Typeform conversations

I want to make my form private or particular user can access this.

Hi,I am building a “quiz” on typeform, and I want specific answers to be tagged in convertkit. Depending on the results of the quiz, people will get different emails sent to them. I’ve already setup the convertkit+zap integration, but the only typeform element I’m seeing in zapier is when a form is filled out. How do I create tags for different answers or outcomes on forms?I’ve seen it USED to be something you could do. And I saw a few detailed posts here from @john.desborough...but I’m not seeing any condition options in zapier,Here’s what I’m seeing on my end. New entry is the only option.Any tips would be greatly appreciated!  

Hi everyone, I’mm using the integrated Connection in TypeForm to automatically create leads who submit a form into in Pipedrive.All fields are mapped correctly. The Deal is created correctly in PipeDrive and correctly assigned to the Owner selected in the dropdown in the first step of the field mapping process.However, the Contact created is assigned to the wrong owner. It seems assigned to the person who created the form, but that might be a coincidence in my case. How can I ensure that the Contact created in Pipedrive for the Deal I create is the same as the Owner of the deal (the one I chose in the fisrt step of the mapping process)?

Hello everyone.I have a few forms that show duplicate Network IDs, which should not be possible. If I understand correctly, the Network ID is tied to the user’s IP address. In my case, I have a survey form that is shared via a QR form during a videomeeting. The users scan the QR code and answer the survey from their phones. The thing is, they are all at home on their own personal computers when they do this, and still I’m getting some duplicate Network IDs here and there. At first I thought maybe it was the same student sending the same form several times (maybe they thought it didn’t send correclty), but as you can see below, the scoring changes. Again, all our users are located in different parts of the country and studying from home. How is it possible that they have the same network ID?On a related note, are there any plans for tracking users cookies? It would make things much easier, especially since some of our students do complete similar forms while they’re in the same classroo

Hi, is it possible to set up a IF condition based on answers of two questions?Example:1st Question: How often do you exercise per week?2nd Question: Do you consume supplements (e.g. Protein powder, vitamins etc.)?If a survey participant answers “Never” for the 1st question and “No” for the 2nd question the person should directly jump to the end of the survey. How is it possible to set up this kind of logic? Many thanks in advance. 

Can the developers add a feature when the user filling out the form clicks On a button it redirects them to a link of choice?

I’d like to be able to attach a note to each revision of a form to remind myself of the changes I made to the form compared to the last version. Otherwise it’s a tedious job to compare two complex forms. I could keep a separate log of the changes, but it would be more convenient to have a note attached to each version. Does anyone do this? Can anyone suggest a simple way to do this?Thanks

I made this because a client of mine was having trouble describing what she does succinctly. So you just type in some info about your business—target audience the problem you solve how you describe yourself some adjectives.You receive an email with 10 unique value propositions. I'm looking for more people to try it to get suggestions on providing better instructions and ensuring all the statements are useful.If you have time, can you please try the form and provide some feedback? It seems ridiculous it only ads as a custom field.   Also I would like to grab any other data that I can without asking such as profile picture etc.  is this possible?

Hello Typeform Community!I have struggled to understand the set-up flow the questionnaire where certain questions are scored under separate topic. Since the questions answers will also be evaluated in separate categories and divided by the number of questions in the category. To make it clearer I will add the information and background of the questionnaire.The questionnaire I like to set up is Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) where there is 10 questions. Items 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10 make up the Cognitive Reappraisal facet.Items 2, 4, 6, 9 make up the Expressive Suppression facet.Each facet’s scoring is kept separate.The ERQ each item is rated on a 7-point Likert scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 7 (strongly agree). Cognitive Reappraisal Score: Sum the scores of the 6 reappraisal items and then calculate the average (sum of the 6 items divided by 6).Expressive Suppression Score: Sum the scores of the 4 suppression items and then calculate the average (sum of the 4 items divided by 4)

When we send a typeform block in intercom the results from the survey are not showing up in the conversation. The user is receiving the survey and having no trouble with answering. The results are populating in our typeform account, just not showing up in the conversation.This is a photo of what is missing 

I have a stripe account that was connected to typeform for a payment question. That payment question was deleted and now I am unable to disconnect typeform from that stripe account. How do I disconnect typeform from my stripe account? This is blocking my ability to use my stripe account normally.

Hi, Im going insane - I try to embed a typeform into a godaddy (website builder) site and pass given url-parameters from the parent (godaddy) site to the form into hidden fields. Whatever I am trying, it doesn´t work. Hi, I wanted to know If there is a way that I can prepopulate a field in typeform or set a default value.If a field has multiple values available in Type form which are different from Salesforce, is there any way that we can change that field value to specific value.for example for a field ‘services required’ there is one of the value ‘Book a Free In-Home Consultation’, which is not available in salesforce, so is there a way we can convert the value into ‘Supply only’.

Hi community, first time poster. I am setting up a nutrition questionnaire, with some answers having multiple choice questions. Each answer will have a addition of a vitamin/ mineral variable (most answers will have a few vitamin and mineral), for example magnesium. Is there a way that I can perform a count of selected variables so that I can average out the selected variables chosen? Thanks in advance.

Hi community,I want to make dozens forms.Most of the forms will have some repeating fields like name, email, etc’ .(about 10-20  fields).I may have few(2-3) “Common SubForm”s (different groups of questions repeating ).From time to time field will be add/ delete/ edit to the repeating so it will better for me to treat those repeating fields in one place and just once.(on specific “Common SubForm”)So, far i didn’t find any solution to this. i thought on linking forms to the “Common SubForm” but i want those fields to be saved together. (I’m planing on sending them using webhook on the submit)

I like to know, why it has to be so, that The navigation functionality is still accessible, when you turn off arrows, and you can go back and forward between questions?Some, who tested my survey, went accidentally back, when they used mobile device. And they did not know, what was happened. It is very cracy.My survey needed to be like, that you can not go back and change answers, but now this is not possible 😶That you hide  the Navigation arrows, does not help at all. That is not only thing, what does not work properly.Other is example that ok-button: you do not need to press it, when you answer questions, which you have to select only one answer.

If in Question 1, I have 8 choices, then a respondent needs to choose 4, can I use the 4 chosen answers as a new set of choices for the next question? Example: Choose your top 4 favorite fruits. then on the next question, among the 4 favorites, which is your favorite? (which the respondent would only choose 1)?

We would like to put a legal question at the end, a disclaimer about GDPR that people accept to submit their details, or don’t accept.  We can’t work out how on logic, if they disagree to the consent, we can politely thank them, but then phase them out so no data is collected.Does anyone know how to do this?Thanks in advance!
