding functio

Hi there, I’m loving typeforms. I’m using it to get applicant information for free coding classes that my charity is offering. We can only allow certain applicants to apply based on their income applicants so the logic jumps are really helping. However I am having issues with the response limit feature. It seems to work sometimes and not at others. Each class only has so many spots but the form occasionally allows more than the number of applicants to apply than I set so we keep getting oversubscribed. I was wondering if this was a common problem or if there is something that causes this. Right now I am having to carefully track when forms reach their response limit as it’s so hit or miss as to whether it will work, i am looking at a form right now that is limited to 13 responses, it has 13 responses but I can still access it through my website. Please help!Theories/ ContextI am wondering if it’s because I occasionally go in and delete responses as some parents sign up their child more

I’ve been using Typeform as a premium user for over over 7 years and everything is good but i need a bit more flexibility. One of our forms uses Picture Choice for colour swatches.(Background Info: The Form acts like a Sample Request. The customer selects the colour and pay for sample. But not every colour is available for us to post out as we have stock deliveries of samples. So That is why we need to manage this, some weeks we have none of 1 colour and sometimes we do. Taking payments for items not in stock is not even fair for the customer)Because some colours are not in stock, we don’t want the user to select this colour. But to continually change add / remove items from a picture choice that has over 200 options is not a feasible task. It is very time consuming.The only way I can think of is adding JQuery on the page that it is embeded on and use Jquery to Find the picture classes and add an ID for which i can add the CSS on the page. The JQuery works but does not work on this emb

Hi Hive mindOn surveymonkey you have an option to have a matrix which utilses dropdowns in the columns.  Can I do similar in typeform? Also how can i add an “other” option, i.e. a comment box to a question?  Is this possible? Thanks 

I have designed a typeform that helps my customers determine what discounts they are entitled to, and then sends them to the correct landing page to purchase a service at a particular price, and reports when the form has been completed by sending an email to me. I duplicated this form and assigned different names to each duplicate form, published each duplicate and created a separate link for it. I provided each unique, separate link to one of my sales reps so that when a customer completes the typeform, I would know which sales rep was responsible for getting the customer to complete the form. PROBLEM:  ALL of the responses I receive in my email inbox are labeled with the name of the original form, rather than with the name of the individual to whom I assigned the duplicate form link.  It appears that the only way I can know which link the customer clicked on to go to the form (i.e. who did the referring, so I can reward them) is to manually check the Workspaces site, see the results

Hi,I’ve used simple logic to create some outcomes.  When I selected the question answer options to create an outcome ending (lets call it ‘outcome A’) I did not have to select all the exact questions answers to get that Outcome A.   So the question is how do I ensure someone will not get outcome A unless the select the exact questions answers I have set as criteria? Does that make sense?   Thanks for any help. Best, Rhys

I am trying to create a two-step question where the options in Question 2 will be dependent on the answer in question 1. HOWEVER, I can only use TWO fields since I need to map the answers to TWO salesforce fieldsFor example:Q1. Who do you work for?Company A Company BQ2. What is your nameIf Company A = Bill If Company A = Bob If Company B = Jim If Company B = DaveThe output (going to salesforce) should always be 2 questions, each with 1 answer - who do you work for and the nameI know I can use branching - but that requires 2 versions of Q2 - one for Company A and one for Company B - which I then cannot map to SFDC since I can only map one typeform field to one salesforce field. Is there a workaround?ThanksWlater

how can I delete the results from my typerform and start from 0? Until now I have been doing tests and I need to delete the data so that it does not mix with those of the people who start answering now through my landing page. Thanks

Is there a way to stop the chat interface from truncating the content of a typeform? I am not sure when this feature was introduced, as we used to see the full content of each question or statement and lay each one out nicely. Now, Typeform auto-truncates, remocving spacing between new lines, which looks awkward, and potentially hiding important information from the user, who now needs to click on the ‘show more’ prompt.Appreciate any help on this. Cheers! 

We have paid but it isn’t reflected. We had the free and then paid and got access to everything then it reverts back to free. We have already started using the form so this is affecting the number of our customers that can fill it out!!
