Can I set different timings for individual buttons rather than all at once? I need to add a "back button" because it's not a default feature in VideoAsk.

Hi,I created a Videoask flow and at first moment, the videos are being displayed correctly. But after checking them out on Safari, all the videos end up having zero length.Unfortunately, I discovered this after the fact and I have so many candidates to interview but they saw nothing from the videos. Is there anyone having the same issue? How did you solve?

Hello All,and I have one further question:We are using the full version of videoask and I need my team members to answer video calls.after giving the access and trying the function we hade the problem that only to my account the calls were going through. Can Testimonial videos received from clients, can they be downloaded for use elsewhere and to have a copy of the raw footage or at least the same quality as when received.

I already contacted support for upgrade. Now I need to wait till 31st to speak to someone on Zoom before I can get 2000 Minutes. Isn’t there a faster way for this?

I sell physical products online – and I would like to use VideoAsk for this, but find it limited in one crucial aspect. VideoAsk has a built-in Billing Information (Payments) form, however it does not have a built-in Mailing Information (Shipping) form.Having an option to collect Billing Information + Shipping Information within a “Payment” section would be an absolute game changer for e-commerce (IMO). It may substitute the need for a Shopify storefront.• Can we make this happen?• Is there a solution I’m not aware of?Thanks,Bronson 

I am trying to integrate VIDEOASK with AIRTABLE using MAKE for job interviews. I am able to find the FIELDS with the link to the video for each question recorded, but I am wondering if there is a link to the complete recorded job interview. If yes, what is the field I need to look into? Thanks !

Hi there everybody!While i’m waiting for the support response, want to ask you guys here.We’ve set Videoask up to trigger a webhook every time the form response comes. But sometimes it doesn’t get triggered. I found that “view deliviries” shows “no response” with “Invalid Date” issueWe’re using Videoask as an Iframe with 3 variables. Usually it works well, but about 3 of 10 tries ends up with missesDoes anyone know what that means and is there a way to fix that?Thank you in advance!

 Hello,I uploaded my synthesia-made video to the videoask. However, the original version does not fit the screen, it is too focused. If I choose 'fit the video' option, then it there is a big plack gap on the upper side and down side of the video. How can I fix this problem? Best, Levent

Hello:We are using VideoAsk to collect video testimonials from customers. I cannot find a way to change the “Record your answer” button. Given the fact it’s a testimonial, the word “answer” really doesn’t fit here. It is the only option / button however that I can use to launch the video record sequence. Thanks in advance! Michael.

Hi team,I am currently integrating the video ask API in my backend to generate forms programmatically (among other things).In order to get an access_token, I need to manually get an authorization code from my browser, then call https://auth.videoask.com/oauth/token with the code + scope=offline_access to get a refresh token.So far so good… except that refresh tokens expires after 30 days.This mean that I would need to remind myself to manually get a new refresh token every ~25 days or so to make sure my backend does not break.Am I missing something? Is there a solution to automatize it all? Thank you,Ben

I want to create a videoask that presents on the homepage that asking 2-3 question alternatives that are clickable - kind of a “what would you like to know today?”  I think of lots of questions but need to be limited to 2-3.  So I am wondering how I would measure the effectiveness of the questions.  What questions are getting the most clicks? 

We’ve tried several different iOS devices (iPad and iPhone) and every one is telling us that we haven’t enabled camera & microphone permissions. We are using the iframe method of embedding.The error message that appears is:“NotAllowedError - The request is not allowed by the user agent or the platform in the current context, possibly because the user denied permission.SAFARI - MAC- PERMISSION_DENIED_BROWSER_ERROR”On one iPad (5th gen) I’ve set both camera and microphone to Allow rather than askI’ve tried on an Android phone (Moto g(8)power (Android 11) and that is opening the videoAsk website in a separate tab. I know this can be caused by the lack of valid SSL but SSL is present and on one of the test instances I know we have a completely valid certificate matching the domain perfectly.

Hello All,  We are new to VA.  It appears to allow us to add a New Contact but the New Contact is not being displayed.  On top it shows a total of 10 Contacts but only 6 are displayed.  I cannot seem to find a solution in the self-help or community forum. Thanks so much. rey
