The event tracking to Meta Pixel is no longer working, and we have also noticed that the Facebook Pixel integration has been removed from the VideoAsk interface. As a result, we are unable to verify or monitor the integration status.
I’m using VideoAsk to collect short job promotion videos from individual agencies.Each agency will submit a video response for a specific job opening, and I need each individual video response to include or connect to that specific job’s direct link.In other words, I don’t want one general link attached to the whole VideoAsk. I need Response A to connect to Job Link A, Response B to connect to Job Link B, Response C to connect to Job Link C, and so on.Is there a way to have each respondent submit their unique job link and then have that link stay attached to their individual video response when I share or embed it?Basically, I need every individual response video to have its own correct, unique job link connected to it.What’s the best way to do this in VideoAsk?
I’d like to host a game show style trivia contest via Video Ask, 12 questions, multiple choice and curated via video. I’d like to limit the amount of time the user has to lock in their final answers to each question, if possible. Upon completion of the 12 questions, I’d like the user to learn how many questions they answered correctly but without revealing which questions exactly they answered correctly (i.e. 8 out of 12). I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do this, can you please help?
Hi VideoAsk/Typeform team:We understand that Typeform is WCAG 2.1, Level AA compliant and that you also offer an accessibility checker. Given that we use VideoAsk as both a standalone platform and embed VideoAsk in our Typeforms, we would like to know whether or not VideoAsk shares the same WCAG compliance.We were recently informed that one of our VideoAsks failed to work with JAWS screen reader, so we would like to understand the inherent limitations and workarounds.Thank you!

I have a very important question regarding Video Ask before paying a Plan.Is it possible to create videos interaction with buttons for at list 7 different videos?The idea is to have 7 videos with 3 buttons each and every button goes to another video. Hi everyone,We’re currently integrating our application with VideoAsk and have followed the documentation closely, but we’re consistently running into 400 errors during the OAuth flow.Here’s what we’ve confirmed:All credentials are correct Webhooks are working as expected Our implementation aligns with the documentationOur use case:We want to allow service providers to connect their VideoAsk account to our platform and embed VideoAsk into their campaigns, so that service requesters can respond via VideoAsk within that flow.The issue:No matter how we configure OAuth, we receive 400 errors.Before we continue troubleshooting, we wanted to ask:Is this type of multi-user / platform-based OAuth integration supported by VideoAsk? Has anyone successfully implemented a similar use case? I’ve used VideoAsk for about a year now. I love the service, but with a recent form I am collecting 3-4x’s more anonymous responses to ones that actually fill it out! So I have a decent amount of people clicking to find out more info, but then leaving and I’m left with absolutely NO information.I’ve tried collecting info up front and on the back end through an EventBrite form. But with both ways, I just keep racking up a bunch of useless Anonymous clicks. So I’m left feeling like I’m losing ¾ of my interested people somewhere in the process. Any ideas and feedback would be MUCH appreciated!Here’s the link:
Last year, we built 2 VideoAsk ‘apps’ (one for summer only and one for year round classes). After they were built, we ran through a relatively simple process that created the google sheets to receive the VideoAsk responses. We built google app script to sort, clean, and order the 154 possible responses (per app ‘session’) so we could make the responses actionable for our staff.We turned the summer app off at the end of summer and left the year round app continue - it’s still working today. When we turned on the Summer app again this year, it will no longer connect to google sheets… we have to go through Zapier now and that has NOT been useful. We attempted creating a new sheet and workbook but nothing has worked to date. We have tried to use Zapier, using the documentation about moving ‘special variables’, but it does not work. And, Zapier doesn’t appear to be able to read the 154 questions for me to create 154 special variables. I can not find documentation to explain a way to simply
The customers when recording a video the AUDIO is dead. https://www.truelatch.com/pages/contact I guess the big “contact support” button that we’re told to click on does nothing we have to get the support here. Does anyone know why my customers when they record a video of their fence gate, no audio is coming thru. I hate wasting their time. I’ll have to delete this software if we can’t get this figured out.
I contacted support four days ago and nothing. I am testing the platform. We watched the video and entered our contact information but the test email did not show up in the interactions area for Videoask. We have used this test email several times.Would that prevent Videoask from recording the interaction with this test email.Does anyone know the answer? I am really disappointed I can’t get any help from Typeform.
I’m getting email notifications every time someone starts a Videoask and inputs their contact details. I only want to get email notifications when someone completes the whole thing successfully. How do I do this?

I plan to use VideoAsk at an in person conference to collect real time testimonials on iPads set up on tripods. I was able to build the flow to have redirect to the beginning and have a get started sync to work for our use case. But when I go to test recording on my iPhone, I’m seeing this image after pressing ‘Record your answer’. I then have to press the red button to open the native camera, press another red button to record, press stop, press use video, and then select yes that I’m ready to send. This is an arduous, not ideal user experience. And users can’t see the countdown timer. Is this fixable? Thanks!

Can someone please respond to my email regarding billing for VideoAsk?My initial inquiry was replied to by an agent named Precious asking why I was cancelling. I listed all the reasons, and then - silence. It’s been weeks and no reply. I have replied 5+ times and no response. Now today, I get a bounce back saying the support email address is no longer active for Videoask, yet when you login to the website and click support button it just links to the obsolete email address.If you’re no longer supporting this product, please be forthright about it. I wish I never signed up.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with text answers in VideoAskWhen respondents click into the text answer field in the VideoAsk and start typing, pressing the spacebar does not always insert a space as expected.Instead, the space bar appears to control the video (play/pause or record), as if focus has shifted back to the video area rather than staying in the text field. This issue is new and wasn't happening before, the space bar used to work correctly for typing spaces in this exact same VideoAsk Steps to reproduce:Open any VideoAsk that includes an open-ended text answer field. Click the button or option that advances to the open-ended text question. Start typing your answer in the text field. When you press the space bar while typing, instead of inserting a space between words, the video stops or plays (as if the space bar is controlling the video), so normal typing with spaces is not possible.
