Hi!I have a question regarding block references. We have a series of forms currently embedded and live on our LMS collecting results from our students.However, these forms were created with automatically generated block references, which complicates things in the analytics side of things when using the API. We are now looking into updating these block references and use them as labels to easily identify fields during the analysis.Is this something that would cause broken links or alter results? Should we create a new template with our personalized block references and start anew? Thank you

Hi,The drop-off analytics in Typeform is pretty helpful. It already brought me some good insights!What I would like to do additionally: analyze what people are doing on mobile, so basically segmenting mobile and desktop users and look at them independently. @Liz: could be a useful feature!Reasons for a drop-off on mobile can be pretty different than on a desktop. Thinks like text is too long, people can’t see relevant information, buttons or other stuff getting in the way, etc. All stuff that matters less on desktops.I just started investigating how I could find out about drop-off rate on a question level in Google Analytics 4. I haven’t found out yet but would appreciate hints from your side. If I find out how to do that I will post the solution here.Thanks for your insights.Cheers,Cesare​​​​​​

Hi there,Ive been wanting to try the notion integration in type form and created both a test form in Typeform and Notion with a simple Yes/No Question.However, once asked to connect the questions to each other Typeform didn*t even show me the option of the question I*ve asked, in several tests not even the right form. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks a lot! Laura

Hi all, I would like to add the option of choosing one from 3 payment plans at the end of the form and each plan will have inclusions and price maybe in 3 columns but not sure how to acheive thisso far i only created a multi option but it looks terrible as i had to do all description above as a text and then just put option A,B or C on the bottomanyone who tried to creatd nice 3 multi option?

Every time that I need to generate a report, I need to put a cover photo. Is there a way that I can set the cover photo that I used to be the default? so I won’t need to add the photo every time. 

Hello! I am struggling with the survey I am creating. I am asking my customers about the different types of furniture they bought from us. To do that, I made multiple questions "slides" with everything detailed, "sofa", "chair",...(the people I will send my survey to will have the option to choose more than one option in order to have more accurate results)…… Following this, I created more "slides" detailing each product by category (same as the "sofa", "chair",... ,above). However, I have trouble every time I try to run my survey; if I select sofa and chair out of the 7 options available, I will automatically skip the options before, but after responding to these two, I will still have to reply to all the rest even if I did not select it, I try to change it by making it mandatory skip it to the next relevant question, however, than I can only reply to one thing I selected out of 2/3 items I selected. I am sorry if this may sound confusing. I appreciate your help,Regards,Juliette

I am a new user on the Basic plan. I created one typeform and have a few live responses. I am trying to duplicate this form to create a related form with some edits. When I try the duplicate function I get a ‘something went wrong’ error message. Any ideas what is happening?

Please help,  I am trying to integrate a multiple form question from Typeform to a sigle select fied in airtable. I keep getting the error message bellow. Hmm...not a perfect matchThe options in your typeform question must be the same as the options in your Airtable field. If your options are orc, elf, and goblin in your typeform question, you need orc, elf, and goblin in the Airtable field you're matching with. However I checked everything. The texts are exact match and my typeform is already published. What could it be?  Thank you!

could typeform create quiz like this company’s?https://www.vitable.com.au/ it is a vitamin company that create custom blend of supplements. you answer questions such as “what you would like to improve on” “ are you pregnant” etc and in the end spits out the combination of supplements they recommend. it will take you straight to the cart and a customer does have a choice to add more or remove the ones they suggested  look forward to a reply thank you 

In the classic editor, I was able to manually tweak the field reference IDs, which is vital when submitting a form to a webhook. I can’t see how to do this now in the ‘new’ editor. Any ideas?

I’m having an issue with linking properly from a multiple-choice question which allows multiple options to be selected.I’ve added rules for each option to ensure that if a user selects those options at the multiple-choice screen, the follow up screens will go to those options. But that does not seem to be happening. Instead, some of them seem to be working properly whilst others are getting skipped or they’re being followed up even if that option was not selected at the multiple-choice screen. Can somebody please assist me to correct this? 

In my question shown, how will I know from the responses in spreadsheet which order they put them in? Thanks

Good afternoon.I'm still testing the platform for free, so I don't know if my doubts are directly related to the fact that it's a free account.The first question is that I intend to have an introductory text for the satisfaction survey (similar to what is done in Google Forms) but I don't see this option active on my side. Is this possible to be done?The second question is related to the fact that between questions, I want to place some short texts (without an answer option) where I introduce the following question or questions. I only have one option available that puts quotation marks and that doesn't make sense.Thank you for the help

Even aftaer I remove this screen, when I return to logic the typeform automatically places a new screen.I wouldn't want people to see any screen, how can I resolve this? Tks!

Hola!I have created a form in which one of the steps is “upload file”.I’ve set up automations to save all responses to Notion and Google Sheets, but it only shows a URL linked back to typeform, which will break in case I delete the original response (or just the file) in typeform to free up some space to receive more responses above the 4Gb limit.To try to solve that, I’ve set up another automation to download all files directly to Google Drive, but the problem is I can’t match the files in this folder with the responses. Typeform rename the files with a long string of characters that has nothing to do with any field synced to Notion/Google sheet.How can I match those two pieces? If I can’t match them is almost useless to have a folder with several files (hundreds probably) that I don’t know who sent.I’m sure there must be a way to solve but this is my first form, sorry.Thanks for your help!
