Please consider adding an ‘Address field’ just like you have a ‘Phone field’. It’s important to be able to easily capture the customer’s address without having to go through 5 or 6 pages. I’m sorry if this is a repeat request but I think it’s a very important part of any registration or on-boarding form. Hi all,i tried adding a video to my typeform from the stock videos and for some reason is not playing on my form. Can anyone help me with this? I have attached my form below. Typeform:  

Is there a way to remove the floating “ok” button that pops up over a multiple choice question whose responses don’t fit entirely on a mobile screen? The button is distracting. I think people know that they need to scroll down. If they select an answer it will take them to the next question anyway. If this isn’t possible it should be a new feature.Thank you. 

Hi,I don’t know if there already is a way to do this, but what I’d like to do is to not have choice questions automatically go to the next question as soon as I click on an answer. For multi-choice questions, the OK button appears and I have to manually click OK to proceed. For single-choice questions however, as soon as I choose an answer, the form goes to the next question. Is there a way to force my respondents to click OK after they have made their (single) choice? So far the only solution I have found is to make it a multi-choice and hide the hint that multiple options can be selected - however, this can cause problems with my logic jumps. Best wishes Edit: If it isn’t clear, I refer to the standard multiple choice question as single-choice and multiple choice questions with “multiple selection” enabled as multi-choice

Hello, one year ago I joined typeform and picked a plan to play around a bit. After doing that the next day I canceled my subscription. However after a year I get charged 540€ out of nowhere which is very scary. In the invoice it says that its free and that its a yearly plan but I still got charged 540€ anout which no information is to be found. I already contactee refund team but no one is replying to me. What can I do in this situation? I’m really devastated after this event.

Is there any data loss in everyone's GA4 tracking? The average data loss rate for my multiple surveys on Tyformsubmit is 50%. I have consulted technical personnel, but they haven't been able to provide a solution so far.

Having 2 issues when testing my Typeform. One, when selecting a date and time, it immediately progresses to the next slide without pausing so I can review that the date/time are correct. I’m not able to click the “Okay” button that’s there. It just jumps ahead.The other issue is more of a question. What if my calendar is full? Or there is no available date/time that will work for the respondent. There’s no way to capture that information as the real reason no date/time have been selected by the respondent. Testing my typeform right now and I’m just stuck wondering what the respondent would do when the encounter non-availability. I don’t want the respondent to pick a random date or time just to move forward.

TLDR: I am in the home service industry and a lot of contractors are being screwed over by someone using typeform and claiming is their proprietary software to gain contractors trust. I am wondering what is the legality around someone claiming something like this by using typeform?They are basically using conditional formats on typeform questions to redirect to a page. With that being said he has told many contractors he build this software himself and treatens to sue anyone who tries to go directly to typeform to make their own.I was smart enough to figure out typeform is its own thing but I have a few friends locked down by this. I don’t mind he is providing a service but it seems that where he is lying that he trademarked this software is a big LEGAL problem?The company I am talking about is upfrog.com

The “new” free plan is useless.  Ten responses per month.  What a joke!  Basically, type form is saying that virtually everyone needs to have a paid subscription.  I used type form once or twice a year to get free back from a group of teenagers that I mentor as a volunteer.  There are 15-20 people in the group.  As a free user I was happy to advertise type form to this group and their parents.  Now, I will need to look for a different service.  

And why won’t they pay an adult to create a higher functioning site? This is absolute trash

my renewal is due soon. So i need the invoice to proceed with payment. Where can i get it? In my account i can only download past invoices. Please help guys.

I want to be able to organize my typeform surveys. Either with tags or in folders or something. Right now all I can do is choose from list or grid view and sort by created date or name. But with tags I can sort by my department or ones that are live and active vs. closed. It would help me find what I want faster. 

I was wondering if there is anything in the pipeline so that videoask can recognise a returning user to a site and see their previous conversations with you? A bit like on Intercom when you return to a website you can look back through the tickets you might have created with that company. It would be handy because I know sometimes users just reply to the email and wirte in which case the conversation gets stuck on email again and out of videoask. Where as if they repleid to videoask and it returned to their contact there might be the opportunity to reply to them with video and keep the thread going. Also helpful when users are on the site and they can see their history of their conversations with you - they may wish to restart a conversation. 

AI is all around. I saw a feature nvidia did build for keeping eye contact with the camera by ai and asked myself if it also would be possible to have on videoask.

I was searching for weeks to find a website that allows me to make free surveys…I thought I found it with you Typeform… but turns out this is just as consumer unfriendly as the rest of them. You make your survey, you work on it for hours just to realise that not after finishing they charge you but after collecting 10 Answers… If you ask me, that is even worse than charging immediately.Why not make it free ? Include advertisment into the surveys to profit the company ?Wouldn`t recommend.

how i can export the infos that we requested on form? I have to sync an app or i could export after the form is published?
