Your typeform results

Hello,I’am using Mailjet to distribute my emails. This tool has merge tags aswell.With the use of hidden fields in typeform and the merge tags in Mailjet, I can customize the form and know who filled it out (hidden field: email address). It all seems to work, but when I download the responses I don't get the desired information. I only see the merge tags.  Am I missing something or is this feature only possible with Mailchimp.Hope you can help. Thank you in andvance!Allan

By the way, is there a function for people who received the form link to download the image attached to the result page? In the results of my survey is a discrepancy between submissions (29) and responses (18)?Is this a typeform mistake or is there a difference between submissions and responses that I am not understanding? Thank you for helping me out here.  

Hi, how do i make the output of my form a WORD doc or PDF or other format? I would like to use the tool to make project briefs that can be circulated to our creatives. At the moment I can only see how to get the data into EXCEL or CSV. Any tips and/or which template should I use?? Thanks. 

I’m trying to put the url http://wa.me/ prior to a phone number. That way, I only have to click the link to start a WhatsApp conversation.Strangly, when I only send the phone number, everything works fine:+4917612345678But if I put http://wa.me/ in front, it transforms the + intohttp://wa.me/%2B4917612345678Is this a bug and can this be solved? Kind regardsEric

Hello everyone! As it is the first time I’m using Typeform, i still don’t know/understand/find all the functionalities… Hope you can help me with this ! Here’s my prob: We’re working on a professional project and so we’re creating a conformity test for our clients owning appartements/buildings. It is splitted in 2 parts : Legal audit et building/material audit.As we gonna add scores to every answer, we’d like to allow respondents to get their own results by email by encoding an ending page (exemple below) at the very end of the tests. Do you think it’s possible ? And how ? For the moment, we just don’t know how to do it. Thanks a lot!    

I’d like to run a report (with pretty bar charts, etc) but filtered to specific dates.  We ran a 2nd iteration of an employee survey.  I can filter by date in some areas of Typeform to just the ones from the latest iteration, but the report section doesn’t have a date filter.  Do I need to delete the data from the prior round?  I’d rather keep it, but I’m not seeing a solution.  I tried duplicating the survey with the idea I could delete the old ones but just in a copy, but the results don’t come over when you create a duplicate.  Input from you experts?!?!  Thx!!

Can someone please explain to me what monthly response limit means?

I’ve tried using webhooks/polling the API and building the parser to convert it sounds like a project in itself, building it from scratch then trying to optimize the code to work reliably and efficiently. Also the parser sounds like it’s going to need significant processing power, a solution that doesn’t require spinning up a cloud VM is more ideal for me.

Hi,  Is it possible to change the new table format when viewing your typeform responses?  I find the update god awful and want to change it back to the old style but I can’t figure out how. 

Hi,I created a typeform for an event registration with limited reponse. I was wondering if, once the typeform closes automatically due to the response limit, I can track the number/statistics of persons who are willing to register but can’t because of the limit?Many thanks,Sarah

Details from filled in “Other” responses are not populating into our results. Is this a known bug?

There was cutting off the new customer.I’ve checked all the process and i found out the error in typeform.When a visitor tries to fill out the answer box in Korean, the words are broken mobile and desktop both.It’s very serious problem because it’s the only channel for sales.I have tried several times with other methods (Using explore, off Crome plug-in and so on) but nothing works. 

Using the web interface I estimate it takes a few minutes to connect each form to google sheets (or any other option), based on my organization’s dataset it’ll take a few days to connect all the forms I have. I don’t need to use google sheets, I just need a reliable way to bulk export all the forms, ideally in some sort of ‘live updating’ format like Excel or Sheets and in a table format (csv, xlsx etc.) instead of JSON.

Hi there, I set-up a questionnaire on a group A and group B but i let them answer the same questionnaire.   In the reporting however i would like to split these two groups. can i have typeform do that, or do  i need to export to excel and split myself?i have also thought about retroactively introducing branches in the questionnaire (by duplicating the questions that i want to separate for between groups and creating extra branches) but not sure if that would work…. (i could try but am concerned to lose all my responses...)

Hey there, when we get more then one entry per day in a specific typeform the notification in gmail creats one big email thread per day or so.  If we answer one of the leads its within the same thread. This causes confusion as often times several conversations start to happen within that one thread. Is there a way to configure the notifications in a way that gmail (or others) will not open one thread for several entries but instead creat a new one every time?

Hi! We have typeform where 4 images should be uploaded. But   two or three times per day we are recieving corrupted files from the typeform. It happens every day! Here is how its look like https://i.imgur.com/lzApCUa.gif Files cant be opened by any software.I tried to make troubleshooting:Those people who sent it to us - they just sent me this files with email, in archive here is a link - every file is good, and not corrupted. So that is some bug of typeform.  Next i tried to submit the same images and by the same link (with the same UTM tracking) - and all is fine.   Can somebody fix this problem? Why can it be?   We are loosing candidates because of it. This typeform version is the newest one. Can somebody from developers check this form? I can send a link in PM 

Hello,  I was analyzing my results and the drop-off rates doesnt make sense to me. Can someone please help me? How do I have 100% drop-off in all the questions and still have answers?  

Hello, The response page is not showing all my responses. On the insight page I have 56, but when I go to the response page only 49 are shown. It’s been stuck at 49, every time I get a new response, the response count on the insight page goes up but the response page doesn’t show or record the new response.Has anyone else run into this issue? How can I fix it?Thank you for your time.

MY responses are coming in but excluding answers to a required matrix question.I urgently need assistance please as this is a key question in my survey.Is there no Typeform support service?? I have a paid account.KInd regards,Melissa

We have conducted an Employee Satisfaction Survey using Typeform templates. We would now like to compare the results of the survey to industry benchmarks (we are a tour operator in the Travel and Leisure sector). Does anyone know where we can find this resource? 

Hi Community, all of my typeforms show the same error when I try to get the insights: “We can't see the big picture right nowSorry, this is embarrassing—but your data is safe. <a href="">Refresh</a> the page or come back later”  I used the insights all time time and find them very helpful. I definitely need to see where people leave. Since last week there is this annoying error. I noticed before that there suddenly was a problem with showing the insights of the actual day. Now it`s a total failure.
