Hi all,Question for you all. Is it possible to create a VideoAsk and embed it directly to a LinkedIn post so that I can give the same ‘questionnaire’ to all people who see the post? ThanksNick

My VideoAsk has two questions – only the second records responsesI open the videoask link in an incognito window I answer the first question I am taken to the next question I answer the next question I see the “thanks!” screen I log in to videoask admin I navigate to the “Results” page of my video ask I see 0 responses for the first question, and 4 responses for the second. I expect to see 4 responses for both. Any ideas?

@andrew_videoask Is it possible to add both a transparent pause icon to the center of each videoask while playing and instead of a transparent PLAY icon at the end of each videoask….a REPLAY icon instead?I’ve had a number of people go thru my videoask and they didn’t realize they could pause the video while playing (they wanted to take notes) and they also wanted to replay the video at the end to see it again. However, it’s not intuitive without a transparent PAUSE icon during the video and a transparent REPLAY icon at the end of the video, instead of the PLAY icon. I am attempting to have my video editor add a transparent pause button to the center of the video as well as a replay circle that appears at the end of each video embedded in the default play icon at the end of each video.If this isn’t available Andrew, would be great if you could suggest this to the dev team.  Thank you!

Hi guys and girls,Can anyone help me with the calendar feature please?There are two issues which i need to resolve.Appearance Using without linking to a another appointment appThe calendar says “sample meeting” in the top section but i am using the calendar for “appointment booking” not meetings  is there any way to remove or change the sample meeting message secondly I don’t need to link the calendar to any other apppointment app as long as the time and date information is available within the dashboard when reviewing the interactions.Thanking everyone in anticipation  Andy

Hi can anyone advise me which is likely to be the most suitable calendar app given the following criteria / requirements.The possible options are Oncehub, Calenderly,  Hubspot and Acuity and the requirements are….Free, simple to link with videoask, Allows for a high number of calendar bookings within a free plan and very importantly, allows for appearance customisation in videoask .i.e. replaces the sample booking message ThanksAndy

I’m able to embed question video without the answer by adding the ?justvideo variable, but how do I change the question video to display a different question (ex instead of the first question, display second or third or fourth)?

Hello,About a year ago I remember being able to access and download the raw video recording from your site. This feature was useful to us as some videos don't come in as crisp as others. Will this feature ever come back?

I love the ability to get live updates to answers in Google sheets.  My question is whether it can capture ongoing conversations as they happen.  For example. I use a VA to get some information. I then send a video to that original respondant. Can my response be captured automatically?And if that person responds again, can it be captured? In my test it only captured the original respons.

Hi Since May 3rd, I’m not getting any webhooks sent I have my api as well as a webhook logging service, and none of them have been receiving webhooks now for two weeks.They show as being sent on the videoask dashboard, but are not sent at all. The dashboard shows a 200 response, but neither my API, or webhookrelay is receiving anything

Greeting from Atlanta, GA! So here’s the issue - I like to record live instead of uploading a previously recorded video.  When I access the video recording in the workflow, I’m not able to change the default camera on my MacBook Pro (the FaceTime Camera) to an external camera, in my case a Mevo camera connected via USB.However, when I sent a video question to support, there were setting controls that allow me to select the camera and audio device I wanted to use.  I’m not seeing this same feature when creating video inside a workflow.  Am I missing it?  Is this not an option for live recordings? Thanks for any help!

When I choose to reply to a sender by AUDIO, the full screen audio recorder covers and does not show the name of the sender. It would be nice to have the name visible so I can refer to it in my reply rather than have to write it down or memorize the name — particularly helpful when replying to a lot of people.When I choose to reply by VIDEO, the sender’s name remains visible — which is great, let’s do the same with AUDIO.Thank you.  

Hello,I did exactly what is described in the article on Google Analytics; namely, 1. Linked my Google Tag Manager account, 2. Linked my Google Analytics 4, but still didn't see any of the four recommended events in Google Analytics 4.I’m confident I am linking my account correctly.What am I missing? this may be a very silly question but from all my searching both here and in the documentation I cant find an answer, I’m taking the json from a webhook and doing some processing of it, ideally I can get the time that a user started filling out the feedback form and the time they finishedby the looks of things the “x.contact.created_at” path will tell me when the survey was opened but I have no clue what would cause an “update”/ change the “updated_at” value. Everything I can find shows how to manually update a contact but these forms are just feedback forms. According to the documentation:“Contacts get created on each page load of the videoask. All the answers in the session will get associated with the same contact. However, if the person refreshes the page and answers the same videoask multiple times, then different contacts will be created.”so I don’t understand how with no manual input from the author a contact could be updatedlike I said this is probably a very silly question and

Hey guys, I am very new here. I am wondering if there is any way to create and use multiple contact forms within a single Videoask flow? Ex: users have multiple splits in their journey and based upon the conditions of their answers I may want to email a certain segment a white paper, another group may prefer to sign up for a webinar, and a third may choose to complete a more extensive contact form. For the first two I only need their name and email, but for the third option i would need a few more additional pieces of info like address, and phone number and 1-3 other custom questions.Is this even possible?

I wish to use videoask for my research project.  To collect qualitative data through one to one questioning. Does the capture information include typed reposes as well as video responses to allow for a transcription on the questions?  And how is data managed and access ?  And do video ask have any ethical policies as well as GDPR ? has anyone else used this form of interview ffor research projects?

When selecting “Collect contact details on this step,” which Answer type should be selected? This is confusing, since the Select answer type dropdown doesn’t provide a “Contact” selection. Thanks for anyone that can help shed some light here. Not having luck with the help documents.

Hi - Help! Is there a way to score Open Ended (video only) response questions from within the Videoask application? I’m sure there’s a solution out here. Hi! I want my users to be able to see the questions while they are recording their answers. It works on desktop (folks can see the overlay text), but on mobile, the question screen disappears and only the recorder screen is viewable. Is there any way to make the question visible on the recording screen? Thank you!
