Typeform conversations

Hi there, I want to use Typeform to create a pop survey as a way to get email addresses but also offer our website visitors some value. Long story short, we sell grass seed online. This pop up is to offer a ‘lawn diagnosis for free’, so we collect their email and have a series of questions for them to ask. I need the form to a) collect the address and add it to Klaviyo b) Send the visitors responses to our customer service team to they can give them their ‘lawn diagnosis’. I can’t see how to do this currently - any help appreciated!

Hello Typeform Community!I've been working on setting up a survey and am now finalizing the follow-up emails. I noticed that the default 'From' email address for notifications sent to respondents is "notifications@typeform.com". I'd like to personalize this to use my own email address, to make it more recognizable for respondents and to maintain branding consistency. However, within the email setup interface, the 'From' field isn't clickable for me to change it.Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, how did you manage to customize the sender email address? Are there additional steps or verifications required to set up a custom 'From' address on Typeform? I’m trying to map responses from two typeforms to go to the same Notion database, and I was successful in mapping all the fields (with some tweaks). However, I would like my Notion database to reflect the source of each response. i.e. each entry having a “source” of either “typeform A” or “typeform B”.Is this not supported, is there a workaround, or can I just not make this happen?Any help would be tremendously appreciated.EDIT: Figured out how to do with with the help of my colleague. In the “Create” tab, click into “Logic”, then “Personalize with data”, then “Variables”, and you can add a custom variable. In my case, I named the variable “source”, and the type set as “Text”. So you’d have to do this in both forms.

Hey y’all, I’m using Typeform as a method for our users to update their personal information. Using hidden fields, I am able to display their current (old) information, then users can branch to questions where they can input (new) information, if it has changed. E.g.:Q1: “Is still your mobile number: {hidden_field_mobile}?”A1: “No.”Q2: “Please enter your current mobile number.”A2: [a short text input]In essence, I want to create an old-new relationship between values stored in hidden fields and answers to questions related to the hidden fields. We have an endpoint that parses the request sent by the webhook; there, using an association between answers and hidden fields, I would like to see the difference between the old and new inputs so we can display it to administrators of the system.Here are my attempts at creating these associations:My initial idea was to set variables, with the same names as the hidden field, and assign to them the answer of select questions (within the Typeform)

Hello, I just created a free account to make one survey, and it needed to be answered in the window of 2 or 3 days, because it was an urgent matter.When people started to complain that the form was closed, I spent a lot of time trying to understand why it was closed if the settings were saying it was open. THEN I entered my workspace and saw the small message telling me to upgrade.It costed me a lot of time, and it wasn't warned beforehand (or at least not clearly). It was very frustrating for me and completely put me off the possibility of subscribing to a paid plan. I really think you should reevaluate this strategy, because it is very annoying and makes the service look like bait. For my part, you have lost a potential customer.

Hi there, Basically I have people filling out the required questions to get to my calendy integration. They are booking a call via calendy (which they cant get to without repsonses) yet I have no responsesany help would be appreciated

I want to create a form where i start with asking; Are you a founder or a leader? And then, depending on the reply - I send them onm two different paths with different questions. Is that possible? 

We are running 10-15 online sessions as part of a leadership training. After each session, we want to get feedback on the session: Participants rate the session Moderator rates the sessionQuestions I have:how can we build this, so we can compare then participants vs. moderator perspective? Maybe: first question is: do you answer as moderator or as participant???? how can we build then a full database to compare over time, across moderators, clients, regions …? Is there a chance to create automatic QR-codes, so that each session has an own survey while we can still then analyse all surveys and know a unique session identifyer? Ideally this would be linked to zoom/ teams, so that it happens automatically, but this might be wishful thinking. Any help highly appreciated. If someone is interested to do this as a consultant piece of work … 

In some of my forms when entering the date I can add a number for day and the cursor will move to month then year but on some it doesn’t and I have to use the mouse.  Any ideas?

Can i Connect a Typeform to Hubspot deal form in both free account ? If Yes than How?

Is there a way to pass data from one page to another? Like on page 1 it asks, “which do you like New York, Chicago, or Detroit style pizza? Then, on page 2, it says “on your [Answer from first page] style of pizza, what toppings would you like?” With a check box list of options? and on page 3, it says, “you are confirmed with a [Answer from first page] style of pizza with the following toppings: [Answer from second page]” I know I can do conditional pages, but that won’t work given the possible combinations of pizzas and toppings. Thanks and apologies if this is an obvious answer and the typo in the title.  

We are using a typeform for a camp registration. We have where parents/guardians can register and pay a down payment or pay in full. When it gets to the payment portion, the total is not correct. Please help! 

This could be a nonstarter topic, but I have been looking for ways to create a protocol sheet for the alternative medicine practice I manage. The practitioner has typical handwriting and I spend 50% of my time translating lengthy protocols (what/ how much) into a google doc to send our patients. The sheet we use is too big to fit all products and print, so there is a lot of freeform writing (rather than a checkbox for a typed-out prod). I need a simple way to translate all this information, plus more, onto something digital for him to check off on an iPad while discussing history with a patient. I am attaching the existing sheet we use for a sample. The blank boxes are where he writes in “how much”.   

Airtable announces it will get rid of API key by January 2024 and replace this with Personal Access Tokens.This could bring some complications and it would be great if those are being addressed before Airtable stops using API keys. Will the typeform x airtable integration be updated? If so, when?Thanks!

Hello! This integration had been working for me, but seems to have stopped working. I’ve followed the Typeform article on using Zapier, but to no avail just yet.First I’d made the Zap in Zapier directly. After I checked the Typeform article, I also tried going to my form to connect the form itself to Zapier. For some reason Zapier still doesn’t show up though in the form’s connected apps. Does it normally show up there? Via Typeform’s connections I was brought to Zapier via Typeform (instead of going directly to Zapier’s site), and I checked off the Zap. Am I maybe missing a button to finalize the connection or something? Maybe like an “enter” or something someplace? Thanks in advance for any help!
